4341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest Gambling Losers on: September 13, 2021, 05:06:40 AM
Great compilation really. However I am sure that there has been even biggest losses or loosing strikes that have gone unnoticed. Particularly, I am thinking of the Arab Princes and Indian millionaires playing private games at private rooms where nothing that happens inside ever reaches the outside world. You would not even believe the amount of money these guys spend in a day. There is nothing that they cannot buy right there and right now, so I can only imagine what they might do if they get "hot".

Oh, that sounds intriguing. That would be a lot of money in that "private room," I agree. But why do they play, I wonder? Is it for the money or for the fun? If so, why are they in the private rooms? Though if you are truly a princess or a VIP, it would be a better choice to be in the private room just to be safe, as they cannot bet large in public.
4342  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is one of the saviors. on: September 12, 2021, 11:58:07 AM
Cryptocurrency is open to those people who needs income to provide their daily needs or may it be their extra income for other purposes. Indeed the bitcoin is really a savior and aside from that you'll also improve you're skills more by making high quality post. It's good for brain exercises and the good thing about it is that you'll earn while you're trying to develop your skills. Bitcoin is helping me to grow and i am very thankful for the opportunity that bitcoin gave me.
It's open but we have to understand that some people doesn't have the time or the money to get in because they're not as privileged like us who talks like this. Some people only have enough money to get by everyday.

Agree to this but it doesnt mean you cant afford. It is not neccessary that you will buy the bitcoin in whole like 1 btc really we cant afford it but if we bought little by little than it is still good than not buying it at all. It is really investment now so if you do have extra money then i think it is really good in putting it in the bitcoin.
4343  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 vaccination becoming a criteria to live in the world on: September 12, 2021, 09:19:56 AM
Yes, I believe so. In our country, the government claims that vaccination is not required because not everyone wants to be vaccinated. However, the problem is that the private sector, which the government cannot control because it is their policy that all workers must be vaccinated. I am vaccinated, but there has been a lot of news that if you want to apply for a job, you must be vaccinated, so it is still forcing people to get vaccinated even if they don't want to.
4344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do i follow the moves of a successful trader??? on: September 12, 2021, 07:18:46 AM
im trying this trading thing but its not working out so good. every single time i buy something, it completely tanks.

is there a way to follow the trades real time of a successful trader without using twitter??

thanks.

also just bought solana and ankr so i would completely stay away from those for awehile, already tanking bigtime

You are trying trading in a hit and miss, that is not the right way to do this, you should first put up time and effort to study how to trade right, there are videos on Youtube from successful traders that you can learn and articles online that you can read if you have the means you can get a course on how to trade effectively, trading is a serious job and you have to go through the process.

Agreed, just because you have money or capital does not mean you can start trading right away. Regardless of whether you have it or not, you should learn to trade first. It is not as simple as reading and watching; you must learn technical analysis as well as fundamentals in order to trigger the right trade. You should also devise your own strategy that is tailored to your needs, as not all strategies will work for you. That is the period during which you can trade.
4345  Economy / Economics / Re: The economy of Bitcoin on: September 11, 2021, 09:22:57 AM
What is the reason for the decline in the price of cryptocurrency Bitcoin? It is unimaginable that it will suddenly decrease by 2.6 billion. If this is reduced, the price of Bitcoin can go below 30 thousand?
This market is very volatile and even such a giant Bitcoin is not an exception. Actually, the market was too overheated so we were to expect this declining. We can see Bitcoin under 30 000$, but we should remember that even then this mainstream currency will definitely recover as it is not just a useless dummy. It is used as means of payment in different countries and companies, so we can trust this currency.

Agree to this and wonder why it didn't happen sooner. We mostly expect this after a massive bull run like the one we're witnessing right now. But it always recovers; we've seen a lot of recoveries in the past when it comes to bitcoin. It should rise again as a result of a few countries legalizing bitcoin, which will have a significant impact on the bitcoin market. What will be the price, it will undoubtedly rise later.
4346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be more effective in the future on: September 11, 2021, 08:37:23 AM
The government needs to study bitcoin even deeper. Because some people in the government may think that bitcoin will destroy the fiat they use all along. In fact, it actually makes fiat helped financially. I'm sure in the future the government will understand this.

Right now, the government is working to make bitcoin legal throughout the Countries. El Salvador has already legalized it, and as a reward, citizens who install their wallet will receive $30 worth of bitcoin. This is a great step forward, and I expect more states to follow. Let's just sit back and enjoy the future of bitcoin.
4347  Economy / Economics / Re: Two basic things that can give you an advantage on: September 10, 2021, 04:10:00 PM
when there is a sharp decline in the market, we can take advantage of this opportunity to find support to make a purchase. and if the decline continues, we should not spend our capital in one transaction, so we can buy it back at the next support, and after that I think we can sit back and watch developments until the market moves up again. but remember, it would be better to invest our funds on the top coins

There are still some scenarios, but if this is a strong support, it is a great way to buy time, but it is not guaranteed to work because anything could happen. What is the best thing to do in a dump is to wait or cut your losses. Since it is your money, if you want to cut your losses, go, but if you want to stay, it is fine. When the market drops, the best thing for me to do is cut my losses so I don't have to think about it, then buy back at a lower price.
4348  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you notice how corporations took over the internet ? on: September 10, 2021, 03:17:28 AM
I remember back in 2011-2015 when the internet was still good, there were no ads, and people in forums really cared about you. I remember one forum where I made friends who I now talk to on Facebook because we made friendships over the internet even though we didn't know them in person. It is now overrun with spam and advertisements, which the majority of people use to make money. You could find direct-to-point tutorials on YouTube before, but now they're making longer ones. I'm watching tutorials from 5 years ago that have better content than the newer ones.
4349  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: September 10, 2021, 02:23:59 AM
Rule #1, never trust anyone, even your close friends or family, when they recommend to you something. DYOR, it's the age of the internet, a simple lookup would have enough information on whatever you're actually trying to find/look for. If it's too good to be true, then it's most likely a scam. An opportunity? You gotta look for those yourself, you think it'd just knock on your door and let you know that "hey, I'm an opportunity, take me"? Don't be afraid of asking questions, it's your safety at stake after all.

Agreed, but not all of them, even your relatives and closest friends, have the potential to defraud you. I agree that you should not trust almost everyone, but I believe that if you are scammed by your family (Mother and Father), you should still trust them but not others because they are doing it for your own good while others are only interested in your money. The best advice I can give is to do your research and avoid investing if the return is easy and quick.
4350  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is the biggest investment opportunity in the future on: September 09, 2021, 04:13:49 PM
Cryptocurrency is not only the main investment trend now but also the best investment opportunity in the future.
The development of cryptocurrency in the past few years has proven its value and importance. Many investors have gained interest in the crypto market and realized the freedom of wealth.
With the development of cryptocurrency and the benefits it brings to people, cryptocurrency will attract more and more attention all over the world. It also has good development potential in the future and its value will continue to increase.
Talking about the development of Cryptocurrency to date, of course it is growing rapidly,
even more so in this pandemic period, more and more people are starting to cultivate Cryptocurrencies,
from year to year Cryptocurrencies are getting more popular and this is a good thing

When the pandemic hit, we noticed that crypto and bitcoin became increasingly popular, owing to the fact that most people were constrained to their homes and curious about them. I've noticed that there are a lot more investors or people buying cryptocurrency now than there were previously. It was quite unexpected. We also noticed that the price is rising year after year, and almost everyone is getting into it because you can make a lot of money. As a result, if you have any spare cash, try to put it to good use and save it for the future.
4351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best crypto gambling sites that accept players from USA! on: September 09, 2021, 12:04:26 PM
I think using Tor is different from using a VPN, although i think using them is considering as using a 3rd party software for location masking.
Using Tor will assure you full anonymity but not to forget that it's somehow hard to be anonymous when using a centralised service with money.
Even some websites seems not taking so much care about users logging in with VPN, an ID verification is expected to happen for a reason or another like withdraw big amounts or deposit money from suspecious source, authorities may ask the platform to freeze your balances until further verification and you will lose your money tough .

The use of TOR as well as VPN can be detected if desired, so it is better to look for gambling sites without the need to pass KYC and any restrictions. In case you use proxied connection, it is important not to forget that depositing large amounts of money is very dangerous and always be ready to lose your winnings.

Completely agree to this.

People need to be a lot more cautious when it comes to playing on sites with a VPN enabled. It might sound like a good idea at the time of playing but once you try to withdraw you may run into trouble if they request KYC and/or ask for a review of your IP address.

Certainly not something you want to risk thousands of dollars on.

Agree to this, and it will most likely result in you being banned. I'm not sure if the website is legitimate or not, but it will most likely result in you being banned. I used to mostly play those new release gambling sites to try out their games, and I usually use VPN for personal reasons, but when it comes to withdrawing your earnings (not all websites), it shows that I am banned from using it or that I am receiving errors, so I believe it is a scam website.
4352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: YOUR FAVORITE GAMBLING? on: September 09, 2021, 09:46:39 AM
I recall my first experience with gambling, and how I became completely addicted to it after moving from school to the area. This was a carnival game where you bet a certain amount of money on a color, then the two dice are rolled, and you know you've won if the colors are the same. I believe this was the best and easiest game I've ever played; I don't like cards, but I still play, and I don't play in casinos; instead, I play online.
4353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Setting up a gambling business on: September 09, 2021, 06:52:19 AM
If you want to go big, you should hire a programmer on a long-term basis because your website will need to be maintained and some loopholes will need to be fixed. It's difficult if you just bought a template online and run it because the upgrades and features you want aren't very flexible to add, but if you hire a talented programmer, anything you want can be added to your side. My recommendation is to hire a team of programmers and ask them to build a gambling site for you, along with an estimate of how much it will cost and how long it will take to complete or until the beta release. It is extremely costly at first and takes months to build, and maintaining the site's reputation is an additional task.
4354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gaming or mining on laptops on: September 08, 2021, 05:38:01 PM
I am not a miner but i do play games but interms of life span . I do say that neutral and it depends but mostly laptop that's was used for gaming will win. I said neutral because nowadays miners are tweaking the setting of the gpu and cpu load although it is still 24/7 but not in full load. On the other hand gaming is on its full load depends on the game but it is not 24/7. So if the laptop runs 24/7 without a cooling then eventually it will be going to die earlier
4355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not make curiosity to people around you while you are playing gambling. on: September 08, 2021, 04:42:59 PM
I don't hide from my family that I gamble. If a person hides his hobbies from the people closest to him then he does not trust them and I am a supporter of complete trust in the family. Besides, if I suddenly become a gambling addict I want them to be the first to know about it and help me. The only thing I think it is necessary to protect children from this information because adults set an example for children by their behavior. And this example cannot be called the best.

Lucky you for having a healthy family relationship. Most of the gambling addicts cases are they don't have any good relationship with anyone, that's why they do anything to "lighten" their lives by going easy go lucky, exploring everything (mostly bad things) because people like thrill especially if their life is so miserable and boring, most of them ended up destroying themselves because their mindset is that nobody cares about what they do.

Luck loves patient people and never comes to the one who chases it. In general, I believe that attempts to hide gambling hobbies from the family is a certain manifestation of gambling addiction as a person controlling his gambling activity may well explain his hobbies even if someone looks at this type of entertainment reprehensibly.

Agreed, and the majority of people who chased luck appear to be losing because only luck has the power to choose. It's like beginner luck, where you win the first time you play. I'm not sure why, but every time I play the game for the first time, I win, and I'm hooked. We shouldn't hide it because if you need help, you can easily approach a family member or relative, whereas hiding it causes you more anxiety and is bad for your mental health.
4356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: September 08, 2021, 11:29:04 AM
Some used to pacify themselves with the term it is their fate to loss in gambling. Some say it is the lack of control that makes them loss big. Here I'm taking this into discussion relative to the game - Dice.

Same as this some used to mention winning as fate and some term the same as luck. I believe win out of dice is trick, and right exit strategy.

What is the truth in this regard, because users like me are always go lack of control even when luck is on our side. End of the day used to pacify thyself terming it as our fate and move on. Hope you guys don't do this mistake. Cry Cry

It's true that happens that many losses in a row give us the impression that this is our fate. However, gambling is all about math and statistics. The most important thing is always the strategy of the game (and of course the exit) and our mental attitude and preparation. If someone cannot control their emotions, no strategy will help them either.
I also want to prove to you that when gambling is only math and statistics, it also represents fate when before creating strategies and tips, you also need to have some initial numbers, the human brain can be amazing, but the processing speed can't be as fast as a computer, statistics a few times can be simple but a few hundred times will be a headache, even including probability calculations. This is exactly a trap, your mathematical philosophy couldn't work with our tiny processor

Sort of, there's a chance you'll win it. Although it is not purely math, some people use statistics and the probability of winning. Strategies are another technique to develop, but they are not always successful. We all know that gambling is based on luck if the casinos are fair, but most of the time the winning percentage is 49 percent and the losing percentage is 51 percent, which is where the casinos make money. Also, I recall one of my friends developing a system for calculating the percentage of winning in a lottery (3-digit lottery) based on historical data.
4357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is a hardware wallet really worth it? on: September 08, 2021, 06:52:29 AM
If you value your assets not getting lost because of online hacks in online storages, then you should probably consider buying at least one of them because who knows when will an attack or a hack happen to you, better safe than sorry.

Agreed, hardware wallets were unknown a long time ago, but because of the new hacking styles, even if it was just a simple phishing and social engineering, there will be getting hacked. Also, hardware wallets are good to keep because, in the past, they would tell you to write your seed phrase on a piece of paper and store it somewhere safe, but now it is easy to lose or misplace it because it is so small, so here are the hardware wallets, which are far superior to traditional ones. If you have enough money, you should purchase one for your own security.
4358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Uk most deprived areas have the Highest number of gambling outlets. on: September 07, 2021, 05:17:50 PM
According to the source :
https://www.theguardian.com/society/2021/aug/23/uks-most-deprived-areas-have-highest-number-of-gambling-outlets-report

The most deprived areas of UK are actually having more number of gambling outlets, which is a matter of concern for sure.

Apparently according to the source people are targeting the most deprived and economically weak areas which is sad. The companies are trying to scam people away and this is not working well for the people around since they might get addicted for sure.

How should they go about controlling these things? Should the government try and make laws to ban such behavior and such state? I think people should have a minimum wage for sure when it comes to gambling, what do you think ?

I don't believe the government is doing its job because, based on what I've read, there isn't anything illegal in their near area. We won't be able to do much with this, so we should treat it as if we were giving advice to people out there, because we all know that they will become addicted to it, which is exactly what most of the owners want because it will allow them to make a lot of money. They are not targeting those in need in our country because they will not benefit much from it, but when we talk about illegal gambling, there are a lot of them.
4359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is Trending on Twitter on: September 07, 2021, 04:11:56 PM
I believe it is due to the legalization of bitcoin in El Salvador; I'm not sure why, but the news has spread throughout our country, and they have proposed that we all buy $20 worth of bitcoin as a show of support. It has had a significant impact on the legalization of bitcoin in other countries because they were advising all governments that bitcoin was good and could revolutionize the payment system or currency. I also read this blog about El Salvador's legalization of bitcoin.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-09-07/bitcoin-faces-biggest-test-as-el-salvador-makes-it-legal-tender#:~:text=Bitcoin%20is%20undergoing%20the%20biggest,it%20as%20legal%20tender%20Tuesday.&text=Businesses%20will%20be%20required%20to,accept%20it%20for%20tax%20payments.
4360  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency and entertainment. on: September 07, 2021, 12:05:38 PM
Bitcoin advertisement or promotion by celebrities are always good to make people interested in bitcoin but the most important thing is the acceptance by governments or everything that will ease people to use bitcoin. Today there are many countries start to accept bitcoin, if government accept bitcoin then bitcoin related company will grow easier. I think the news that we need is bitcoin acceptance by governments.
with the use of celebrities and the reaction and response of the people then eventually government will understand the demand and willingness of every people towards crypto.
sometimes we only need to push the government to decide as they need the pulse of their people before making it clear.
crypto is advantageous and this is what they need to understand in every angle of currencies and economy .

Not only celebrities, but also powerful people who invest in bitcoin have a significant impact on the currency. When this happens, the government is usually the first to react because they see a potential profit opportunity. I believe it is currently debatable whether the government should accept bitcoin or not; however, I believe the government should remain neutral rather than prohibiting or commenting on it, as this could have a significant impact on those who hold bitcoin and the bitcoin itself.
