4321  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Someone heard or know about this bitcoin website? on: October 02, 2020, 02:59:11 AM
You should run from this website if you have not done so. 0.12btc is a huge amount of money and for them to have requested for this in confidence it means many people have been dumped.
He had already stopped going to that scam website if you have read his last post on this thread.

Thank you guys
I really appreciate your help 3>
It really do good when the world have people like you guys to help prevent a scam and things like that.
thanks again. Wink

It's still a mystery how these people are ending going to a very unknown website and turns out to be a scam website service when they're already about to withdraw on them. I think there's something to do with google SEO and ads when they search for keywords "bitcoin", "invest".
4322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Top Cryptocurrency Investing Tips For 2020-21 on: October 01, 2020, 07:30:00 PM
The #1 reminder is real. You need to remain invested in bitcoin because it's the safest crypto at all. The volatility is high but it is the most recommended crypto asset.

You could have just merged #2, #5 and #4 as you are an obvious promoter of that project.
4323  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you think about the BitSeven platform? on: October 01, 2020, 02:13:20 PM
Why is bitseven not listed on coinmarketcap?
They probably didn't filled an application to be listed on coinmarketcap. AFAIK, there's a fee for being added to the sites like cmc.

When bitseven was launched?
I can't find the answer for the date when they've launched. Their domain was registed on 2010 though.

Does bitseven has referal program?
They have, visit their website and you can navigate to the page and details for their affiliate program.

https://www.bitseven.com/CpaProgram

Your questions can be answered by their customer support if you just go direct and chat them.

4324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Nigerians buy bitcoin on loss? on: October 01, 2020, 01:17:32 PM
Thanks for that explanation CryptopreneurBrainboss. As I've understood, it's called arbitrage.

Brainboss touched on vital areas but I will also like to add that, "No one does business in unmitigated and clear loss". There is always something to savour.
It has called the attention of OP and thought that those people are doing it at loss. But thanks to the clear and concise explanation, they wouldn't do that for so long if they're in the loss, they're gonna go out business if there's no benefit from it.
4325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: October 01, 2020, 11:53:32 AM
The match between McGregor and Floyd generated more than $800 million in revenue. If this fight also generates a similar figure, and if the majority of it goes for charitable causes, then it will be a very significant help for a small country like Philippines. Manny would agree, and I hope that McGregor would be fine in donating a part of his paycheck to the charitable cause.
Fans, bettors and everyone who's going to watch this game will have no regrets watching it. They know that there's a good cause for the money that they're paying just for this match.

The cause of where the revenue of Manny Pacquiao will go for this match can also help to increase the revenue for the entire match, pay per views and other resources that are going to generate profit at the same time.

And there could be some other individuals or philantropists that will support Manny not just for this match but for that cause.

4326  Economy / Economics / Re: Mathematics and economy on: October 01, 2020, 10:42:21 AM
A country with many students winning high prizes in OLYMPIC math will get more attention and those countries will be considered for investment.
Southeast Asian countries are being invested in inflows of FDI inflows that have increased dramatically in recent years due to the number of students winning the OLYMPIC award in math.
Samsung is moving its factories from China to Vietnam. iPhone manufacturing factories are considering moving to neighboring countries Malaysia and Vietnam.
It is about the consistency and the government policies for that country. If the companies who are looking to invest their manufacturing or any sector that they are operating with agrees to the policy of that specific country, they're likely to invest on it.

One conflict is the government policy which is subjective and not favorable to those companies and that's why some companies are not pursuing to invest to those countries if they see a barrier for their business. Those achievements in competitions, sporting events or any reowned recreational activity also helps.
4327  Economy / Speculation / Re: Article: At $10,600, Bitcoin price is on track for its second-best quarter ever on: September 30, 2020, 08:06:48 PM
The rejection from $12,000 is a good sign IMO. The only thing that I've noticed with the pattern is the 3 quarters closing for 2017 and 2020 are the same. But for the Q4 of 2020, we'll see if the pattern goes the same.

4328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: just made a mimnecraft server that is bitcoin casino on: September 30, 2020, 06:46:19 PM
hi, id like to share with you i have made minecraft server that is roulette bitcoin casino
you can hop on and check Tongue mcgam.com

It seems your site has a problem because I can not visit your site, and even if I try to use a VPN, it still can not open. I hope your site doesn't have a serious problem, and you can fix it as soon as possible, so the site back online.

It isn't a site, it is a server. You have to open the minecraft client and put in that url to get on it.
I thought that the website is also nothing because it's an error when I'm trying to access it through my browser. I don't play Minecraft but just because I've seen that there's an integration with bitcoin casino, it made me interested.

Can we get a screenshot of your server? It's giving more interest to the visitors and readers of this thread if you'll already put that in the top post.
4329  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Best Hardware wallet on: September 30, 2020, 03:59:49 PM
I also have Ledger. I like the Nano S, it can quite easily mistake it for a normal USB stick. It was cheap and it does the job.
I have the same, Nano S. No problems and until now it's good as new and it's easy for newbies to use it including the Ledger live app.

I think that Ledger app is not useful for anything else than installing or updating apps or firmware.
I use Ledger Live most of the time. It became my portfolio tracker and yeah those updates are very usual and they keep a log for those updates which has been added and removed, feature or a coin.

@Littlemouse, choose wisely where you buy hardware wallet to avoid this: Man's Life Savings Stolen from Hardware Wallet Supplied by a Reseller

Always choose to buy to the authorized retailers/resellers and you're the one that will switch-on and generate the random seed from that wallet.
4330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If all BTC Gets Bought Up? on: September 30, 2020, 02:47:58 PM
It's all about supply and demand. The explanation and narrative that op is telling are understandable. The solution for being a small-time investor is to accumulate as much as you can. Be wise just like what the institutions are doing. They are now knowledgeable and aware of the true potential of bitcoin.

4331  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: >>>Coin Hunt World now in OPEN beta! Explore your city and earn BTC & ETH on: September 29, 2020, 08:12:01 AM
Yes so sorry, it's currently USA only. The plan is to add more countries over time. I edited the original post to make it clear the beta is currently USA only.
Games like this will click if it's allowing to earn BTC and ETH, the two most loved cryptos in the community.

When do you plan to open it for other country residents?
4332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Should Be By The People For The People. on: September 29, 2020, 06:22:03 AM
Whatever the purpose is we find it shady. Just don't be a victim of these projects and avoid investing further when there's something that's already doubting.

I always find these kind of words shady since scammers use a promising word just to make there project sounds cool and legit. It's better to avoid any of those since the given vision is pathetic and provably this is scam so as you said don't be a victim of unknown things since if you look for something real then better for all of you guys to go on tradings since by there we will not be scam and the only thing we do is be mindful on what crypto are we buying to trade for the day.
And there's no coming back for op to answer.

Everyone who get to comeby and read this thread and is interested to invest with Wrapped btc. It should be one of the main concern to look carefully where they are investing. There's a chance that they've visited a different thread or article which is leading them to the wrong coin and just another type of copycat project.

A mod will soon lock this thread.
4333  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance unveils a new stablecoin system, Venus on: September 29, 2020, 03:08:31 AM
I see it, DAIs competitor through them is VAI.  Grin

I understand what CZs strategy. He never gets out of the trend and as much as he can, him and his company will also go with the trend. Now that there's a lot of issue coming from centralized stable coins, here they are and has made a decentralized stable coin.

We'll get to see more features, projects and even a possible new cryptos made by them whatever the market dictates for its demand.
4334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Having Issues Logging In To Bovada Account on: September 29, 2020, 01:59:43 AM
Have you tried accessing it with incognito? I think I've been with this problem but not exactly with bovada or any casino and usually it's more on the browser problem based from my experience. You can also try accessing it with other browsers.

But if nothing helps, it's now time for you to email and contact their support.
4335  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price are decreasing? on: September 28, 2020, 11:02:49 AM
Well, this should be the avenue for anyone out there to buy at the dip because the market really went down some weeks now. The time or perfect time to buy cryptocurrency is when its price fall overtime, so, buy a fraction of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency coins or tokens  will be of great importance now. There is no time to wait for another  time to buy than now.
Just be careful when we say 'other' cryptos. A lot of it are misleading and can potentially make the person we're suggestin to lose instead of making. Don't trust most of them as they're needed to do research before buying any of it.

Unless, they are buying the known altcoins or tokens that we're saying in general. But if the person who have heard our suggestion are careless and just simply buy anything he sees and considers it to be good based from what we've said, that person might blame us for that simple suggestion.
Some people are just hyping and no basis regarding on their claims about the pump of a certain coin and we shouldn't believe on any of those since it will really misleads us and might we will lose our money for their selfish predictions.

We should do our very own research since by this we can really find some good spot to enter and gain even if the market price of any alts is decreasing.
It is okay to give suggestions but it has to be specific because if it's just a general suggestion and the person you are talking with isn't knowledgeable with the market.

He will start to choose even altcoins that are not worth to invest because he relied with that very simple definition and took it seriously. As long as there's enough research made by someone before he invests, there's no one to blame with those suggestions.
4336  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predict the bitcoin price range as we enter the New Year on: September 28, 2020, 10:19:12 AM
I have voted for $12,000 - $14,000 the same as you. Not that too ambitious price but very near to the reality. I think that in the last quarter we have will still show bitcoin at these prices.

Personally, as long as it's on the 5 digit range most of us wouldn't worry as we're on the safe prices.
4337  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 28, 2020, 07:30:51 AM
I have searched for some confirmation and it's the office of Manny Pacquiao that has confirmed this fight but, from MP himself he hasn't said any word.

I just see another the same match that Conor did before with Mayweather. But if the camp of MP has confirmed this to happen, we just have to wait from the official announcement of his manager or campaigner as they're the one fixing his upcoming matches.

Yes it was only said first by Manny's assistant as been also said in news. So it's really confirmed and He will do it for helping in needs due to Pandemic, portion of his winning will go for helping many. Hopefully He will really win, not just because of his good heart for other but because he still deserves to win despite his age, he's still strong and fast.

I see the good intention of why he's going to go with this match as it will bring him a lot of money. And the same with Conor, there's also going to be an outflowing of money for this match.

If that's the said statement is coming from the camp, ok then I don't have to wait for an official words coming from MP as there's already an assistant of him who has verified this match and to say, there's already a lot of news circulated for this match which is said to happen on Dubai if not, somewhere in Middle Easy but it can still change as they cook this match.
4338  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Web wallet that support alt coins must include bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold. on: September 28, 2020, 04:46:03 AM
~snip~
Coinomi is one of the most secure web wallets on the crypto market.
I've used it and I don't have problems with them but there might be people who will argue with you on this for telling it the "most secure" as it's a closed-source wallet.
That's right, coinomi crypto wallet app is not a web wallet but I trust this wallet more than the web wallet. Dont trust web wallet in storing big amount your bitcoin, because you are not holding your key and which means you also not holding your bitcoin private key.

I also dont have any problem of coinomi, so far so good and I can able to accept variety of cryptocurrencies through this wallet app.

For list of all wallets, this is the accurate answer.
https://www.cryptowisser.com/wallets/
There's just inaccuracy with what he said about being the "most secure" yet it's not an open-source.

For example sometime back, coinomi was discovered to have a vulnerability where the wallet would send your plain text seed phrase to google's remote spell checker API - https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/av987o/security_vulnerability_coinomi_wallet_sends_your
I still remember this issue and that's why even if I use them sometimes, I don't usually store any crypto there and I rarely use them as a cold storage although they are supporting a lot of coins.
4339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Should Be By The People For The People. on: September 28, 2020, 02:51:05 AM

Very misleading, right? I really thought it's the one that I've been seeing on cmc but it's not, it's a different one but with the same name and probably been made to mislead other investors who are eyeing to invest for that altcoin.
That is simply correct mate because why need to use almost the same name when they can make own concept to be original?
and also it is easy to create something closer to existing coin so at least there is a chance of being supported mistakenly because of being mislead.
No wonder that this thread is filled with negative thoughts regarding this project.
Whatever the purpose is we find it shady. Just don't be a victim of these projects and avoid investing further when there's something that's already doubting.

we already have many of this kind,an account created just to make post for advertising of their company/project/coins and never come back to answer questions about their existence.
in this point it looks like they are not serious in promoting their project and only luring possible investors to become another victim.
I am not saying that this is scam but reading posts above me,it looks like they are questionable and need to clarify things here before being trusted.
True. The thread should be closed/locked as there's no conversation coming from OP to answer the questions and thoughts of other people with what he has posted. The actual discussion is coming from thoughts to thoughts from us but op does without interaction.
4340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Should Be By The People For The People. on: September 27, 2020, 07:12:26 AM
I've noticed the name "Wrapped Bitcoin" as there's also one with the same name existing currently at the top rankings on Coinmarketcap.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/wrapped-bitcoin/

I thought that this project is that but after looking to the website, they are different. I think that this project is trying to copy the other project that's currently valued at $10,688 to mislead investors.
It would be nice if there was a ban on the use of the Bitcoin name for other projects that try to copy BTC or use the popularity of bitcoin to attract the attention of investors. In most cases, such projects work only in the direction of making a profit, but no more.
There is none. Bitcoin's name can be used by everybody and there's no law that stops everyone of using it. We can fairly simply ignore those projects that are naming their projects after bitcoin.
