4341  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Yiazo YBF Bitfury miner on: June 11, 2014, 03:19:04 PM
wow @ those prices...

Amazing right!  OP has solid, efficient tech, that he could probably sell a boatload of at the right price.

Anything greater than $2 per GH/s is the wrong price.
4342  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: MinerTechnologies.com - 3 TH/S and 200MH/S ASM1 for sell / Cloud contracts. on: June 11, 2014, 03:17:16 PM
Sorry, $2.6 per GH/s is just not competitively priced at all.  No ROI for customer at all locked in for a year, only profit for provider and that's it.

Gotta be much lower than $2 per GH to even be considered.
4343  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. WEEKLY PAYOUTS. on: June 11, 2014, 03:14:03 PM
I really regret to say that this signature campaign is pretty much over.
There is no response from the owners. No confirmation of payments. There are literally no updates.
There are just people who chat here after one another and some trying to help others out.
I dont think its going to last very long and im not going to wait for a burning ship till its completely wrecked.
Going to take the honorable way out and leave this campaign.
That extra 2usd or 5 or 10 usd is not going to make a huge difference in my life or is not going to make either of us rich.
I propose we start out own signature campaign.

Let me know if you guys are with me.

Regards

Duke
good choice.
1 month is too long to wait for signature campaign, very risky
OP is unprofessional, they not online almost 1 week for now
good luck for another users who still stick with them

What the heck are you talking about?

The 2 biggest campaigns here in BCT for months paid monthly, PrimeDice and Ritzgrandcasino.

Weekly is an anomaly in these parts.
4344  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Who the hell is still mining on GHash.IO? GTFO that pool already!!! on: June 11, 2014, 03:06:07 PM
Well I guess some peeps are heeding the call.  Down to 43% in the last 24 hours, though we really need GHash.io to be ideally below a third of the hashrate to be truly safe.

Any idea how much hashrate on Ghash.io is from their own private farm now?

Not sure their personal farm breakdown, but in total they have almost 40 PH based on Organofcorti.blogspot.com.
4345  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Ghash.IO is awesome. on: June 11, 2014, 02:55:07 PM
Ghash.IO is the opposite of awesome.

Can't believe any knowledgeable miner would willingly mine there risking the possibility of an attack.
4346  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: MinerTechnologies.com - 3 TH/S and 200MH/S ASM1 for sell / Cloud contracts. on: June 11, 2014, 02:39:23 PM
We dropped prices and added more contracts - http://mining.minertechnologies.com/Miningplans

Starting from $50

Cloud mining thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647930.0

$2599 for 1TH/s for a year.  Did I read that correctly?  That price is surprisingly competitive.  I'm not one for cloud hashing, and in fact have steered others away from it in general; however, this price is basically the same as purchasing your own hardware.  You don't have to deal with the electricity/maintenance, either.

The only problem with that is you'll never ROI in BTC or fiat at $2599 for 1 TH/s.

Any miner (hardware or cloud based), has to be less than $2/GH to be able to have a chance at ROI.

Anything more, you're just throwing away BTC.
4347  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Manufacturer Trustworthiness Guide on: June 11, 2014, 02:27:50 PM
BlackArrow is a major sinkhole with absolutely no communication effort, outright lying to their customers about absolutely everything.

Their specs have been totally missed. No stackable miners, no lcds, wifi's, no hosting, the hash-rent program is non-existant, miner hardware specifications with regards to consumption - totally off.

It's a big pile of chineese horse poo. Their flag product is absolutely nowhere in sight.

I should have converted the 10k USD I spent on their vaporware to 1 dollar bills and heat myself in the winter - it would have been far more efficient.

It's funny how I asked for immediate shipment using whatever method they can to get the low-spec machines running. And just as they were about to fulfil my order (or actually a small part of it) - BAM! They got their original design magically working and now will take 2-3 weeks to fulfil my order - absolute scam-fest.

Incompetent thieves, that in all probability are mining with our hardware.

Take what you will from this in the company score.

Absolutely, BA should be lower than Cointerra that's for sure.  At least Cointerra underdelivered and overpromised somewhat in time.

BA has nothing to show for the delay, no compensation(minion hosting???) for lost time and have not refunded anyone.  Missed every target date, everything that was supposed to set them apart from the competitors, total shitshow over there.

BA should definitely be lower than CT, VMC, Hashfast and should definitely be in the same breath as Butterfly Labs.
4348  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: June 11, 2014, 02:20:25 PM
couldn't find the "Picture of your mining farm" thread so i guess this will do.

phase 1

What is that, 100 TH/s ?  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Very nice, dude!
4349  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Has anyone heard of DigBig on: June 11, 2014, 02:13:45 PM
Thanks ChuckBuck,

Ya I was thinking the same thing. Now that it's been a few days and it seems no one has heard of them and it has been over 5 days and no one returned my email from there site. I would stay that it may be best for everyone to stay away for now. I guess for now I will hold my 20k and wait and see if someone comes out with something at around the 1600 to 1800.00 price range. I like the way the X-box looks and if Bitmain keeps dropping the price of the s2 with coupons it just may get there as well.

Thanks

You can actually can get 1 TH/s miners for $1600-$1800 already in the "Group Buys" section of this forum or the "Goods/Computer Hardware" section.

Lots of sellers/resellers selling Dragons, Bitmines, A1 clones all in hand.
4350  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Kit, sales price changes daily, now $2167 per Kit on: June 11, 2014, 02:08:56 PM
Just got the S2.  Is this the symptom of a bad power supply?
If I have more than 5 boards running, the miner would start and when the screen goes to Antminer and starts hashing, it would last for only a few seconds and turn off.  If I have only 5 boards in there, it would be hashing fine, and the pool stats show that it's hashing around 500.

Get a good Gold or Platinum 1200w or greater PSU and swap out that underpowered garbage Enermax.

No problem with my Enermax, all 10 blades work very well at about 980 Gh/s on pool cex.io.

cex.io screenshot :

S2 screenshot :

Could you and all reasonable people please stop using cex.io/ghash.io or all your (and mine) bitcoins will turn into pumpkins-use Eligius or anything else for crying out loud

I don't understand why you tell me not use cex.io/ghash.io ?

Can you explain me what is the problem with cex.io/ghash.io please ?

Best regards

Yes, please get off GHash.io immediately.

Have you heard of a "51% attack".  Well GHash reached 48% today, so do your part for the Bitcoin network and mine on Eligius, BTCGuild, or Slush's pool instead.

Ok, i understand, i get off GHash.io immediately, going to eligius.st  Smiley

Links to understand :

- Bitcoin Hashrate Distribution : https://blockchain.info/fr/pools?timespan=24hrs
- Bitcoin 51% attack : http://learncryptography.com/51-attack/

Finaly go back to ghash.io
On eligius.st, i have to wait 13 blocks found to be paid, so about 2 days.
On BTC guild, i have to pay fee.
On ghash.io, i'm instantly paid with no fee.

This explain why everybody mine on ghash.io !

Don't be a "me too" follower on the biggest pool with lowest variance with no fees, but poses the greatest threat to all of us in Bitcoin.

Think with some logic, not greed!
4351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin about to be 51%ed??? on: June 11, 2014, 01:52:41 PM
Cant resist the opportunity to post this:

What does this mean again?  Picture makes no sense.

$88mill @ $2/GH = 44 PH which is < 88.19303 PH network hashrate or roughly 49% not 51%

Close but no cigar.

4354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin about to be 51%ed??? on: June 10, 2014, 10:28:39 PM
I feel uneasy about this.  All it takes is GHash.IO pool operators to turn "rogue" and double spending coins like crazy.  In theory, it'll hurt their Cex.io cloud business and yada yada but do we really know their true intentions?

Not panicking, but uneasy for sure.
4355  Economy / Services / Re: [Lee group]6779$ for 90M scrypt miner and 1699$ for dragon 1T bitcoin miner on: June 10, 2014, 10:24:44 PM
HELP GUYS,

just added another two 1Th Dragon miners to my current 7, changed the ip so there is NO CONFLICT.So they go from -

192.168.1.99 to 192.168.1.91.

192.168.1.92 and 192.168.1.91 re the two  i have just added.

I can connect to then via ip address, They BOTH show running and have the correct GHash pool details BUT the etherenet light on the miner is constant orange, not flickering??

It is flickering at my ethernet switch....

All blades are green.

I am also NOT getting any info regarding the speed of the miner at the bottom of the miner page ip adress,eg -

Mining machine running log:
(5s): 1.015T (avg): 1.013Th / s | A: 205935616 R: 212736 HW: 3211 WU: 55.1 / m   ******THIS IS BLANK *******

*****PLUS THERE IS NO STATUS RED LED *****

HELP PLEASE !!!

Try pointing your pool miners on BTCGuild or Eligius instead.  You shouldn't even be on GHash.IO, their pool hash rate is too high!  What's wrong with you?!   Angry Angry
4356  Bitcoin / Mining / Who the hell is still mining on GHash.IO? GTFO that pool already!!! on: June 10, 2014, 10:20:31 PM
It's been hovering 47-48% for the last 24 hours:

https://blockchain.info/pools?timespan=24hrs

Do we really trust GHash.IO/CEX.IO that much that they wouldn't just start double spending like crazy and causing all sorts of stability issues for the Bitcoin network?

Even if they weren't trying a 51% attack, why would any miner personally go on there knowing the risk to the network?

Must be a bunch of Noobs going to the biggest pool with the 0% fees, not knowing the consequences this can cause.

For chrissakes go to any of these other pools:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=104664.0

ANYTHING BUT GHASH.IO

4357  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow - Status of pending orders - Prospero X-1, X-3, and Minion on: June 10, 2014, 09:44:36 PM
Hopefully Minersource is order #1 with 10000 units and they are on the way to the USA now!
so if we ordered through Minersource, who sends out the shipping confirmation to me? MS or BA?

Minersource does, like they did earlier this year when they tested the shipping system.
4358  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Used Mining Equipment on: June 10, 2014, 08:49:16 PM
Please post a picture of the miners with your forum name and today's date.

4359  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.99/GH/s, miners from $2.97/GH/s on: June 10, 2014, 08:43:21 PM
Well Black Arrow after a few weeks last year, put a MOQ of 10 X-1s, so alot of customers didn't have a choice if they didn't know about Minersource or other resellers.
4360  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How to find Mining equipment manufacturers... on: June 10, 2014, 08:40:55 PM
