Just try to learn a skill instead, maybe try to get a video from udemy.com. Learning to do internet marketing can have a good use to earn btc. Or watching youtube video tutorials its fun and a good way to pass time than losing your money thru gambling.

if your computer runs windows 3.1, you might just considering a light weight linux derivative like puppy linux which could run perfectly with just a 256 of RAM.
It don't even need a drive if you want it to load on RAM itself. This linux is fast and can work well with old computers, it has tons of flavors as well so you'd have some options.

Its hard to find that domain nowadays, you might wanna consider the ones where the keywords are present. Think also of the marketing effect before buying a domain, also if budget is enough you can try buying the premium domains or maybe another extension. I end up buying a .asia lately so maybe you will consider a .uk domain.
