4381  Other / Politics & Society / Re: About Area 51 alien,ufo etc on: February 25, 2017, 05:40:45 PM
Yeah the whole alien narrative is just a bunch of bullshit to pull people away from whats actually occurring their, the amount of government military testing that has probably gone on their through the decades is probably up to the astonishing levels and it's something that I'd really love to see whats REALLY going on inside Area 51.

Anyone know who started the whole Alien / UFO narrative about Area 51, love to read more into them.

I would say top secrect military base used to develop and test black project aircraft.

No aliens involved, they are just used as a cover story when the public spots something they shouldnt have

With all the money the military gets, imagine how much more that we can't account for is being used for these secret projects that the government doesn't want the public to know about?
4382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Invest 10k - 20k on: February 25, 2017, 12:37:23 AM
I just looked at bitcoin chart and I think you should wait a few more days and then buy cause the price is getting a bit lower. Also I don't think you should put all your investment at once. Anyways I don't think it's safe to keep your bitcoins till 2020.
Why you think it is unsafe to hold till next halving? if I had a choice, I would have hold for another 10 years.
Coming back to op,as bitcoin price is making new records, this is not the right time to buy.Wait for 1-2 week till bitcoin price settle down, then buy.

My opinion is that bitcoin will become safe currency only if stock markets get a big hit. If stock markets suffer a decline then bitcoin will be safe investment. Otherwise I wouldn't hold it til 2020

Even if the stock market takes a tank people will still keep going back to it and back to it as it does prove to give a good amount of gains overtime when it comes to putting the stock market on graphs for 50 years for example. It's been the safest investment so far even if people face setbacks during financial recessions like in 2008 when the stock market crashed.

You can't go ahead and compare a currency to the entire investment market (mostly used at least) for the United States, it just doesn't make sense in the least.

Though OP I don't think you should go ahead and purchase at the moment, give the hype some time to die down before you go ahead and purchase.
4383  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are all american racists? Do they hate all outsiders/immigrants? on: February 24, 2017, 09:41:14 PM
This is one of the simple things that people from outside of America don't understand because of the simple fact that the U.S. Media sources attempt to portray people from the US as racist and all these other crazy names for hating immigrants and people from outside of their country. We don't hate outsiders / immigrants in the least and the ones we do hate are the ones that are illegal based on the fact that they're just draining the U.S from the jobs we need.

They don't hate all of them, only the ones who wash their asses in the street & break the law...
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2016/11/video-migrant-washes-anus-public-fountain-italy-culturalenrichment/

Breaking the law is done by all the illegal ones, as they easily are the ones that broke the law in order to come here so that's on them for not following the U.S immigration policies.
4384  Other / Politics & Society / Do you believe the Federal Government should have more power? (US) on: February 24, 2017, 08:26:36 PM
This is something that comes up all the time when different political groups come into power in the United States, simply the people that love giving the states rights to do as they please are the Republicans and the people that like to expand the federal governments oversight would mostly be the Democrats. This may not stand true for all instances, but usually this is the narrative that follows.

Who do you think should have more power, Fed or the individual US states?
4385  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do you think Trumps supporters still love him? on: February 23, 2017, 09:10:01 PM
How would I be racist if my wife is not white? Is my wife racist too? Anyone who doesnt agree with you is a racist huh? THIS is why Trump won.

LOL turn off your TV and Internet

Just calm down. This is an usual tactic by the leftist retards. If you don't agree with them on anything, then they will call you a racist, xenophobe, nazi, and what not. Just ignore their rants.

This right here is one of the main reasons that the silent majority went ahead and picked Trump, they were tired of being called out based on the fact that not following the liberal narrative means you're a Nazi, Racist, and so on. These people have zero debate skills in the least so attempting to debate with them it a waste, they'll just yell NAZI in your fact intil you flip out.

Donald J Trump 2016-2024 I really can't wait fuckers, it's going to be a wonderful 8 years.
4386  Economy / Economics / Re: where should i invest my 0.5 btc ? on: February 23, 2017, 06:44:43 PM
Probably a good amount of things that you could easily attempt to earn some money off that .5 bitcoin, which is a pretty penny at the moment due to the price increase.
1) Put money into the bankroll of some reputable gambling sites with a higherish house edge to ensure that you have the highest odds of profit.
2) Trade altcoins through an exchange such as Poloniex, Bitfinex, etc. This is one of the more risky things you can attempt to do, it's kind of like penny stocks in the real stock market.
3) Be a day trader of bitcoin with that $500 on a site like BTC-E, GDAX, where you can sell a buy back the bitcoin you have for USD and back to bitcoin. May not be a lot but bitcoin is very volatile so their is money to be made.

Some of the many things you can do in order to make some money, but with everything that you can make money from their is a chance to lose it all.
4387  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: February 23, 2017, 05:41:16 PM
One of the simple things would have to be is that people forget the most simple and basic facts based on the notion that they could always just google it if they really need it or something along those lines. Using google and all the other online services removes us from really having to know and think about a particular issue. You just put in a couple words and google spits out billions of results about a particular topic.

It's a wonderful service, but the ability to learn a false narrative by someone with an intense political bias is very high on the internet. You have to know what to weed out, it's tough
4388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Paying with the cryptocurrency on: February 23, 2017, 03:44:58 PM
See the thing with cryptocurrencies is that the only time they really get the big news coverage is when they're discussing things being bought with drugs online, like the first time me and my friends ever heard about bitcoin was when Silk Road was taken down and they were talking about this online anonymous cryptocurrency.

They really painted bitcoin in a horrible light and never fully discussed it's use in this online marketplace and how it eliminates the the need of being scared about a chargeback or anything like that. But I guess that's just what the media does these days, highlight what they can in order to get the right amount of views and just ignore the plain ole' facts.
4389  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Reddit banned climate deniers, now Reddit Bans Pro-Trump Comments on: February 23, 2017, 04:35:23 AM
Honest to god I have a picture from the Washington Post covering this and saying how Reddit changed some stuff around in their algorithms in order to stop The_Donald from getting to the popular page anymore, or as much as it used to for that matter. The people on the subreddit address it everyday and talk about how they're the only real subreddit which isn't controlled by some insane mod staff with their own Liberal agenda.

People have noticed with the Main Stream Media that they can't trust them and they're not a viable source for information, they'll soon notice /all is biased in what they allow to hit the front page. Liberal garbage wants to see their own Liberal garbage I guess.
4390  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BitGo.com - full control over your Bitcoin? on: February 23, 2017, 03:26:46 AM
I've seen that they have a pretty high fee but everything that they have going for them is pretty nice for big business and personal people who like to handle all of their bitcoin stuff separate by tracking it with different address.

Excellent wallet but a really, really high fee. I d pass on this one until they reduce that fee to match their competition.

What other companies really come in comparison to BitGo as I really wouldn't want to put Blockchain.info in the same league as it really isn't.

stupid fee and they let bitfinex give away tens of thousands of bitcoins. anyone can do way, way better than this for themselves.

They didn't let Bitfinex give away tens of thousands of bitcoins, Bitfinex allowed BitGo to give it away because of the way they set up their security. I hate seeing BitGo get the blame for all of this, it's horrible.
4391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reminder: EVERY transaction is visible on the blockchain on: February 22, 2017, 11:57:46 PM
Some people in this community really go ahead and think that bitcoin is anonymous on its nature and no one will be able to know who made a transaction, in all honesty it's pretty simple to find out what you're doing with your bitcoin through probably around 10 mins of searching through google and here (if a member of course)

people still believe bitcoin is anonymous?

Blockchain is transparent, but u are safe. No one ask your info for creating wallet. No one know your profile seeing address.
that's just half true.
if you use, even if just one time, this address to send/receive bitcoin from some place where they know you, it maybe be enough to track you down.
remember silk road? search a little about how the owner were tracked and you will see.

The media made this false narrative when it came to Silk Road in saying that Bitcoin was this "big bad online anonymous drug currency" which led people to believe this, so I think that's where the false narrative came from.
4392  Economy / Gambling / Re: ►►DiceBack.com: Play as usual, get % back! 5 sites, 7 games, 7 coins on: February 22, 2017, 09:35:16 PM
I know it's something really anyone could do in order to get the percentage of wagered money back, but it's a pretty innovative business model that no one really thought about in the least. Something that you could stand to make a pretty penny on if you give more money back to the people then they would normally stand to make.

What does "custom deals" mean?

Do you get a higher percentage affiliate commission like other affiliates?

I feel like let's say the standard is 10% and the sites give him 20% and he passes it back to the players giving them 10%. Am I missing something here?

Similar to this, but much more in user's favor. Guys, I've been polite enough to answer you, but it's not your business exactly what deals we have with the sites.

Percentage we are giving back are shown. They are higher even if you "self-refer" yourself. You can't lose, you are not sending us any coins. We are offering popular and reputable sites.. You could only win.

seriously dude?
if that not all member bussines, why do you posted your idea?
why dont offering all casino your service with quietly by email?

but im not really understand about you want,i've been playing bitcoin casino since 2012.
your purpose is like just sit, relax, and money come dude

Not fully seeing what you're saying here bud, this section is used to advertise about his service so I don't understand the part about offering your service through email.
4393  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump on his last leg? on: February 22, 2017, 08:51:57 PM
Based fucking timeline we're living in I guess, some people never come to the conclusion that when you're picking between someone who just says mean things and someone who actually does bad things, the American people know which Canaanite to go for.

Trump on his last leg wins the election.

Comeback story of 2016/2017.

 Cool

He even made his quote become true on election day hehe. Comeback kid 2016

“We're going to win so much. You're going to get tired of winning. you’re going to say, ‘Please Mr. President, I have a headache. Please, don't win so much. This is getting terrible.’ And I'm going to say, ‘No, we have to make America great again.’ You're gonna say, ‘Please.’ I said, ‘Nope, nope. We're gonna keep winning.’ - President Donald J Trump
4394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of Canada calling for Cryptocurrency intervention? on: February 22, 2017, 07:36:14 PM
This would be a nice test case - what happens when the Government intervenes in cases like cryptocurrency. Hopefully, other governments will learn from the blunders of the Canadian government.  Smiley

I think they're going to quickly learn that when they attempt to intervene it's just going to cause all of the blockchain technology that is being produced in Canada is just going to feel like they're next so they'll go someplace else.

This same type of thing was prevalent in the state of New York when they made the bit-license laws which made all of the big exchanges leave and not allow service to citizens of New York
4395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: February 22, 2017, 03:30:36 AM
I've stated this tons of time on the forum, in the current state of bitcoin it would be a nuisance for normal people to attempt to use it on a grand scale like in their everyday lives. It really just wouldn't be practical for a good amount of reasons.
1) Most things that you want to buy with bitcoin require 1 confirmation which is fair, but the annoying part about this is that it can take 30mins to confirm this with a high fee, imagine if you're paying for something very cheap and the fee is low. You'll be waiting for days on end waiting for a confirmation, I guess they're are ways to fix this but in the current state of bitcoin this is a rather annoying issue.
2) Bitcoin volatility - The price can jump an insane amount anyday and your entire fortune could be worth $100 one day and $50 the next, this isn't as prevalent as it used to be as we seem to be smoothing out but I personally don't trust it.
3) If you're dealing with someone you don't fully trust when buying something their is no area for a chargeback or anything along those lines, I know those can be used for fraud but it's nice to know that you can get your money back if needed.
4396  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Nazi New World Order on: February 22, 2017, 01:52:45 AM
Just by looking at some of the sites you seem to be getting your information from seems to be the issue here buddy, I'm a conservative in nature and love hearing bias relating to confirming my own opinon but you really shouldn't be trusting no-name / non-reputable news source such as Info Wars, Toptenz, anything on Steemit, and all the other bullshit news companies you put forward.

I'd say, if you really want to build a case on this find your own evidence or get evidence from reputable people / sources.
4397  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: February 22, 2017, 01:07:13 AM
I feel that gun control is something that gun owners must face, but not to the degree of some cities like Chicago that have the strictest gun laws in the country and still have an insane amount of murders every year, which is absolutely disgusting to see. Legislators have to notice that even when you have strict gun laws, people who want guns just aren't going to follow them and will just figure out a way to buy them illegally.

The only group of people who are really hurt from this are the people who want to protect themselves, they have a hard time getting guns when they're just trying to protect their lives and their families lives.

But I must say, certain issues such as not allowing people who have mental illness to have guns are something that I support, but I guess putting down the line on what a mental illness is a tough one.
4398  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: i got scamed on: February 21, 2017, 10:32:10 PM
thanks for moral support but i think this is useless ,i should have use escrow and its my fault didnt search to the right place before
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=954297 never trade with that piece of cake ..i dont leave him rate he is moron i hope he know it thats all

Well I guess you can see that you shouldn't be attempting to trade with newbies on the forum without any sort of escrow, I would go ahead and post that Scam Accusation ASAP to make sure that no one else gets scammed from him if he's attempting to go on a spree or something along those lines.

Plus, .038 isn't a small amount of money to some people in 3rd world countries so that person may have had the heist of his life. Don't cry though bud, you seem to have handled it well.

You post a topic in the Scam Accusations board to alert everybody so people don't fall for that particular scam again, then you lay on the floor in fetal position and feel sorry for yourself.

Fetal position actually magically makes the bitcoin respawn in your wallet so try this Cheesy
4399  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why do so many people hate Coinbase? on: February 21, 2017, 08:57:56 PM
when speaking of bitcoin, we want the decentralization and control over our money which comes with controlling our own private keys. and this doesn't happen in coinbase. you give up all your control over your private keys and your money to a third party, which means you are using a bank and if you want to use a bank then use a fiat bank not a bitcoin bank!

I was speaking about using them on the use of buying and selling bitcoin, which I know people also want to be decentralized. I feel it's impossible to have something like that be decentralized, secure, and have a good amount of volume to be able to attract real traders to the service. You're going to have to use a business like GDAX from Coinbase as it's trusted, somewhat secure I suppose, and people use it.

Decentralization is not always the key to having something work wonderfully.
4400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet with lowest transcation fee on: February 21, 2017, 08:10:41 PM
Just because your wallet allows you to do a bitcoin transaction with a low fee doesn't mean it's going to be confirmed quicker or anything along those lines, it's just going to take days on end for that confirmation to occur and for you to get the product / service you were attempting to buy.

If you're just speaking of fees from the wallet service themselves, most don't have it unless you use a service such as BitGo or another more secure web wallet.

With Core you can set the fee you want.
You can set it to 1 satoshi if you want.

Well yeah you could do that, but then you'd just never confirm and your transaction would become a statistic when it comes to the amount of unconfirmed transactions on the network.
