4361  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Philippine central bank embraces digital tokens on: September 23, 2020, 10:28:34 AM
I think this isn't new na yung Bangko Sentral want to adopt sa mga digital currencies, I even made a thread tungkol dito. The question is, kung minamadali ba ito at ano ang reason kung ito at minamadali? Kasi kung tingnan yung first statement sa article it looks like it, just my assumption though.

4362  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anybody knows Wbet7 admin? I'll give you 0.02 BTC on: September 22, 2020, 11:14:52 PM
The thing that it was dead 2 years ago, you'd never have to think that you can still get you money and finish business with Wbet7. It seems to be hopeless and even you can find a person that knows about them, their team members but the assurance is very slim. What I could suggest for you now is to move-on our life never had to put an end because of this and take this as a lesson to ponder. Not all went so smooth, you've been one of those hundreds, thousands scam victims.
If it seems a huge amount of cash being held on that bookie I'm sure there's no way they'll give it again and that inactivity from their side is obvious that they'll scam people. They may be are active right now as per the website but I think that's only for formality and I guess they don't have much of costumers on their site, I may guess as well that they are processing manually their witdrawals and that's really put no good for the customers.
4363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: UNI - The First Trillion Dollar Crypto? on: September 22, 2020, 02:42:52 PM
I haven't read that much further on the OP since even juts on no.1 I tend to disagree on that kind of opinion. It may made billions but trillions? Come on! I don't think that's achievable for such a utility token of a DEX that has high fees for transactions.

Once bear market do happen I wonder where I can see the shadow of this hyped UNI. Trends come and go but you can still see Bitcoin remains as the one who holds the huge market cap on the crypto sphere.
4364  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What programming Langauages is used by different gambling websites. on: September 22, 2020, 10:27:20 AM
Mostly that will fall on Javascript for frontend and Python for the backend base on this thread I was able to search https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=792805.0 but that was way back 2014. I'm pretty sure there has been a lot of changes on development of casinos or gambling websites and I'm sure even PHP is still widely used up to this day.

Edit: Just saw @goinmerry had it first to give the link of the outdated thread here in the forum.
4365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Whyte vs Povetkin II on Nov 21 on: September 22, 2020, 07:37:28 AM
Are we expecting Dillian to come in a little heavier this time?

He is already the heavier on their first fight, at 252 lbs vs Povetkin's 224 lbs. So I don't know if adding more pounds will help him in this fight. But I do agree that Whyte might not change his style of fighting and maybe will come out swinging again and see if he can get to Povetkin and finish it for good.

And obviously the pressure is on his side, because he knows that if he loss the fight again, then it will be over for him. Maybe he can used it as motivation, but this is a high risk fight, while Povetkin is beaming with confidence and ready for round 6.
His weight might limiting his potential, so he should know this one. Whyte have to do everything to win on this match because its hard to accept that you ask for a rematch and yet you lose again, and he's claiming to get back the belt that he owns before. Povetkin is great boxer on the ring and moves solid and resulted to a victory, I'm sure he's preparing well right now to defend the title, this can be an exciting match to watch for.
Yeah. Why not equal it to Povetkin's weight instead of adding more to his current weight? I think it do really matters if he can move around with lesser weight rather than not, this may be a heavyweight match but there's an extra flavor if you knew you can move better than your opponent or equals to him.

Maybe it will be for best if somehow the usernames isn't that much exposed or what could be on the leaderboard was the email address like "rh2....@gmail.com" something like that or there's a feature that could hide your username.

Anyways, welcome to the Bitcoin Forum. I've seen a thread in here talking about your casino, I just can't remember that much but I think it has been covered with the lots of thread in here. The thread was just an amazement that you are doing a promotion but you've missed this forum to do that, but since you're here now I think many are happy to finally seen chips.gg in here. I guess a signature campaign, few promotion just for the forum users you'll be known in no time.

4368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 21, 2020, 01:59:53 PM
I have no hope now foe nuggets to win against lakers. If not only with James and Davis my bet will be for nuggets. Lakers had clearly advantage on this with nuggets and they can win in this match. Game 3 -4 will be possible for Nuggets to win but Lakers will not allow more than 2 wins in this series. They should relax for a moment in this advantage.

The can take the Lakers and I know they can even win this WFC. Seeing the recent match, you could see how the team is working on how they could help the team win. Not just Jokic, not just Murray, but defensively there is Dozier which is so amazing especially in the final rounds where he led the Lakers to commit their turnovers. AD is just on fire for hitting that game-winner, they really took advantage of his hot hands to win this game.

Right, the problem is the first two games is that the Denver are letting the Lakers took a good lead and they try to play catch up. The first game it didn't work, and in game two, they are that close if not for the dagger three by AD to seal the game.

So if Nuggets will not allow the Lakers to pull in the first half and really make it close, maybe they have a chance to win game 3.
If I could only advice the Lakers is that they shouldn't have the series go on to 3-1 again or else we'll see again the momentum of the resilient Nuggets until Game 7 I suppose. That's just a wild premonition but they did it twice guys in the playoffs and seeing how they even managed to shake off the Lakers there's always an endless possibilities that it may happen again.

Please do tell LBJ and friends.

4370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON price analysis!!! on: September 21, 2020, 09:40:12 AM
I see tron as ETH competitor, but cannot be compared 100% because when ETH 2.0 launches it will destroy TRON, so i hope TRON can work something on and evolve.
Just imagining the high fees on ETH network will just be bullish towards TRON. No one can fathom a fee that nearly same as the one you'll wanting to buy and for that reason I can't think that ETH 2.0 is a big factor towards it, it's a fact people wanted more real life situation like coping alternatives on high fees as well as the speed of the transaction.
4371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherum Fees Double In a Week As DeFi Heats Up on: September 21, 2020, 05:31:45 AM
It's just saying we have to had some alternatives in it and I think that's when Tron DeFis comes to play. Though some of this Tron DeFis still new but I think they will be the best in terms of speed and the fees. Uniswap should have a best solution regarding that or else they'll lose a big amount of traffic or investors.
4372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 21, 2020, 04:39:42 AM
Nevertheless, its an overall very good and entertaining game for both teams, but not with the folks who had +3 and above point spread against the Nuggets lol.
Nice analysis there, I'm impressed. Nevertheless, it is too late for blaming and I don't think teammates will do that frankly on him. The good thing was they put the Lakers a good fight and some tension in all they could. Just disappointed on that LeBron plays during the last quarter it was way a close call for a defeat with that turnovers he gave.
4373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: September 20, 2020, 03:56:39 PM
That was a pretty tough game from Celtics a earlier however they managed to win anyway, do you think they would be able to beat the Miami on the next game? I busted my bet on Miami heat thinking they are going to win today.
On the series? There's always an endless of possibilities but I'm rooting for Heat to be the one that will goes on the Finals. I'm confident they have that capability and they proved it when they have defeated the reigning team in the East during the regular season and with an MVP-DPOY on that team.
4374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] THIRM PROTOCOL - DeFi Revolution on: September 20, 2020, 07:39:35 AM
another DeFi project? same as usual no team profile

why DeFi need revolution when it was just born?

what makes your project different from another DeFi project?
I'm not expecting new since it's the trend project right now on the crypto space. Hilarious maybe it's dead already and it needs a revolution.

So this is kind of a deflationary kind of DeFi token, am I right? I never heard such maybe you're new on this or there's already a similar kind of project/s ahead of yours?

yea there is money to be made for operator but with so many gambling sites vying for the big slice of the market, they are not resting they set up massive promotion and a lot of giveaways to keep the gambling site always in the limelight.
What I really like about that kind of strategy by now is what Roobet is doing they really are spending lot of effort to giveaways and promotion and in return they get noticed, don't know how long they'll come up with it but the longer the better for much exposure.

Was luckyflop really that a good gambling site? 2015? I've never been in this space from that time but I guess 0.08 for a monthly pays isn't that big and in the year 2015 bitcoin's price was really not that high.
4376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inspirational gambling quotes. on: September 19, 2020, 11:53:16 PM
yes, because most of the time those inspirational quotes go off the table when you are playing. you cant even remember one when you are sweating while hoping that you will win the game.  Grin
you only ponder on things when the game is over and all your money is gone! and promise again to yourself that you need to be careful the next time around. but guess what? still the same scenario over and over again. it means, your time of understanding of your situation has not yet come.
Exactly my point is. They could only be remembered when you're trying to be hopeful or giving some hope but when you're rekt and do on streak loses and feel like quiting this quotes wouldn't matter anymore. Well, there are instances that people do still find hope even with consecutive losses and failures so having a quote you are inspired for isn't that bad if you have belief in it.

Just my 2 cents here.
For me, quotes are just letters and words. Even we say they are inspirational and will help some gamblers out there to become more responsible while gambling. At the end of the day, it will still their choice, either they will do what these "inspirational gambling quotes" said.
They really are and it's on the person himself if he internalizes it or not, let it be a fact that you're not remembering these great quotes once you are gambling, you're remembering these once you're rekt or you have succeeded.

"Life Is A Game And We Are All Gamblers" somehow related to gambling inspirational stories.
4379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 19, 2020, 07:34:11 AM
There is not much skills involved in poker games and the winner is decided mainly because of the luck. However the skills might count in sports betting because if you have more knowlege about the teams performance and strength, you can bet on them accordingly and the winning percentage may be increased.
You probably just playing for luck when you're playing poker. Actually poker is a skill game and one skill you could come up with on that is bluffing. However, sports betting may depend on luck and skills, your skill to pick what teams to bet on or the team you've bet on was the hell lucky as well, luck will still exists on the sports betting.

Well, let's just hope it comes into fruition rather than just plain tweets. Never knew the guy but if it's good for the crypto adoption as a whole then let it come to play.
