4341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY AND UNFAIR TREATMENT OF HUNTERS on: September 27, 2020, 12:13:23 PM
It is of no doubt that many investors detest bounty hunters as they usually attribute the fault of price fall and dump to them, instead of blaming the project teams that do not put things in place to make their projects stand out.
Mostly they make the hunters faulty in a reason that they don't care much of the tokens being sent to them but if it will be put in one piece mostly investors contribute much of the falling price if certain investors do have a weak hand.

Today, the team equally treat the hunters wickedly as if they're beggars after the hunters have completed the tasks assigned to them.

I recently witnessed a bounty pool of $15,000 with a participants of around 2,000. The bounty bounty was first scheduled for 4 weeks and later extended to 20 without a dime added to the pool.

The hunters endure the hash condition to complete the project and the hunters' were still delayed for several months after the bounty ended. When the started to pay, just 20% was released extending the rest of the payment to over 9 months.

Despite all these, the token price is still not attractive. Are all these hash treatments meted on hunters worth it!
As far as I could tell it isn't but hunters do have a choice where they'll join projects they think that has good pay. As per the distribution I think it was a little too harsh really, I've been on the same boat and still waiting if they'll ever distribute it, hoping the future of bounties is paid weekly or monthly.
4342  Other / Meta / Re: The strict policy in Bitcointalk. on: September 27, 2020, 02:12:12 AM
Issues again on the merit system when you yourself can't get hold of it because you're too busy doing bounties.

Apart from the stringent procedures, Bitcointalk comes with a distinctive policy that can not be seen in any other platform.
That's called uniqueness and you should know changes are constant, merit system solved the issues of spamming and those who just want to gain activity by creating too many accounts to be used for farming bounties and signature campaign.

It will not become strict on your end if you focus on how you'll get it rather than complaining. I think it's for your best if you try to change your focus or not change but add more like how you can earn merits.
4343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Mark Magsayo vs Rigoberto Hermosillo on Oct 3 on: September 26, 2020, 11:44:33 PM
At least after the fight with Haro was cancelled, they quickly find a replacement and was able to squeeze Magsayo into a main event. If I'm not mistaken, he is also under MP Promotions so there's no doubt that he could contend in a world title if he continue with his good performance and I wouldn't be surprised it will be just 2-3 fights away.

So the future for this kid really looks good and hope that he will be the next big Filipino to make waves in boxing.
There’s a bright future for this young boxer and I know he’s under the best management and looking at his records, he has the advantage on this one. Though the fight with Haro was cancelled, I’m sure this fight will become and exciting match too, and I’ll bet for Magsayo since he’s a Filipino and he has the skills and ability to win on this fight.
I never knew he was under now on the MP Promotions and being coached by Freddie Roach it was really a news to me. If he continues to do what he started and just keep being humble I think he really do look for a better tomorrow. Humbleness is one of Pacquiao's main asset and that's why he is loved worldwide, hope he learns from it.
4344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Mark Magsayo vs Rigoberto Hermosillo on Oct 3 on: September 26, 2020, 12:57:48 PM
This is the future of Philippine Boxing, let's see if he will have the same charisma of Pacquiao that could literally stop the whole nation watching his fights, I really hope so. Though he got the confidence, he needs to be careful this as always and not chicken his opponents.

4347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 25, 2020, 04:29:43 PM
Miami Heat will be the champion this year I guess, they're very prepared had much better team chemistry, hardwork pays.
Hope so but they got to head-to-head first to LeBron (or Jokic if they gonna pull the strings again for the 3rd time - the 3-1 deficit champs) and friends and I think that may not be gonna easy for them this time. I think so too that Heat will be the ECF champions.

@cabalism13 better post here the things to connect on THOU token like whitepaper, website or something similar like that. Haven't joined meme contest lately.
4349  Other / Meta / Re: How long does avatar caching last? on: September 25, 2020, 11:11:59 AM
In my case I usually don't pay too much attention in it as long as I successfully uploaded the new one. If I want to join a signature I'll just tell the campaign manager that it's successful but it may take some time. Usually it take an hour or two (the longest) on my end until it shows on my forum profile avatar especially if that avatar was used for a very long time.

So my question is, is the time that the old avatar is cached for indeterminate, or does it really take a few seconds to update, which means it was just a glitch in my browser?
It really takes long until your browser cache memory recognize the new avatar, unless that avatar was previously cached on your browser. I think it isn't a glitch and this isn't the first time users have encountered the same issue. My advice is just be patient enough.
4350  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Any USDT (TRC20) to fiat conversion within the Philippines? on: September 25, 2020, 09:29:27 AM
You can move this sa Altcoins (Pilipinas) board, mas appropriate siya doon.

Just a suggestion: Trust wallet > Binance > trade USDT to XRP > send XRP to a custodial wallet like coins.ph or Abra then convert XRP to PHP. If ang P2P sa Binance supports PHP address ng coins.ph then matapos mong mabenta withdraw to coins.ph then mas madali yun, pero mukhang hindi naman ata (correct me if I'm wrong) haven't used that P2P kasi masyadong daming kailangan maging P2P trader.

I think sa suggestion ko sa taas mas makakatipid ka kasi hindi naman kalakihan ang transaction fee ng XRP at yung transactions instant naman.
4351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people keep playing unlicensed, illegal slot machines? on: September 25, 2020, 04:31:17 AM
That guy for sure knows the tricks on how he can get those wins. I remember this kind of machine back in the days the local government wasn't strict on my area but right now this will never be back in town for sure unless it will be kept in secret.

The incident was reported on USA and this guys still trying to pull some rugs to peoples pocket, I don't know the sanction they'll get on it but hope a bigger one will be impose on these people especially those who made those. The name "no chance" is surely a warning not to play it.
4352  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Newbie Should be Careful When Received New Follower From Famous Bitcoiner on: September 25, 2020, 12:08:47 AM
Well, I don't mind if they do but if they share those annoying tweets like retweeting a certain giveaway so that they could gain more followers or something like that, I really tend to unfollow them. Just keep in mind real crypto Twitter personalities don't follow some common people and if by chance you've been followed always keep in mind that they might be fakes or always be vigilant that if they give some links don't just click them right away.

It's not bad that there are instances like that but if the purpose of the person is to just share some crypto education or news on the crypto space that is something to for keeps as a follower.
4353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: AERGO. The opportunity of a lifetime. on: September 24, 2020, 05:48:31 PM
9M market cap is still good but how come they are that of a potential project like Aergo isn't yet surfacing? Do you think there are lot of competition out there with Aergo blockchain tech?

Of all partnership out there mentioned I think it will be the utmost success of they'll partner with Saudi Arabia via those CBDCs on their blockchain. That for sure will be the huge leap of Aergo to be known in the market, team should just focus on their roadmap and still keep on delivering their products, the next time reaping the rewards is not impossible.
4354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 24, 2020, 12:09:28 PM
Lol I love the jokes about nuggets winning this game. They have Lakers exactly where they wanted, now Nuggets will lose the next game and series will be 3-1 just like Nuggets wanted and then they will win 3 in a row to eliminate Lakers as well Cheesy.
That's my prediction as well and I said it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1220979.msg55238016#msg55238016. Well, if they come resilient again for the third time there's something they are brewing and that for sure is another history and may be unbreakable even on the next decades. They've just done 2 in a row what if 3 in a row that's totally unreal for them. But I don't think LeBron will gonna pull this through at least let him get to the Finals and let say if he choke on it again.
Making it happen on the 2nd time in a row? then that would really be a history on making a comeback on 3 games deficit.Same as justdimin where i do also love the joke about these talks about on letting lakers to win the next game and the rest would follow on what happened on previous powerhouse team.I agree that this kind of record or history is unbreakable
but i dont see that it would happen the second time around. If Lakers performance would really be just the same on this Game 3 then its possible but i dont see for Lebron and the
rest of the team will make it just happen so easily.
Well, the Nuggets already made that history on that from Jazz and Clippers 3-1 deficit, that's in row and that's unbreakable, they get that on the 1st and 2nd round in the playoffs. If Lakers can't lift the curse they bring then we will see Nuggets on the Finals.
4355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: private key doesn't work on: September 24, 2020, 01:28:29 AM
If it turns out there are some missing or added letters or numbers from the time you saved it that will really not work. I agree with Tipstar maybe you have a different bitcoin address from the latest wallet you're importing right now. Check first the type of address you're trying to import your private key in your wallet.

4358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm scared of ethereum gas fee on: September 23, 2020, 01:23:10 PM
I think it will not happen that it will ballooned its gas fee into 2000 usd knowing that once it happens many of their hodlers and crypto-enthusiasts whose using their blockchain platform will definitely boycott them and will definitely change or go to a much cheaper gas fee platform and if that will happens it will definitely a big lost for the developer of ethereum.
That's why they need to develop a solution on that or else there will be too many they'll be losing. The only thing that getting happy in this scenario is surely Uniswap and those who are on the liquidity pools since mostly Uniswap is used in it.

The investors either migrate to another DEX like Uniswap or they migrate to another blockchain that has low fees and has faster transactions.
4359  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Philippine central bank embraces digital tokens on: September 23, 2020, 10:28:34 AM
I think this isn't new na yung Bangko Sentral want to adopt sa mga digital currencies, I even made a thread tungkol dito. The question is, kung minamadali ba ito at ano ang reason kung ito at minamadali? Kasi kung tingnan yung first statement sa article it looks like it, just my assumption though.

4360  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anybody knows Wbet7 admin? I'll give you 0.02 BTC on: September 22, 2020, 11:14:52 PM
The thing that it was dead 2 years ago, you'd never have to think that you can still get you money and finish business with Wbet7. It seems to be hopeless and even you can find a person that knows about them, their team members but the assurance is very slim. What I could suggest for you now is to move-on our life never had to put an end because of this and take this as a lesson to ponder. Not all went so smooth, you've been one of those hundreds, thousands scam victims.
If it seems a huge amount of cash being held on that bookie I'm sure there's no way they'll give it again and that inactivity from their side is obvious that they'll scam people. They may be are active right now as per the website but I think that's only for formality and I guess they don't have much of costumers on their site, I may guess as well that they are processing manually their witdrawals and that's really put no good for the customers.
