4321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk:Reward > Pip count !!! on: July 19, 2020, 11:46:55 PM
I see traders boast about the Amount of pip they made in the market but I believe what should matter to you as a trader is your Risk to reward ratio.

If you are changing your instrument of trade as a result of the pip-move of a pair/currency, I think you should re-think your decision and factor in Risk to reward.

It's high time traders stop chasing shadows.  Smiley

In my view too. apart from ratio reward to risk management I believe calculating the number of pips is also good rather than having only profit made in mind. Some traders can use a huge lot size to trade just because of the profit they are chasing but if you trade based in pips and reduce your risk appetite, I think is also RR
The numbers pips count does not necessarily amount to making profits such numbers of pips was equally traded with a wide stop loss I agreed with the schools of thougth that a good Risk to Reward ratio is most important for a trader having an edge over the market, a 1:3 risk to reward ratio profits made in 5 trades iwill equally ended up in profits after losing 5 trades in a nutshell the numbers of pips is not a yardstick for making profits the longer term of profit taking via risk to reward ratio supercede counting the number of pips.

You should not blame the Bounty manager for all mortal sins, he is not guilty of the failure of the project. Only the team is responsible for the project itself and its development. The manager is responsible for promoting it. His honesty and responsibility to bounty hunters are worth a lot.
that's true and there were some trusted managers were getting fooled by the scam projects and this is not the fault that has already made by the managers. He must try to think if everything is not controlled by the manager. The manager is only doing what already ordered by the team beside try to DYOR before managing the project.
I think a trusted bounty manager can be seen now from how they do their work and the more bounties handled by them are enough to show that they have a very good trust and become a trusted bounty manager such as a detective bounty manager.
Some of these trusted bounty managers had made names for themselves that is why hunters are always participating in their campaigns there is an assurance that they will get paid at the end of the project thus another reason for newbies to make a thorough research in choosing the right bounty rather than choosing any campaign without assurance of payment.
4323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 19, 2020, 09:20:53 PM
David De Gea has been really awful today, he has to be blame for the loss, two errors from him,  Romero should had start instead of Gea
Arsenal vs Chelsea at final, London rival clash, Arsenal needs to revenge their Europa cup defeat this time around
Those two goals cheaply conceded by DeGea was quite disappointing and a costly mistake for a highly rated goalkeeper of a big club like Man utd personally I agreed with you that Romero should had manned the post probably the match might had ended in a draw although Chelsea dominated the match and deserve to win thus proving some of their critic wrong based on their previous encounter with Man Utd this season losing most their meetings.
The final match with Arsenal is going to be a different ball game now that Arteta is in charge of the North London club, the club has improved tremendously in recent times and they will surely try to avenge their last Europa cup defeat against Chelsea.

Very good article from BBC Sport today:
''Arsenal 2-0 Manchester City: Mikel Arteta exposes City's deficiencies''

The most interesting points of the article:
This match was a personal and tactical triumph for Arteta.
If Manchester City plays like this against Real, then Real also has a good chance to win and go further in the competition.
''they have a soft centre and can be weak under pressure with a propensity to give away easy goals''
Guardiola has to take responsibility for failing to find a real replacement for Vincent Kompany.
Laporte and 19-year-old rookie Eric Garcia are not real substitutes.

Is this Manchester City really the favorite to win the European Champions League this year?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/53460340
It was a bad luck for city last night, AMD I don't think City would make the same mistake they did last night to Real Madrid in champions league return leg. City side only need to replace Kompany for he is old enough to tackle with great strength. They would buckle up hopefully against Real.
Striking prowess of real  madrid will definitely be a threat to  Man City, Arsenal had really exposed their weak defence line coupled with the lack of form of Fernandinho who should have cover their defence while Otamendi experience is also lacking at the back Laporte lack the experience of playing big matches I am very sure Zidane will deploy a tactic that will crumble Man City defence the likes of Benzima, Isco and others will do the damage except Guordiola restrategizes his tactics although they have an advantage after winning the first leg.

4327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your Best trading platform is? on: July 18, 2020, 10:36:57 PM
Many exchanges including coin bases, do not allow trading from all countries. For this reason, I use Binance, kucoin, whitebit. These exchanges have satisfactory volume. Trading fees and withdrawal fees are tolerable on these exchangers.
Binance is also my favorite trading platform the user interface is very friendly and easily navigable one of its feature is the abilty of using their default indicators to suit my  trading strategy and their security feature is also top-notched withdrawal is swift and fast I am not conversant with the other platform I had already sticked with binance thus not exploring other exchanges of course they might better than binance.
4328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most searched cryptocurrencies on Google on: July 18, 2020, 09:22:21 PM
No doubt that bitcoin would be the no.1 searched cryptocurrencies on google because bitcoin is the most popular crypto. I don't know why BSV, EOS and BNB were not included maybe those coins needs to improvement and I'm sure BNB will be include the most searched crypto in the future.
Obviously bitcoin should come first before any other cryptocurrency from close interaction with many people in my town majority only knows about bitcoin while few of them that inquire further knew more of those less common ones the likes of BNB, LTC and DOGE I belief its an encouraging news knowing that a lot of people wanted to know more about cryptocurrencies invariably they might be interested in investing in them.
4329  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Keeping it's limitaion Between 9--10K on: July 18, 2020, 03:14:11 PM
From lats couple of months this has being in the range bound as it has gone twice above 10k but had fallen from those levels and also had fallen below 9k during this period but had managed to bounce back form that and now at around 9250$ range. So for now it seems that it is being the 9-10k one. Some positive move will result towards the much awaited 10k price.

My stand on this is that except a positive fundamental news is on the horizon this will stirred up the price to be bullish and break those resistance and trendlines else the price will continue to range between $9K to $9K4 I am very optimist that in the next few days to come something positive will trigger a bullish run although there is rumor hack on twitter account of some influential personals of course some analyst had attributed the bearish sentiment of bitcoin to the hack while predicting more dump in days ahead based on fundamental point of view.
4330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade by yourself on: July 18, 2020, 02:36:41 PM
It is not possible to succeed in any kind of business without learning and trading without learning, whether it is a cryptocurrency, commodity or forex trading. If one wants to trade in a successful way, then one must take education. No work can be successful without education.
but the story differs from trading, work in the real world does have to take education,
but in cyberspace we don't have to follow that path, enough to learn independently, and study it regularly
Definitely you just have to learn trading passionately of course success comes with hard work and perseverance while education and knowledge is the key to become a successful trader I don't. subscribe to following signals I had devoted my time in learning how to trade forex independently and gradually I had started to make profits although I am still demoing while with time I am very sure of dealing with emotion and fears while trading to gain experience better than waiting for any fictitious signals.
4331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Ethereum Wallets on: July 18, 2020, 12:44:32 PM
MyEtherWallet is easier to use and understand, and they have now also developed Android and IOS versions. Metamask is very helpful for me especially when I want to claim something or connect to several platforms. Trustwallet, I never uninstalled this application.
MyEtherwallet is also my trusted and preferred ERC20  ethereum wallet having been using it for long, their interface is user friendly and easily navigable however in recent days stories of phishing that wallet had been of increase I had to switch to metamask which had been serving me excellently well while blockchain wallet is purposely used to hodl ETH I never bothered to test other wallets mentioned by the OP other users might have one or two issues while using them that is why It always good to review and scrutinize them thoroughly.
4332  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the twitter scam crash the price on: July 17, 2020, 11:28:13 PM
All these fusses about twitter hack wouldn't have any impact on the price of bitcoin of course some fundamentalist will create unnecessary fear thus facilitates usual dumping usually associated with such an event even if the dump occurs definitely it wouldn't last before the price heads northward, this isn't the first time hacking of his nature had occurred we had several of that in the past with no significant impact on the price of bitcoin.
I also feel concerned about twitter being hacked more to it an insider must be involved a thorough investigation should be carried to reveal those behind the hack and prevent future occurrence while beefing up their security firewalls.

4334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers favorite tools on: July 17, 2020, 08:51:53 PM
You are right, this techniques as been working for quite sometimes now, and I hope investors will learn and stop falling for cheap scam. 80% of exchange projects too is pure scam, they don't have any real usecase, just mere attractive name to deceive investors.
The worst and the culprit among them are exchanges I hardly see any exchange coming into real life I personally invested in one or two of them which eventually turned scam I belief this is an eye opener to any investor or bounty hunter to avoid those ones else the end result will be regret of course those scammers are having a field day due to non regulation of cryptos where every dick and harry enters the market with shady deals and tricks to defraud unsuspecting investors every crypto enthusiast has to be wary of them including those mentioned by OP.
4335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: One of the Best Weapons in Trading on: July 17, 2020, 07:56:15 PM
Whenever I get on a new trade, I always try to setup up stop loss orders incase the trade doesn't go in my direction (it doesn't always have to) Using stop loss, I'm able to cut my losses before they start escalating to even bigger amount. The major downside with using stop loss is that you can get stopped out of a trade, lose some percentages and then the market will continue to move in the direction you originally analyzed it to go. It's painful but then very helpful especially if you can't monitor your trades at all times.
The importance stop loss cannot be overemphasized in trading it is a trading saver purposefully used to cut losses as forex trader I analyzed my trades with risk to reward ratio while taking cognizance of the stop loss to cut off a losing trade while a percentage of my portfolio is lost,
I also personally experienced a scenario of price analyzed to move northward i.e bullish however turns bearish and painfully hit my stop loss before returning to bullish of course wide stop-loss wouldn't cater for a profitable reward in trading thus this is indeed the most difficult part of trading which requires experience.
4336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters complains and they listens on: July 16, 2020, 09:52:29 PM
I heard bounty hunters like Wapinter and Arteezy had their time as well, they introduced some bad ass bounty projects that turned out to be very very rewarding for bounty hunters years back but what happened today? They are now rich ass niggas or what lol? I think every thing is time, you can't shine forever lol
To whom do you say LOL? basically all hunters want the best for themselves, as well as managers, they do their job as managers, their cases are rich, it is their right as human beings who always try their jobs. YOUR IS LOL
Well there are hunters who don't read replies of bounty managers on telegrams they kept on repeating the same questions that had already been answers that is why they are usually ignored by most managers, taking their time reading thorough replies on telegram is a task to them meanwhile bubbalex and bounydetectives seems to tolerate them while  replying every questioned post to them regardless of whether it had been previously answered or not which is quiet a good quality of a good manager, more so bounty hunters should take their time to read instructions, rules and replies before asking any questions.

4338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin soon will become a boring investment? on: July 06, 2020, 07:52:09 PM
Allot of people are making investment in Bitcoin, even with the risks involved. Everybody want to own Bitcoin. Many have half or more than half of their portfolio invested in Bitcoin already, This digital currency is becoming  almost common to all, when everyone owns a Bitcoin who then will care about it as it will be as common and a boring investment.

I believe this is a treat in the Bitcoin market value, could this actually bring down the market? Or it is a sign for feature increase in the market? Your thoughts are welcome..
Bitcoin had been in existence since 2009 It wasn't as boring even now when many people are eager to own as many portfolio available by accumulating presently there many entrant into crypto world on daily this gonna continue as far as people are still existing in this planet.
This is not going to be boring especially to newbies they will enthusiastically want to feel experience of owning and earning bitcoin thus the market value will continue to grow in leaps and bound.
4339  Economy / Trading Discussion / Three basic Market Analysis to Becoming a Successful trader for Newbies on: July 05, 2020, 02:51:21 PM
These  are 3 broad market analysis for a newbie trader to have an edge over the market in trading
1. Fundamental analysis
2. Technical analysis
3. Sentimental analysis
Fundamental analysis comprises of Social, Economic and political news which serves as the driving force of all prices they greatly
influenced price volatility and momentum of cryptos, forex, indices, commodities etc.
This analysis influenced most price in a market in crypto markets watch out for crypto Forks, Government clampdown on big exchanges etc
in forex, indices, commodities  Monetary policies, speeches on inflation, unemployment etc influenced prices
Traders are expected to be kept abreast and get updated on any upcoming fundamental news.

Technical analysis utilizes a trading pattern in predicting price movement of a crypto,  indices etc with the aid of charting patterns
this analysis with the aid of indicating tools both leading and lagging indicators help to predict the future price movement based on past historical
calculations, of course price history repeat itself, trend lines, support and resistance lines moving averages are some of the tools in ensuring a trader trade with the trend 'Trend is your friend' in trading coupled with learning Price Action is a must for newbies to earn profits consistently.

Sentimental analysis this analysis helps a trader to study investors, whales, market manipulators etc mind on their decision making mood
Although its quite difficult to understand but some knowledge is a prerequisite to become a successful trader.
Finally controlling emotion, fear psychology are all required for  newbie traders.
4340  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is good amount to start day trading is 100$ enough?? on: July 03, 2020, 08:44:37 AM
This is not matter, You can start Trading just from $10. I see many User, who Start their trading just from $10 usd. Just need proper knowledge about Trading,  otherwise You can lost your Asset.
100$ is quite reasonable to start trading with the only only problem is the profit taken might be very small when considering the risk management, personally I like the idea of starting with small amount of money to gain some valuable experience and apply the knowledge gained and deal with emotion and fear having make profits consistently you can add more funds.
