4321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know RACA is a scam??? on: July 21, 2022, 10:29:00 AM
RACA did pull off a great FOMO wave to investors during the bullish market last year and many hyped it that's why it raise to the roof because of the backers and influencers promoting it.  Based on the article, it showed the team manipulation involvement is a big red flag that's why investors should be more careful now from now on.

Well there are a lot of projects who pull this similar stunts and I've seen this practice even in 2017's bull run wherein everyone was in FOMO state and regardless what project it is, the market is going to be pump so hard and this might what happen to this project.

Unfortunately, the side effect is that after the FOMO, the market is going to crash hard and it's going to be long and difficult process to recover. And it some cases, project just die a natural death in the bear market.
4322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 30k Range again on: July 21, 2022, 09:31:38 AM
The last 3 days make us optimistic that bitcoin will soon rise again, an increase of more than 15% in 3 days creates more opportunities to continue to rise and I'm also optimistic that July will return to the $30k range, now focus and keep buying so you don't regret it when the price is back to $30k.

Yep, but that's just 3 days though, we didn't even get to $25K as the price goes down again. Maybe there is a huge selling pressure hitting the magic number of $23K-$24K.

I like to be optimistic, but I still see that this might be 'catching a falling knife' scenario. And with that, I don't see the price going back to $30k not this month at least. Too many news like the war and then Musk selling his stash of bitcoin might affect the price in the next 24 hours.
4323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 21, 2022, 09:07:48 AM
So good in paper but we will see what the future holds for him as Sixers. And hopefully the team will be healthy so that we can see the potential because this team is huge, I mean we've seen Joel Embiid putting MVP stats and he could be the MVP last season if he remains consistent, (not getting injured).

That's the problem, even if the Sixers are healthy throughout all season and in playoffs, they always failed.

There's no question about Joel Embiid. He's always on the MVP rankings every season. His stats are really impressive and top of the line among many others.  If only he has good role players backup, his talent is not wasted on this team. The Sixers should be grateful that Embiid never asks for a trade or even an intention to do it after several years of failed journey.

If the Sixers will do nothing, they will end up like Portland Trail Blazers that is not working their best to surround their main player with a good backup. After keeping Harden, Sixers should also needs to improve their other starters and even the bench squad.

Embiid is a hell of a player but I just don’t think him and Harden will ever be enough to bring a championship to Philadelphia.  They are definitely a decent team but in todays NBA is just next to impossible to win it all unless you’ve got one of the top 5-7 best players and I don’t think Embiid or Harden are.
Just remember the Bucks when they won a championship.
They only have Giannis and Middleton as an all-star but they have 3rd player in Holiday plus a very well-rounded supporting casts that's why they won a championship.

I'm not saying that Bucks = Sixers and Harden and Embiid alone can't carrying the team isn't enough that's why they need a 3rd option that will help them and I believe it's Tyrese Maxey. He played well last season and in the playoffs but it wasn't enough for the whole team. Overall, he played well and if he will improve more this season, they have a shot in winning the title. Let's see their supporting players after the trade deadline and we might predict if the Sixers will be a title contender or not.

Yes, when the Bucks won that championship, they are well rounded, just like what the Warriors is in winning their 4th. Holiday and then a bunch of role players who knows how to fit into their system, rebounds, defense, shooting from the outside. As I have said previously, Harris should be the next guy to really contribute. IF he plays so-so performance again this season, it's better for the Sixers to trade him and look for players that can help Joel and Harden in offense.
4324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: July 21, 2022, 08:23:05 AM
Well for those who want to hear what Crawford says about this fight,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-y2CufWpkw8

And I would say that I will be positive that this fight is going to happen sooner than we all think. By the way I read Spence expressions and body language, there have been talks in the background that he can't tell right now because they are still working on it.
4325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game Theory Optimal (GTO) vs Exploitative play on: July 21, 2022, 07:45:30 AM
Nothing specifically favorite as regardless, we will really end up using those strategies based on the given situation.

Whether in physical games or online casinos, those strategies mentioned are effective also fact that we should know how to use those in a proper way.

For other strategies, we can eventually create our own automatically while in different situations. There are lots of things and happenings we will encounter while in-game that's why there's a thing in our mind that will create the best strategy for us. Experienced poker players know that.

I agree, there's nothing special about this so called strategies and this is already well known in the gambling industry. Successful poker players really developed their own strategy on how to read and not giving flaws to their opponent to see and read what hands they have. Or at least some of them, it's all about the bluff and how you are going to execute it.

4327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Asia Cup 2022 (Japan vs Philippines) on: July 20, 2022, 11:41:48 PM
What a game, no hope. The problem are not the players but the management and coaching staff. You know that there's an issue about it and it's all about Chot and his pride. Again, after so many years that Philippines have been dominant against Japan, they've lost.
Well, Gilas still has Fiba world cup 2nd round and I hope that there won't be anymore politics about it. We all want the team to win and just like Japan's management, they've allowed their best players to play.

Oh well, we missed the top 8 and obviously, PH basketball has been going down, we lost the medal in the Sea Games against Indonesia and this one.

I think heads should roll in this one, Coach Chot has lost it really and we should overhaul the system again so that we can go back and be competitive in the world level.
4328  Economy / Economics / Re: Surprisingly, Elon's Tesla is not so keen on hodling BTC anymore on: July 20, 2022, 11:13:56 PM
Pretty easy decision for him and I think maybe some of us had so this coming. Obviously, it has something to do with the current state of the market and maybe he knows that he is going to lose money short term. So as a businessman, he has to shift and keep moving his money around so that it will still grow despite the current recession that we are having. So I'm not surprised, but I don't think this is an attack to bitcoin coming from him, just a business move, in my opinion.
4329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 20, 2022, 10:23:59 PM
Another rumor, Lakers re-engage with the Pacers, trying to get Hield?

Probably this is a back up plan for them, if they are not going to get Kyrie, at least a good back up point guard?

It could be THT/Nunn or maybe future pick (maybe too much to include this one) for Hield or

Hield/Turner for Westbrook.

What do you think?
4330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ADA to be next MATIC on: July 20, 2022, 09:46:02 PM
ADA already existed before matic, and the market capacity on ADA is much bigger than matic. so what is being talked about here maybe about the price?
if for the price maybe ADA will follow the movement of bitcoin and the current market. so just wait for the market to recover because everything in matic has been adopted first by ADA.

Yes, I was about to say this, ADA is one of the prime movers, has been in the market for so long now, so I don't understand the comparison by the OP to be the next Matic?

And there have been a lot of development from ADA's infancy and Chris is really very active in the community. So for me, each own of them has it's own strength, whether running on ETH or having their own mainnet.
4331  Economy / Economics / Re: Avoid buying land in dispute to avoid wasting of economic resources on: July 20, 2022, 11:33:45 AM
The rule of thumb in buying as least land that you can cultivate for usual, is to buy it from your relatives. AT least that's how I got my current land used for planting many including rice and other vegetables. For real state, go for reputable broker or do your own research if you are doing like 1:1 buying with the "owners". Check everything in the authorities if the land is legitimate or not or who is the real owner as land registrations can also be fake.
4332  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the future of Bitcoin uncertain? on: July 20, 2022, 10:44:12 AM
What could be the state of Bitcoin in the future?

This is discussed all the time but I am asking this question because my elder brother said that after 2025 Bitcoin will not exist anymore and will be completely dead. He also said that after 2025 Bitcoin will not be mined so that Bitcoin will not be able to hold its own position.

So I would like to know from you how reasonable this statement is?

Technically, the last bitcoin that is going to be mined is around 2140, so we won't see that even in our lifetime.

If you want to find out how many times bitcoin supposedly die, you can check it out here: https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-obituaries/

In 2024, we will have a bitcoin halving event, you can research about it, but I will tell you that it's one catalyst to bring the market into another bull run, so if that happens then bitcoin is not going to die on 2025.
4333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 (September 17) on: July 20, 2022, 09:58:29 AM
Not sure if this will add a pressure on Golovkin shoulder as he is being force to defend his WBA belt against Lara regardless of the outcome of the fight.

So after the fight with Canelo, he will be given 5 days which belt he want to keep. And if he wanted to go down to 160 lbs, then him and Lara are being ordered by the WBA to have one unified champion. Lara is the "regular WBA" champion.

Nah, he has 3 belts right now, he can just give up or being stripped of the WBA for all he care. And I agree that his boxing bodies has so many belts, they they will have to force their champion. They allow GGG to go up to 168 lbs without stripping him. But they should know that mandating him to fight Lara just right after his fight with Canelo is not good for the boxers. So for sure, GGG would rather be strip of his WBA belt that force to fight Lara in just 3 months after his fight with Canelo.
4334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on Psychology & Sociology Perspectives. on: July 20, 2022, 09:19:20 AM
I am interested in making this topic because the debate between gambling for money or entertainment is still very long, now I add that some people gamble to practice skills and also because it has become their culture (like the Chinese people)

For sure, this topic is not going to end, for pure money and entertainment it really depend on the individual itself. But for the Chinese people gambling is on a totally different level for them as it is part of every facets of their lives already. So yeah, maybe they are gambling to try their luck or what maybe their positive energy and their horoscope (another important discovery in ancient China) is saying.
4335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 20, 2022, 08:42:47 AM
This could be his last chance to win a ring, wth the Sixers. Still build around Joel, but Harden could be the missing pieces that they needed. They just feel short last playoff, but you can't blame Harden totally. Now that we will be healthy (hopefully, no hamstring injuries), then we will see how he really wanted to win and push himself and be the number 2 guy in this team.

I'm not sure, but If the Sixers won't make it this upcoming season I doubt if they could ever really make it. I mean they actually have a pretty good roster. They have Harris and 3 young talents Maxey, Thybulle, and Melton.
This team should be on the ECF or even the Finals. They fell short last playoffs and it is a must for them to bounce back this season. They've got Tucker which would be a good addition for their defense with Thybulle.

Totally disappointed with Harris performance though, if there is one Sixers that I think that should need to go, it will be him. But in any case, everything now is on Harden's shoulder for the next season. He did sacrifice a lot of money to get some of his former team mates from the Houston to help him out. So it should be good as there will be no adjustments to be made from him as Tucker can play any position in defense. Remember the days with Mike D'Antoni wherein Tucker playing against legitimate centers because they choose to go small that time.
4336  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph suspended my account without valid reason on: July 20, 2022, 08:07:55 AM

Unfortunately, nangyari na rin sa kin to in the last couple of weeks.

No offense naman sa kanila been using them since 2017 pero may mga kalaban na at parang nakapa higpit nila.

Anyhow, balik na rin ako sa level 3, kaka approved ko lang nung isang araw pagtapos ko ulit mag send ng panibagong documents.
4337  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Discussion] Should Gambling be Banned? on: July 18, 2022, 11:58:28 PM
Again, as I have said in previous thread, it seems that gambling is in our DNA already. We've discussed when it started, whether in China or other old civilization. That alone proved that gambling is already on us since the beginning of our history.

And it evolved so much that there are governments willing to accept gambling with regulations. But as far as online, it will be hard to stop it totally. Gamblers are so adaptive that they will always find loopholes and exploits and maybe circumvent the ban by their government.
4338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 18, 2022, 11:34:42 PM
I think Lebron making a big deal out of drew league is not as much of a thing as we think it is. He probably had a little vacation and didn't want to stay at home and that was about it. I do not think that it was anything more than that. Of course it could be to get in shape, btu he could have done that in a much less competitive way, this dude is not just playing basketball in the nba because he wants to make money, of course he is a genius level business person and he made a ton of money so far, but he doesn't care about that anymore if you ask me, being the best basketball player for a few more years wouldn't be that important. I think he just plays because he loves the game so much, like he could continue to play until he is 50 if the teams still get him, and thats the main reason he is in the drew league as well.

Drew league is like Rucker.  Every baller wants to play there.  It's been a pilgrimage for many nba'ers.  At the heart of it these guys are all ballers, they just want to play.  And making your mark at Drew is something every baller has on theor bucket list.  Don't care if you are in the NBA or not there are just still playground spots that are just as important to basketball just in another way.

Correct, but I will rate Rucker as a bit higher than Drew as it was in Harlem and it has a lot of history as well. And yeah a lot of NBA players wanted to play because they can showcase their talent and you know that New Yorker loves their basketball so it's crazy out there. Lebron, Kobe, Durant and other legendary players at one time in their career has balled on Rucker and it went wild. There are Youtube videos out there for fans who wanted to see the atmosphere and competition in the early 2000s.

4339  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: July 18, 2022, 11:10:47 PM
^^ Regardless where gambling originated, China or India or ancient Middle East, gambling has been ingrained with humanity since the dawn of man. Perhaps our ancestors really found out a clever way to dice, whether to used it for entertainment or other purposes. And this is how we involved, and this is also the same reason why it's hard to get rid of gambling because it's already on our DNA as per our ancestors.
4340  Economy / Gambling / Re: hello Players!! on: July 18, 2022, 10:54:43 PM
The only gambling industry in the current bearish market is moving at their own way. At this time every gambling site is sophisticated. The first thing that attracts gamblers is the design of the site. Then they try to understand what is inside it. I can't access to your site but it seems that the mentioned script may be from an old site or it can be restricted for some countries may be.
Does gambling station effect bearish market especiallyasino game I don't know if gambling section have anything to do with gambling because if coin rise and fall it does not add anything meaningful to gamblling because gambling is like something that dependable to it own.

Depends, if the casino is reputable and good then for sure it will not be affected by market condition. The effect will be on the players themselves, specially in the bull run wherein they might have to readjust their bet because of the obvious price surge.

As i see the OP decided to stop the project. I don`t see any changes till the thread was created. And no any activity from the OP.
And i think this is a right decision. The casino looks simple enough and slow, i don`t believe that it can attract gamblers from the others trusted casinos.
It’s actually sad to see developer stop their project with a lot of potential, as we can see OP is asking for possible improvements and that’s a good one to asked the public about their thoughts and suggestions. Looking forward for this project, and maybe a big comeback. Let’s be more open to give feedbacks because this can be a big help especially for the start up.

They have their reasons though, in every facets of business, it's really hard to just stop something that you have been passionate as this is what I interpret from the OP himself  Anyhow, we have more options right now, dice, card cards, slots machines in other well-known and reputable online casinos.
