So I just read the rumor that Kahwi is recruiting CP3 to go back to Clippers. Welp, not particularly a bad move but it will come at a price and it won't be cheap. They will probably have to let go of Lou Williams as part of the trade and some of the other guys. I am not surprised with the growing interest from other teams to land CP3, he really did well last season. Joining Kahwi and Paul is probably his best chance to win a title.

Even at his age, CP3 could still be a good compliment to any starts specially with the likes of Kawhi. But yes, it won't come in cheap, if Clippers decided to get back CP3 as it might cause a shake up on their starting five. Probably, CP3 and Kawhi will fit, but not sure about PG though, he is inconsistent and after his Pacers days, he is still good but somehow fell short with any other good team mates.

I can't agree with you on that, I think we should appreciate what Paul George contributed to the OKC Thunder, he was even nominated as a candidate for regular season at one point, I think people have seen that.

Well thank you very much for the clear explanation. 1 last question can a parley bet that has not been played yet be cancelled? i just saw one of the teams i picked for game on 14/11/20 has been postponed. so what happened in this case?

If one match is significantly postponed, or canceled at all; and it belongs to one or more legs of your parlay bet, what happens is that this specific leg is void, and the global odd is adjusted (reduced) taking that in consideration.

The whole process is automatic, you just need to wait a few time but rest assured it will be settled in due time.

So parlay bets is allowed here? hmmm.... I haven't thought of this one to be honest, I just put on a single bet with odds 1.50 at a minimum.

As of now, my streak is only up to 3, but I'm still trying anyway.

The person who can beat the 7x streak will win now at least 0.005BTC, it's increasing everyday but hurry up before someone else gets it  Cheesy

BTC0.005 as the minimum is not bad, if my counting is correct, the current prize now is already BTC0.008, the thread was like a ghost town until a gambler post his winning betslip.

0.008BTC to the next player who presents their 7x winning or losing streak!  Grin

Hey! I'm watching this guys.. I am not consistently trying yet but soon enough when the price reach at least BTC0.01, I'll begin to chase that winning streak.

Hopefully no one would hit that streak yet, win or lose streak.

Prize is currently 0.011BTC - 11 days

If you are a player and betted recently, double check your Account statement and in case you find a 7x winning or losing streak, the prize is yours!  Smiley

I'm always checking my account but I don't have a 7 win streak yet, but longest streak is 3 thus far then lose my bet and I'll start over again.

I think this is a tough competition, but I like it since the price is increasing if no bettor win that 7x streak.

I'm just trying the win streak, though lose streak is also allowed, not fun to chase for a lose streak IMO.
Surely its not easy to have 7 winning bets in streak because its need some good knowledge and good luck as well sometime we can lost without any solid reason and going for losing streak is never been good idea because its never been good for fun.

There's a challenge that's why I'm trying to have a win streak.

By the way, are you aware about the 7 win streak competition which increases the pot by BTC0.001 per day if no one hits the required streak?

If you are not yet aware, maybe you should try, let's have fun here. COME ON!

Russell Westbrook wants out of Houston

A good move for me by both parties. Westbrook likes to have a similar role that he holds for a long time in OKC.

But I don't know how it will be granted by the Rockets since "correct me if I'm wrong", Westbrook is under contract and will just have a player option in 2022.

Yes, that's correct. Player option at 2022-2023.
That means he will need to play through this season first.
Also, to endure what is Silas proposing.
It is said in the article that there will be "tweaks" in their plays. "Tweak" is not the right word for me. More like "overhaul".
He wants to change the isolation plays that are Harden and WB specialties. It will be a huge change for the whole team.
They are just not used to it.  Grin

Hopefully we would see some major improvement of the team this coming new season.

They have struggled a lot since they let go of Capella, he was a legit Center of the Rockets and without big, they were abuse by the Lakers who are playing with big players on the floor, I wish they will realize that mistake too, not only changing the plays but adding a legit center as well.
4346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: November 09, 2020, 01:48:59 PM
Yes, you are right. I have seen the withdrawal process can be required boldly when you win a big match like Jackpot or something like that which has value to everyone , the value is nearly $100k or more which I have seen in many gambling sites that can slightly be changed due to their TOS.

That's why it's necessary to read the TOS if we are talking of $100k as that is a huge money already, some sites would already require a KYC although they call themselves a crypto casinos, we have no choice but to comply the policy as them being a licensed casino are also just complying form their regulators.
I have already said I read TOS when I am going to withdraw my funds from the gambling sites which I have not meet before. Normally I have not that enough funds like $100k to withdraw. So normally maximum sites don't required KYC for me for such low amounts. Cheesy

Same here, I don't know how much is big for the site but I'm sure my withdrawals does not qualify to that big amount which requires KYC. I was just referring to the amount of $100k which everyone should be aware of the TOS when gambling with that figure since for sure no site would just allow you to gamble that amount without KYC, they are also protecting their business from getting penalize by the regulators.

ETT is a scam, stay away from it. Do not invest your $$$ into this Russian ponzi.

Who would buy it? Its under waves platform I dont think that many people are even using the waves dex exchange.
Well we can just move on from it but im glad i sold very early since i have less trust on team when i have checked their profiles.
There are some people that still used the wavesdex but it's really small. Encryptotel was not having volume on wavesdex and it has the only volume on tidex. Im not sure if this token is still having volume this time.
none will buy the crap coin for sure. So many people especially investors were still getting trapped.
It's very sad to see the waves platform must have boycotted. This scam platform was always being used by the scam coins to issue the new coins.

I have already forgotten this coin, even if it pumped, I would not anymore believe on this as this is just one of the many bad projects in the past.
My mistake, I did not dump everything when the price was still reasonable to sell.

I'm surprise they are still listed in CMC.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/encryptotel-eth/

There are still a lot of shitcoins listed in CMC, it's not new, but they are not search anymore unlike in the past where there are only few number of coins listed and ICO was still in hype. ETT wasted it's opportunity, it was able to raise a decent amount during the ICO but the project did not improve after the ICO.

We have not heard an update from OP, I hope he was able to collect his money.
If he can still read the thread, I advice him to just spend money by consulting a lawyer on this matter as 25000 euros is a decent amount to lose.

This cannot be honored all the time, since the site is regulated, it should be in accordance with the law, and if OP believe he was scam, he has to fight for his right and for his money.

4351  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could 2018 repeat itself? Price approaching 20K and high fees followed by crash on: November 09, 2020, 08:34:50 AM
I am sure it can repeat itself, look at now the price of Bitcoin is above $ 15k,
if you compare, this is to like 2018, just waiting to break through $ 19k to make a new all time high,
just hold on, the future of bitcoin is very good.

I don't want to be the one saying that bitcoin is not going to do an ATH this year, but it's fee has really increase, it's pretty similar in the past but that is just due to the congestion happening at the moment, once the price is stable, fees will slowly go down to its reasonable value.

When I send bitcoin, I just look at the usd value of the transaction feed and today, it seems it's quite lower compared to the fees in the past few days, and we are still in $15k+ now, so eventually that fee will just drop.
4352  Economy / Speculation / Re: This rally is driven by institutional investors - what are the implications? on: November 09, 2020, 08:05:00 AM
I have already read a lot with that kind of stuff, bullish articles keep popping up when the market is bullish, so it's not really a big deal, jut believe what you believe and act on it. For me, this could still be a manipulation going on or let's say there's an institutional investors coming in, but would that result to crazy increases? I doubt so.
4353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Haney vs Gamboa WBC World Lightweight Title on: November 08, 2020, 11:45:04 PM
It's because that is Haney's style, but the funny thing is that Gamboa seems to be pissed or what? did he really thinks he won the fight? And if I may add, Haney is different from the big punchers in his division, his style is to break down his opponents by this long jabs as compare to brandish style of Tank and Teofimo or Ryan who wants to knock down their opponents viciously.

Floyd Mayweather used to train him if I'm not wrong so maybe he got that fighting style from the Pretty Boy.

Teofimo Lopez has been calling Haney so I think a Haney vs Lopez is imminent in the near future.
I did not know that Floyd used to train Haney in the past, in any case, he may have seen Floyd's style, hit and not be hit, defensive style that's why I see him doing shoulder roll over like Mayweather. As for his style being boring, I do agree, fight fans whats a all out war and this is the main arguments from those MMA fans that boxing is a snoozer specially if there are no knockouts or knockdowns in the whole twelve rounds.

You said it right, Mayweather is a boring fighter, hence his trainees will follow his boring style, what made him different only is he is willing to accept big fight and he beat all his opponents, so he still make money, but if you ask people, we obviously know the answer that he is a boring fighter.

Well, let's move on to this fight as this match was not really exciting as we expect it, Haney needs to look for a fighter that could give him a real battle so he will earn some respect from the fans.
4354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: November 08, 2020, 11:14:50 PM
According the news, NBA season wills start this December.
It looks like this offseason will shortest in NBA history with only 71 days, and I hope most players will be able to recover after the playoff.
Otherwise, we will see many injuries in the next season.

And yeah, Lebron doesn't like it.

NBA has made that format already, we are in pandemic so things are different here.

First we have a game without a crowd, now the number of games played are lessened, we can't be surprise with that as it's expected that there will be a lot of changes given the situation we are facing now, and also take note, the reduction of player's salary hasn't place yet, what more if that will be placed, I'm sure a lot of players will complain, but they have to understand that NBA was not anymore making money on its usual revenue.

Even how good the management the league have, there are always people who will do and offer
this kind of illegal business, money dictates and if it's really huge it's hard to resist.

We never know, right?

I am not doubting the reputation NBA had but I doubt that they are 100% clean when it comes to contexts like these. It might be players, referees, owners or managers, or other people that could influence someone, and as he said, if money dictates and if it is really that huge or maybe threaten, I don't think people would be able to resist and just put down their reputation.

Money, yes, that's all about the money, players could rig the game for them to win money from their bet outside, even the refs.

The rules of the NBA is, gamblers are not allowed to gamble on games they are playing, not sure if they can gamble with other games as it would result to a possible conflict of interest and we have seen that in movies where suddenly a good scorer failed to score, so that create some doubts from us from the sports we love but that would remain a doubt since it's hard to prove the conspiracy within.
4357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 mistakes to avoid when investing in Crypto on: November 08, 2020, 09:03:17 AM
Before you start investing your money somewhere, you need to study both the crypto industry (at least basic concepts so as not to get into a puddle at the first transaction) and the project that you are ready to add your funds to. There have been cases when people on the wave of hype did not even really delve into where they invest.
Crypto is hype in general in my own observation, that alone will make us be more careful when investing as usually who fall for this hype are those investors with lack of knowledge, and even if you are knowledgeable, you should still learn how to diversify your investment as that is the only key where you can minimize the risk and you can survive while investing.

Of course we aim to be profitable but we don't need to go aggressive on few coins only, the market is getting bigger, so learn how to diversify.

The results are officially out and Biden is the winner. I pity for the person who just went crazy by betting the 5M on trump and after the news confirmation about it he would be really feeling sad about it. Though he would be very rich so he can bet 5M just on betting but surely it would hurt him for some time atleast.

Are you sure he went crazy with that bet? Maybe it was a well planned bet, and since there's no assurance about the result, we call it a losing bet, but who knows this person is still a winner despite of the lose, you know in gambling, we win some and we lose some, what matters is to be profitable in the end.

This was not planned at all, I guess, the gambler is really rich and tried to bet this just for fun and all as he sees the accumulated bet that leans towards Biden. I also disagree that he may be a winner, cause he definitely loses at this one, and non-other bets regarding this person had been said. But in overall, yeah, the person will not go crazy for this kind, as an assumption that he is very rich, and just having this for fun and games.

Having fun for $5 million bet? I think it's not done that way, well, he could afford to lose that amount and he is a big time gambler, that's it, he risk that huge amount because he believe that his prediction is correct according to his analysis.

Lots of speculation, but $5 million is a huge money for most of us bettors, so we can't afford that, the reason why our attention is on this bettor or this bet which is the biggest bet in political betting as per OP.
