Hi, i just bought an ATI msi 7950 3gb OC edition, but i'm very disappointed about its hashrate. I red that whit that card i can reach 600 or even more kh/s, but i barely reach 400kh/s, and, most important, i still don't know why!! My frequency: gpu clock @880mhz memory clock @1250mhz temp @70° I tried whit: -different version of cgminer (3.6.2, 3.7.0, 3.7.2), without changes -different version of catalyst (13.1, 13.9, 13.12), without changes. -different setting. I tried more or less every setting suggest in https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison. I noticed that: -i can't set intensity greater than 13. With 13 i haven't any hw error, with 14 or more, i have too much hw error. -i can't set thread concurrency greater than 8192. If i use greater value i have this error---> maximum buffer memory device 0 supports says 536870912
your script setting come to 939524096

failed to init GPU thread 0 disagling device 0now i'm using this settings --gpu-threads 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 setx gpu_use_sync_objects 1 setx gpu_max_alloc_percent 100 any help??  |

oltre al worker non connesso (che succedeva pure a me, ma a quanto ho visto, non aveva implicazioni), non vedi niente? tipo il tuo hashrate? o gli share validi o non validi?
su cgminer cosa vedi?

per ora ho controllato che: -con cgminer 3.6.2 non cambia niente -con la cpu al 100% oppure in idle non cambia niente -con --gpu-powertune -20 non cambia niente. Quando dico che non cambia niente intendo dire che l'hashrate non viene modificato (forse con il powertune scende di un minimo), che basta che aumento I a 14, e inizio ad avere tantissimi errori hw, e che basta che aumento --thread-concurrency e mi va in errore cgminer. |

In ogni caso, i calcoli che fa coinwarz non mi tornano (oppure sono sfigato io).
In pratica, dovrei fare 4,6$ al giorno lordi con 415kh/s.
Considerando che un dogecoin vale 0,00000056bitcoin, e un btc vale 675$, per fare 4,6$ al giorno dovrei fare 0,00681btc al giorno, ovvero 12170dogecoin al giorno.
Io ne faccio 5k...meno della metà. Sbagliano loro oppure la mia pool non paga?
il problema è che il conio dei DOGE è casuale...coinwarz fa una media di 500.000 a blocco, ma in realtà può essere inferiore (o superiore) dipende dal luck della pool  mha, oddio, ho veramente così tanta sfortuna? dalla mia esperienza la media è più vicina ai 200.000 a blocco a questo punto...non so... |

Have not heard from cryptsy yet (we were hoping to solve the syncing problems first; on that note, we haven't tested the newest version for a full day yet so let's hope this latest version solved it) BUT, I did receive an e-mail this morning from https://www.coins-e.com/ saying they are considering us for their exchange! Comunque, ricapitoliamo
1)provare cgminer 3.6.2
2)provare bfgminer. La versione 3.8 va bene?
3)provare con l'ali più potente diventa complicatuccio...
4)quindi comunque non escludiamo un problema di alimentatore...uhm...un downclock posso provare
5)quindi una cosa del tipo--> --gpu-powertune -20 ??
ma questo comporta che la cpu viene usata al max al 80%? uhm...uno dei settaggi consigliati per la hd7950 è -I 20 --gpu-powertune -10 (ovviamente a me non va..), però è strano, con quello raggiungono i 675kh/s.
P.S: io ora con I = 13 non ho nessun errore hw, ma ho circa il 10% di rejected...è troppo o va bene?

C'è una cosa che non capisco. Se vado su coinwarz, i dogecoin sembrano ancora la moneta più profittevole. Non capisco come questo però sia possibile: le monete dietro hanno sia un valore maggiore, sia una difficoltà minore (anche di molto), quindi dovrebbe essere più facile minarle. Perchè allora il doge è più conveniente? l'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è il block rewards, ma non riesco ad inserirlo nel ragionamento.. perche a parita di consumi e di tempo fai piu monete come "volume" tutto qua. Io non ho venduto quando erano a 207 pdpdpdpdpd ora che stanno a 51 vorrei suicidarmi e detto tra i denti credo che non torneranno piu nemmeno a 100... per vedere se ho capito: faccio più monete perchè ogni blocco trovato, anche se è più difficile trovarlo, ne da 500k? |
