4381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: About chip welding, help me on: June 28, 2021, 01:39:45 PM
What do you mean welding? Did you just use a soldering iron to solder the ASIC chip?

Are you using Hotair? you might put too much heat and fry the chip?

Replace it again but this time don't put too much heat and air so set up the temperature and airflow lower than you set recently.
and make sure don't flow the chip steady always do flow counterclockwise and gradually decrease the height to avoid chip damaged. Use Tweezer to make sure you put the chip in the right position and don't forget to clean the board to remove all flux you can use lacquer flo thinner to clean the tracks and then test the resistance again.
4382  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Newbie from spain. Can you help me? on: June 28, 2021, 06:32:03 AM
I agree with the above posts no doubt for Whatsminer it's more durable than the machines from Bitmain.

Since you are a newbie planning to start a mining farm I suggest you read this first "First time/Small miner reference for getting started."

And read this for the list of ASIC manufacturer and distributor "Current List of Competitive Hardware"

For a list of ASIC miner both BTC and altcoin ASIC you can check this http://asicminervalue.com/

If you are looking for mining pools check this https://miningpoolstats.stream/ just choose the BTC for the list of BTC pools.
4383  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Who is paying very very large fees when not needed and why? on: June 28, 2021, 02:45:46 AM
I think it's not misconfigured they intentionally paying a large transaction fee to help and rewarded miners. I just heard in a tweet before about that I don't know which exchanges said that but my guess it's from CEO Binance tweet to attract miners to mine on their pool.

About that block, the 2nd and 3rd transaction that pays 2,283 Sats/vByte transacted almost 5-6 million in value so paying with that fee is fair enough it's around 162.99
in USD. So my guess it was being made from a Binance customer that doesn't know how to calculate the transaction fee and doesn't want their transaction to stuck on the network.

Take note Binance is now operating a pool so they have control over the transaction which one will include on the block so they look for transactions with higher fees to include them in the blocks they mined(To earn more rewards).

4385  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Chip Mixer signature: not responding. on: June 27, 2021, 03:07:21 PM
Same here I got an issue accessing the website and this is the result below

It show "Service Did Not Respond - Please try again"

It seems the website is down.

Opppsss... it seems it works on Firefox without any issue but in Chrome it doesn't work.

It's fine now even accessing it through incognito mode on Chrome.
4386  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining Wallet on: June 27, 2021, 11:24:40 AM
Thanks to both of you who replied, I understand now.  I decided to use Exodus soft wallet on my laptop and then be able to move amounts to my Trezor hard wallet.

First time for everything so am just putting all the pieces together.  Thanks for the guidance!

Take note Exodus is not an open-source wallet so no guarantee that the wallet is safe but since before I never heard any issue yet about this wallet.

For me, it's good if you only use it for receiving a small number of coins and send them right away to your hardware wallet.

Why not use the hardware wallet directly instead of using any 3rd party?
4387  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: detect which chip is damaged on hashboard t17e on: June 27, 2021, 10:33:52 AM
You can check the resistance through a multimeter you can use the diagram from ZeusBTC from here https://www.zeusbtc.com/NewsDetails.asp?ID=185

Use the image as to where you can check the resistance of each line you will need an extra working hashboard for reference.

If you found different resistance on that part replace the ASIC chip.
4388  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S17 + red LED lights up continuously. on: June 25, 2021, 04:52:51 PM
I switched off all devices on the router and tried to find it without success.

it worked with another computer.
I also feel like it's a network problem.

What do you mean that it works on another computer?
If you can access it on another computer not from your PC the culprit is your PC and maybe you are using a VPN or something preventing you from accessing the miner's IP.

I can no longer get the miner to run with BraiinOs.
Unfortunately, I have difficulties to change the firmware, as no other firmware can be found up to now

Check this section "Mining software (miners)" for other custom firmware. You can flash them through an SD card and it seems asic.to have firmware for this unit.
4389  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining Wallet on: June 25, 2021, 02:54:19 PM
I never heard about mining wallet?

I think most pools have their own wallet. If you want a wallet to hold mined BTC then I suggest you don't use an online wallet like Coinbase because you don't have full control of your wallet.

If you want a safe wallet I suggest you use non-custodial wallets like Electrum and Wasabi wallet
4390  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: S19pro online but not hashing! on: June 25, 2021, 02:07:21 PM
Do you have an extra s19 pro? If you have, try to use it to test the PSU.

If you don't have one, try to physically check the control board and check the power terminal and plug if there are burn parts.
If there are no burn parts under the socket or the wire try to flash it with the latest s19 pro firmware from Bitmain and make sure you directly plug your miner on the wall outlet. I'm not 100% sure if it can solve the problem but just try it.

If nothing works then you have a defective PSU and it needs to replace with a working PSU.

Now its running without anyline on

What do you mean about this? Is that the data cable from the control board to hashboard?
4391  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: S19pro online but not hashing! on: June 25, 2021, 01:52:01 AM
Code:
2021-06-24 23:28:48 power voltage can not meet the target
2021-06-24 23:28:50 power voltage can not meet the target
2021-06-24 23:28:53 power voltage can not meet the target
2021-06-24 23:28:53 Sweep error string = V:1.
2021-06-24 23:28:53 ERROR_POWER_LOST: get power type version failed!
2021-06-24 23:28:53 stop_mining: get power type version failed!

It seems it still a PSU issue, not a fan issue because according to your log it passed the fan check look below

Code:
2021-06-24 23:28:00 Fan check passed.

But the error above about power voltage, it didn't meet the target or it's not giving enough power from PSU that is why it's not hashing.

Try to reconnect the PSU remove them from the board and plug it again and test.
4392  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: ThomasV Signature Not Verifying for Mac v4.14 on: June 25, 2021, 12:57:44 AM
~snip~

Can you try to verify the signature with a different procedure?

Check these guides below to verify the signature and maybe your ways of verifying the signature are outdated.

- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5240594.0

If GnuPG doesn't work you can try the GPG Suite.
4393  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: ThomasV Signature Not Verifying for Mac v4.14 on: June 24, 2021, 11:49:18 PM
Are you sure it's 4.14 dmg file or 4.1.4? because there is no 4.14 version.

Try to redownload the dmg file and signature from this link and try to verify the signature and maybe there are some changes recently about their signature.

Here's the link https://download.electrum.org/4.1.4/
4394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: best indicator hunt ? on: June 24, 2021, 03:49:11 PM
You can check this list of indicators here https://gist.github.com/m-ahmadi/a59f592d0800d0bcbc7621cbb898779a

I never test other indicators other than using common indicators available on TradingView. I both use MACD and RSI sometimes for the long term but for scalping I'm using "Williams fractal" that shows low or high trend signal.

If you are looking for a unique indicator that doesn't always use you can check tradingview it's free just register on them and then go to chart look for indicators and then go to the public library you can see there are likes on the right lowest must be the unique one.
4395  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Payment options of Top exchanges on: June 24, 2021, 01:55:02 PM
thank you, on term of service the most exchanges not says if is required video..

vbv cc is what the exchange to require a aditional card verification, you need hire with your bank to receive sms or emails to confirm payments. My current prepaid have not it and already paid high fees for now look for other ccs..

What exactly do you want to achieve?
Are you looking for exchanges that can buy BTC/crypto using VCC Visa/Mastercard without KYC?

If that's the case then you won't be able to buy BTC/Crypto on that exchanges VCC is not allowed or even it's allowed it requires verification before you are able to buy BTC and withdraw/transfer them from your account to other wallets.

I suggest you try P2p exchanges maybe there are some users out there that accept VCC.

Check this below for P2P exchanges

4397  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency Payment Processor? on: June 23, 2021, 11:47:56 PM
Which cryptocurrency payment processor is the best? Btcpay server is ok but its too technical. I am looking for a reliable and trusted 3rd party provider to use for my side project.

Is this for the WooCommerce WordPress site?

You can try Blockonomics but there is a 1% fee for every transaction it easy to set up.

About for BTCpayserver if you can't run a full node on your own you can use some trusted 3rd party who has Bitcoin full node you can find the list from this link below.

Even their demo actually works fine.
4398  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Does a Miner have a choice to the Transaction to Process? on: June 23, 2021, 07:00:43 PM
I agree with OgNasty for solo mining you can choose what transactions you want to include it on the block but only big farm or pool operators can do such a thing.
Small miners can but it takes months or years before they can mine one block.

However, I know there is one pool that they let you submit your unconfirmed transaction to include on the recent block they mine. F2pool will let you submit the transaction they mostly called it accelerator/speedup transaction even it's has a low miner's fee they will include it on the recent block they mine.
4399  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam Alert] Private Key Scam on: June 23, 2021, 06:12:35 PM
This is a common issue on blockchain wallet if you are not the creator of that wallet it's the same as other scammers on telegram selling blockchain account with balances but can't able to send.

I never trust people on telegram because most of the users there are scammers tell your friends to don't trust anyone unless if he ask it here on the forum.

Another thing is don't use a blockchain wallet because it's an online wallet and scammers out there always use this to scam people. Tell your friend to switch to Electrum wallet instead and don't trust any investment/cloud mining site because there is no trusted cloud mining site until now no one survives they run all users funds and gone.
4400  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap login on: June 23, 2021, 05:43:02 PM
I just logged in and the site is working. The problem may have been resolved. Try to log-in again.
Yesterday, the site stopped several times, I ask that despite all the profits they make, their services are still bad, and the site stops every time there is a big change in the price.
The positive side is that more people are starting to use Coingecko.

Same here it works just fine and my APIs are back online.

It seems there is a new update from their Twitter one hour ago here's what I found from their Twitter below

Thank you for your patience. Man gesturing ok Woman gesturing ok

We have resolve the outage and Service is back to Business as Usual.

Please go ahead and collect your Diamonds

Also, check here https://status.coinmarketcap.com/

It's been resolved.
