4301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Satoshi Nakamoto address us? on: October 28, 2020, 08:01:21 AM
Many people are still skeptical about trading with bitcoin, many have some technical questions to ask about bitcoin and needs response from the founder.

Satoshi never did trade, so how can he answer technical questions?

The energy In which people will invest in bitcoin is in direct proportion to the testimony and advice Satoshi can address  to all bitcoin users.

No, there's no direct proportion whatsoever, it's your opinion that is not being shared my others.

There are lots of criticism about bitcoin world wide that only Satoshi can defend. Why is bitcoin anonymous and decentralized? What encouragement can Satoshi give to us as bitcoin  trader/investors? We need to know the future of bitcoin through his vision?

Wrong again, let me leave his quote here:

"If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry." - Satoshi Nakamoto, July 29, 2010

Of course, who would forget Dimon's attack on bitcoin in September 2017? And then they secretly buying during the dip that they cause? Such an a**.

Anyhow, it's good news though, not for crypto in general but for blockchain, because it will somehow silence the negativity surrounding bitcoin and blockchain, and these banks are the first recipient of this beautiful technology. Yes, it's going to be internal to them, but for sure their clientele will be very happy that they have their own stable coin, because it is really very fast, quick and transparent.
4303  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Exposing Daniel Evans and Bustabit.com Scam - Review on: October 27, 2020, 04:58:22 PM
After reading your full topic I haven't got anything which can prove that "Bustadice" is doing something wrong with gamblers.

Your judgement about sports betting looks like this to me, " Smoking is injurious to health". Yeah it is injurious to health but people continue smoking after knowing the bad effect of smoking. Similarly gamblers know the bad effect of gambling and what kinda situation can arise for them but they are continuing their gambling activities after accepting all terms and conditions. In this case you can't put blame on gambling platform owners where users took the decision by their own.

How would OP be able to proof the owner of that site manipulates the results?

Other than checking each seed or whatever provably fair system they have in place, I don't know how else OP can prove the owner manipulates the results.

Then the burden is on his side, you can't just accused anyone without proof, isn't it?

So someone can accused someone here, throw his babble around, but without evidences, members here are not going to believed anything and this could be considered as just another smear campaign on a site that has been existing for many years.

I'm not taking sides, but this is a case of 'he said, she said', which doesn't hold any bearing.
4304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: October 27, 2020, 10:41:56 AM
In the process of trying to be a future whales you could lost everything, trust me this got me no where and I realized that I've lost tons of money because I was never contented, be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say 'im gonna be rich in 3 years later' this is 1% out of 100% chance that it's ever going to happen, remember, been rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living a good life is.

I don't think there's such thing as future whale though, it's either you are in the beginning or not.

Self made whales are rare, it will take time before you can call a whale in crypto, and it's subjective, how much crypto you should own before you can call yourself a whale?

And don't chase that I'm going to be rich in 3 years, yes, there's nothing wrong with having a dream, but most of the time it is exaggerated that instead of making a decent money, you chase that goal and eventually you lost. As I have said in the past, this is not a sprint or we are going to compare our crypto journey, it should be a marathon. So it will take sometime before we achieved our dreams in this market.

Physical Crypto Banks are coming in India very soon

India will soon get Physical Crypto Banks, according to the recent announcement on 26th Oct by Cashaa the fintech firm will be partnering with India's United Multistate Credit Cooperative Society to build a crypto-friendly financial institution called UNICAS. The new venture will open 34 “physical branches and operations” in northern India, including the cities of Delhi and Gujarat, and the state of Rajasthan.

These branches will allow Indian businesses & individual users to open savings accounts to buy, store, and save cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), #Ethereum (ETH), XRP, and its native token CAS. The firm also reportedly will allow customers to use their crypto holdings as collateral for loans, and to buy crypto with local fiat currency.

“Most Indians are not aware or are misinformed about cryptocurrency as an online product and they tend to trust what they see or what the government recognizes and recommends,” said Cashaa CEO Kumar Gaurav. “India is still largely a cash-based economy despite a demonetization drive. We intend to address both issues which are slowing the process of cryptocurrency adoption.”

4306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In-play or pre-match staking on: October 27, 2020, 09:44:16 AM
I prefer in-game staking though, at least you can see the match and probably get the feel of what going to happened, either the favourite is really doing good or the underdogs will have a chance and make the odds very attractive.

I have experienced this during the Miami series, I remember a game wherein I put a stake pre-match and then continue to beat on the Miami even though the Boston takes the lead, the odds grew like 3.xx something for Miami after that, so I take it and Miami regain the lead and won in the game, very fun and exciting to hit a good odds and very satisfying.  Wink

Obviously it will be lost forever, that's why you need to have some plans or contingency. As the saying goes, you are your own bank, so you need to take care of it and somewhat learn how to recover it in case of death.

You can read a medium post here: Letter to Loved Ones: a template for your crypto estate planning. It is an old article, but it is still applicable at this time.

Just want to bump my thread, Microsoft upgrades password spray attack detection capabilities.

Quote
Microsoft has improved password spray detection in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) by doubling the number of compromised accounts it detects using a new machine learning (ML) system.

"This new machine learning detection yields a 100 percent increase in recall, meaning it detects twice the number of compromised accounts of the previous algorithm," said Alex Weinert, Director of Identity Security at Microsoft.
4309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Max Keiser interview prediction of bitcoin change after US election and more on: October 26, 2020, 10:29:40 PM
Yeah, partly agree with the DeFi hype thingy, and what makes it worst though is that we are going to see more losses as compare to the ICO of 2017. The number of crypto users has balloon overtime, takes to DeFi, but as a result more noobs are going to lose now maybe 2x or 3x of total losses during the ICO craze.

As for the elections, for me whoever wins will have an impact to world markets, even crypto, but it will be short term, so regardless if it's positive or negative, remains to be seen. It's just weeks from now, so brace yourself, but don't panic, just look at the bright side if bitcoin goes down a bit, time to buy again!!!
4310  Economy / Speculation / Re: history loves repeating itself. the only question is when! on: October 26, 2020, 12:25:35 PM
It's a good example for those negative people that even dealing with the bearish market, there are thousands of reasons to believed that BTC will soon rise. Unfortunately, even with this repetitive performance, there are still lots of people that don't know what kind of approach should they do. Back in below $10,000 for example, there are lots of people anticipated that price will decrease more so they will wait until ..... that's it.

Even though that we are in a sort of bull run, we are going to hear some people bad mouthing bitcoin in every angle as they have their own intentions, maybe they want to pull the market down again or simply they are no-coiner and old and traditional like Warren Buffett.

Doesn't matter when will be the next pump. As much as possible, people should always accumualte BTC as much as they can no matter the price entry level is.

Yeah, period of accumulation is around $9k-$10k, and I'm sure there are investors who have filled their bags already. While others are left behind, but they still have some time, but it might take sometime because the price is already $13k and going up. But then again, it really doesn't matter, imagine the price going to $40k-$50k, still a lot of profits to be made.
4311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: October 26, 2020, 11:43:29 AM
Yes interesting fight because Inoue's future depends on it, specially a crack at Casimero, a superfight as you may call it and lots of money in the table.

Do you think a Casimero vs Inoue showdown will happen too soon bro? Bob Arum might have other plan for his Japanese prodigy and a fight with Casimero might ruin it all  Smiley.

Soon, not soon I think, they could fight in the future once the world will be back to normal and boxing will be back to normal as well. There's no crowd, there's no money for Bob Arum, and Inoue is still young, he can look for other fighters that they are confident, unlike Casimero who has been beasting in his last few fights.

Bob Arum is wise, he might wait for the right time before setting this up, even if Inoue will win this fight. Maybe he will do a one or two prior fights for Inoue in 2021 and wait till Casimero faded out or at least someone new come to the scene.

And we all know that Bob wanted to milk his cash cow and doesn't want to ruin and Casimero will give everything and possible to beat Inoue. So I would say that we won't see an immediate match between the two although I wish they will in 2021. But boxing is business and specially with the pandemic, better to wait till fans can watch to increase the revenue.

Also how many months since update? 2? And still cant see bets settled prior to the update where i have lot of wrong bets settled like that i just show you. Luckily i have id bet of one of those bets , already give it to support and ofc they cant find the bet cause system doesnt show settled bets prior to update Smiley

As far as I know all the bets before the update were settled and paid out and so were all withdrawals. Why now you come here saying all this? why didn't you say all this when the update was about to be released? It just seems that you all want to do on here is spread FUD.

Yes i dont have other thing to do than spread FUD... did you check those photos i posted?

Well that is what the support ticket system is for so why don't you use it and get this sorted instead of coming on here all the time. The team are not on here to help with support which is why the ticket system was created for issues with bets.

Well most of the time gamblers are really agitated specially if they think they have been scammed or cheated by casinos. I read some of his posts and he also accuses other online casino. I guess support and online casino's should have a thick skin answering individual like the OP.

I haven't used AceDBets.io to be honest, but it seem they are decent with the way they come back and answer queries or doubts from several gamblers here.
4313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 26, 2020, 10:37:02 AM
An honest opinion on Hall vs. Silva.

I'm surprised Hall is even getting a main event even though it's a fight night. He has been disappointing after TUF imo. He could have won that finale against Gastelum had he been more serious but that's beside the point.

Urijah was just one disappointment, I think his a wasted talent, but at least we could see him one more time.

On Anderson Silva, mad respect to this guy (except that steroid incident) but this future HOF should have retired after that knee injury. That was terrifying and painful to watch.

I don't know what Dana is thinking to be honest. Maybe he paired Hall because he's also washed up and could give Silva a good farewell fight - A WIN.

Probably just out of respect to Anderson, we all know that after he lost his title to Weidman, it's over for him specially that freak injury.

It's nice to see more member getting involved in here, right @tokeweed?

Gambling sig campaigns are rising, and as a result more members involving themselves in several gambling threads including this one.
4314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another major DeFi attack on: October 26, 2020, 09:42:41 AM
Pretty much the intention is very simply, stole money from unsuspecting victims and ran off and used conjoin mixers to hide their track. So simply don't touch the money and wait for the imminent bull run next year, win-win situation for the criminals.

As far as DeFi goes, the picture has slowly crumble, and just like what majority of you said prior to this hype, it is comparable to 2017 wherein scammers and hackers are everywhere. The main difference is that criminals now are having an easy time breaching or exploiting these codes and then slowly draining them. How much can investors take? Your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps billions will be lost in the future before we really learn our lessons.
4315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 25, 2020, 09:45:23 PM
Andy Murray has withdrawn from this week's ATP event in Cologne due to a lingering pelvic problem.
Is the end of the career of this great tennis player approaching?
It could have been an even bigger tennis career if Murray hadn’t had so many injury problems.
I will miss him.
British fans will never forget the moment when he finally took the curse off and won Wimbledon as a British.

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/54590774

With the way he performed after a comeback from injury? an now suffering more? I think he is on the twilight of his career and could retire maybe next year. Injuries is the worst thing that can happen to an athlete but others come back strong, but majority wasn't the same. The big 3 comeback from injuries, but I think Andy's case is very different specially how his body reacts post-injury. And with a lot of toll on his body already, I won't be surprised if he call it quits.

It's just sad to see Murray though end his career like this, before it was called the Big 4 with him included in the list and it's just a beauty to see him battle it out with the best version of Nadal, Federer and Djokovic. Unfortunately, the worst injury fell on him as compare to his contemporaries and maybe he quickly go back in the scene after his injury and wasn't the same before.

Not saying he immediately jump back to win titles and that he should wait for the right time and recovered more. But it seems that it was the case though as his body is breaking down, but the big 3 is still pushing their body to the limits with some rest in between tournaments.
4316  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to have a united world (With bitcoins) on: October 25, 2020, 11:58:11 AM
And this is the future I dream of.
And the future that you're dreaming of will always be a dream and theres no way for it to happen. Bitcoin's existence isnt really intended to solve out global problems.
This is a digital currency which is solely create for that p2p transaction without 3rd party intervention. There might be some factors that will really be affected
by means centralization but doesnt mean that it will completely give out that disruption.Just face up on  whats the reality because equality wont really
happen on this world.

I read this sentence in a book that said: (Do not give up on your dreams)
And this sentence may have a deep meaning.
It is true that bitcoin is for trading, but advertising and humanitarian aid can increase its popularity.
And this in itself can show that Bitcoin is a supporter of humanity.

Who wouldn't want a united world? But reality is different though, we have seen this throughout mankind's history, we always need to have some balance and as much as government are trying to somewhat foster better cooperation, I will say that it won't happen.

So it's bitcoin going to be the bridge? No, everyone has it's intention why they get into crypto in the first first, but believed 99% will say that it has nothing to do with world peace or unite the world.
4317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High-Tech Crime Department, Belarus on: October 25, 2020, 10:57:58 AM
If someone contacted you first, then it's a sign of a scam, definitely police or any crime department will come forward and it's through email? I'll probably just ignore this one. This is somewhat and old trick and the moment you try to contact them and you start to give them more information then you fall for the trick.

This is similar to some SMS I frequently received, that I won something or I need to update my info on some banking apps. I'll just totally ignore and delete it and I suggest you do the same.
4318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: October 25, 2020, 10:34:12 AM
As far as the odds though, there are no line odds yet in Sportsbet.io, only option is still the money line. Probably we will have to wait and see other options to get some better odds on Inoue.

There's still one week before they will fight, this isn't a big event so it's expected that odds are not available in advance.
I have also check in other sportsbook, limited line only, only ML for individual fighter which we don't like to choose if we are betting on Inoue.

This is the only reason I can think of, maybe sportbooks doesn't think this is not big that's why they haven't any offered except for the ML line which is obvious no value if you go to Inoue. I'm looking at what @stadus describe, lines per round ko/tko for Inoue might be higher as compare to ML.

We will keep this thread updated of the odds so we can bet on time on handicap betting.

Keeping an eye on this thread as well and regularly checking other sportbooks to see other lines.
4319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 25, 2020, 10:01:14 AM
What can you say though, it was the Khabib's decision to let go of the sports he love, truly GOAT, P4P, and the way he beats his opponent, not even giving them a single round specially in championship matches. Everyone is paying respect, even Conor himself. I thought that he will go after GSP after this, anyhow, it is what is it.

Maybe Dana was also caught off guard with the sudden and unexpected decision, and maybe Poirier vs McGregor fight will be for the vacant title in January next year.
4320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK Company adopts Bitcoin as treasury reserve assets on: October 25, 2020, 09:20:47 AM
It's just sending a strong signal already, newly established Fintech company or even huge company and individual investors are hopping in the bandwagon which means there is demand and it will continue to go up and we might hear another one doesn't want to miss out and putting some percentage of their assets into bitcoin.

These company are obviously riding the hype and looking at the possibility that it's going to a financial rewarding investments in the future as everything is pointing to an eventual bull run in 2021 onwards. So let's see how it goes, we might ascertain that top companies are already in the crypto 'movement', a paradigm shift, so to speak.
