4302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone still think NXT is a scam? on: September 10, 2015, 11:40:10 PM
NXT is the 13th largest cryptocurrency, and it has well respected dev team and tons of support.

Now it has a pause period now, but if the work continues it will be worth x10 x100 x1000 more, if the people will like their new features!

NXT used to be in the top 5 and is number 13 now.
Keep on dreaming fanboy.

Yes because new craps like Ethereum and other crap came along.

They dont even fucking have a client, and they have more money than NXT which is fully useable with tons of features. Now that is a big pump.

Just wait after the ethereum dump will happen NXT will take over all of  them.
4303  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: September 10, 2015, 11:36:22 PM
Yea, have a few BTC. Around $5,000 right now invested in Bitcoin.

Thats cool, but you should expand you investments, sitting in bitcoin is just too little, and slow reward.

If you were to try out a few established altcoins, with proper risk management of course, then you could multiply it easily.
4304  Other / Off-topic / Re: Let's talk about how hot Asian girls are. [NSFW] on: September 10, 2015, 11:34:34 PM
Due to the quality and quantity of the pics constantly posted by dragonbird I would like to vote him in as the moderator/King of this thread. But to be fair there should be a poll.
Since the OP BurntSnow is no longer active, is there anyway someone can add a poll to this thread?

I second the motion. He has really a good taste for asian babes.

Damn I need a golden fish to make 3 wishes come true. Asian babes in my bed would be 1 of them.
4305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: September 10, 2015, 07:54:42 PM
I think Litecoin is a far more attractive option for mining at the moment, since you can easily mine on home computers.
In terms of worth, Litecoin has got some serious catching up to do but it might take a while.
When Bitcoin gathers even more commercial attention it’ll be Litecoin’s turn.

Mine in home computers? I tried some time ago, but did not get more than 8000-9000 litoshis a day. Perhaps I was doing something wrong?

He didnt said you would be rich doing it. Maybe you had a slow PC, or maybe PC mining isnt making you rich.

You need ASICS to mine real money.

Well, but there is a big difference between expecting to be rich and mining only 8000 litoshis  Grin

I am not complaining or using sarcasm. I really do want to know if mining more than that with an "old" two core computer is possible. I also use faucets, so I am not expecting a lot, but ... maybe about 100,000 litoshis?

Not really, there is no tweak that would tweak your PC being faster.

All you need is hashing power , which is coming at the expense of processing power.

You either buy some ASIC miners for Scrypto algorithm, or you start "staking" some PoS coins, those dont need computing power.
4306  Economy / Economics / Re: My bank account's got robbed by European Commission. Over 700k is lost. on: September 10, 2015, 07:46:14 PM
The 1800 was a vastly more primitive era to our current era.

We have today 1000000x more charities working than ever before in the history.

You can just go to http://www.gofundme.com/ and ask for a charity for whatever reason, and people will give you money.

If there is this abundance of 'free money' around, then why are the poor still struggling? Is the 'man' keeping them down? Come on...

Is a charity going to fund all elementary schools in the USA? Then why are all these schools still suffering from being underfunded?

Charities are a nice way to soothe your conscience, make you feel good you did something for the climate, animals or a small school in Guatemala but it's not a way to address the vast needs of a large population. Not at the level tax payers money is doing today.

No elementary schools would be private and for profit. Yes you would pay 50-60$ daily fee or whatever to teach your kids + meal, but it would be worth it, given that private kindengardens are good.

I was just in a state kindengarden lately and it crawls with bugs and the walls are full of mold. Is that how you care for the children?

A private school/kindengarden is clean that you can eat from the toilet, and it has very nice interior architecture, and disciplined workers (who have went under background checks).

Of course we need to stop being robbed and then people could afford this kind of luxury.

It is really hard to save money and spend for these stuff when the fiat money loses 40% of its value in 5-10 years  Huh

stuff

What do taxes have to do with stealing from bank accounts?

Its is the same thing.
4307  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 10, 2015, 07:41:23 PM
I don't think that it would be a good idea to quit your regular job and to work full time for bitcoin. There is a income from bitcoin but its limited and not regular, for the time being to work on bitcoin would be only for secondary income. I can not totally depend on bitcoins so no one think about quitting regular job. But if in the future there is big regular income from bitcoins then it is possible to quit the job and work full time for bitcoins.

Yes the income has to be 2x or 3x more to account for risks and non-flow, but if in terms of yearly income its more or the same, then its better to have bitcoin income instead of fiat.

If you can do the bitcoin automatically then its even better, and can do both.

4309  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: September 10, 2015, 06:50:27 PM
Today i earned 500 satoshi from a faucet, which has been transfered to faucetbox, not bad.

C`mon guys i cant believe nobody added this coin yet to Yobit:

https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/

Guys add the coin to yobit so that I can buy some. I`m waiting here for like 1 month to buy some.

but i cant understand one thing here, why if you want to buy burst, you don't use one of the current exchanges where we are?

Because I dont want to have like 1000 exchange accounts. I am usng Yobit and i would like to buy some BURST ffs.

Please guys add it to yobit, i see you guys need some investors, man there are tons of traders there who would pump the price up to 100 satoshi!!!

Just add it to Yobit and all problems will be solved!!

Lol c`mon guys, is it so fucking hard to just add it to Yobit, it would help your currency.

It takes 5 minutes to fill out the form. Seriously WTF guys, please dont be lazy!  Cheesy Cheesy

And why can't you spend those damn 5 min.? Laziness...?

No because i have no idea of this coin, you have to fill out some tech specifications there, and i have no clue about this coin whatsoever.

It is the devs that are lazy, this coin needs to be on all exchanges, including where I trade usually at Yobit.

So please somebody add it!

As you can see man, we're sorta a little bit low on people, and in the middle of deciding things that are more important than getting on another exchange right now. Not to mention, if the changes ARE made, the exchanges will need to update anyway, so there's no point in even trying until after we make decisions.

thanks.

Ok man, but please dont forget to add it on yobit after,

I would really like to trade this coin. Ok good luck with the changes guys!

4312  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason of the price fall on: September 10, 2015, 06:41:18 PM
Mining cartels like to manipulate bitcoin price, that is why it is falling, and then going back up.

Its just basic market manipulation, dont fall for it.

4314  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: September 10, 2015, 06:35:19 PM
I heard about a guy somewhere in New York state who allegedly makes up to $300.000 a year by methodical begging. That guy is out on the street 10 hours a day using subway and Bus lines and doing really hardcore. I was told that story in a seminar by Gerald Hörhan who is a former investment banker for JP Morgan in NY and became really rich with real estates later in Germany.
Damn that guy is really crazy and funny as hell. Cheesy

http://investmentpunk.com/gerald-horhan-der-investmentpunk.html

A pitty his website is only in german.

I heard similar too in the UK a guy begged up to 500,000 GBP/ year and he begged in torn clothes and fake beard before a bank, then at night he drove home to his mansion in a ferrari.

He was caught of fraud later, but the court ruled that he was innocent and he only had to pay a little fine. Probably he continued after.
4315  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: September 10, 2015, 06:26:37 PM
yes soon it will be the world wide best technology ..and it will replce or extect the word "money" we will call it 'cryptomoney' in a smarter way.I wish I got 10bitcoins in next year before its too late and future comes in

No, money is a good term. But people have to learn that the toilet paper that they have in their purse is not money, its a "bank-note" or in other words its a toilet paper scam currency.

Money is only: gold,silver, bitcoin.
4316  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin investing on: September 10, 2015, 06:24:25 PM
Trading is a very risky way to earn. Needed to much experience and a group of tutors which need all the day to study the markets in order to give signals for all the group. Maybe is the most difficult way to earn. So it is not for everyone.

That is a bullshit method. Its realy hard to trade intraday, and you will most likely lose money if you do it that way.

Look for event based trading or long term inestment anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to 1 year.
4317  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 10, 2015, 05:48:52 PM
Are you inspired by those bitcoin millionaires? Are you thinking of filing a resignation letter on your day job (if you have any) and focus on bitcoin instead?

Me? I do have a day job and I consider bitcoin as my side job. I don't want to lose that another source of income just because bitcoin is awesome.

I will do it soon friend, but not yet, i need more trust in bitcoin first. It has to hold the 200$ mark for atleast a half more year.

After that, i`ll dive head-in into the world of cryptomoney!

(Also it would be good if there would be food stores accepting bitcoin here, but until then i`ll just use an exchange to convert it to fiat)
4318  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: September 10, 2015, 05:47:10 PM
The US politicians's first decision was to accept bitcoin as a means of payment for campaign donations.

It's obvious what politicians want, campaign donations!

They will like bitcoin because it will make them easier to accept donations, there is no reason why they would ban it. The sooner the politicians realize this the better it will be fir bitcoin Smiley

"Find a niche that has low competition, and that people are demanding, and do it."

These are the gospels of the wealty. Do it and you will be rich too.
