441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making the Most of $100 bankroll on: April 28, 2024, 04:47:19 AM
I have a friend who is new to sports betting and he asks -
If his bankroll is $100 and he has been told not to use more than 5% of his bankroll per bet,
By whom? who\ told Him, not to bet 5% of his bankroll?

because I believe that 5% is enough to run a bankroll or he can make even higher because depending in his time availability .

Quote
what strategy should he use on this type of bankroll? His question is should he place $5 each on 20 different bets? Or is there a better approach that can be suggested?
I'm enough for 10 dollars per bet  because i believe that luck will come even in short period of gambling time .
442  Other / Off-topic / Re: Money buy you Happiness, is this true! on: April 28, 2024, 03:52:55 AM
Money can buy happiness to some extent but honestly not in all cases. Sometimes some simpler things in life can bring joy and happiness more than money itself.
Appreciating what is infront you sometimes is more than happiness that Money can bring , like for example the Morning Sun,  as if you noticed how beautiful it is and how lucky you are waking up in the morning is more than enough to be happy knowing that money cannot buy you another day to live, even millionaires dies with their money because life cannot be bought but sometimes can be  use for taken.
I haven’t been on the forums in a few weeks. I would just like to say that it depends on person. Money can bring happiness depending on how the person values it and what they do
the forum misses you mate try not to be offline again in like  a week .
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe someone knows who the address belongs to? on: April 27, 2024, 11:24:30 PM
kuCoin only gave a partial email (credited account)
mikec*******n8330@gmail.com , knowing the full email address, I could try to contact him...

A month has passed and the recipient did not return the sent bitcoin? Hmm I may be thinking that maybe they don’t want to ever return it. Surely they can return it to your address but decided to not do so.

Still you could go and contact the person and ask if they could resend back to you your bitcoins. Hoping you get them back, op!
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who are the people manipulating Helium HNT? I need to talk to you. on: April 27, 2024, 10:32:14 PM
I don't mean it like that, but I want to ask (not tell, ASK) them about some things that maybe they don't want to have written here for all to see.  Hence my request for a PM chat with them.

OP, you should have worded it better because it came across as rude and self-entitled. Maybe just give a brief general idea about what you want to ask and let people actually decide if they want to answer your questions. If they don’t want to talk about it in public then that is the time where they have to PM you but in their own accords.
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can a seed phrase on steel or titanium sheet survive this flood? on: April 27, 2024, 03:55:40 PM
Well if its written or engraved in a steel plate or titanium sheet then I think it is fine as long as its in a static position, I mean the sheet will not be sweep away or anything because even a steel or titanium plate could be torn apart against that kind of flood, but I dont think anyone that  has a treasure like that would let it, I mean of course that kind of flood will not happen instantly so I'm sure there will be a time for the people to evacuate
Yup you are indeed correct. We must known basic survival skills in case of disaster instead of panicking and overthinking every little thing until it is too late and you have no more chance to evacuate safely.

We all should have an emergency route or plan to make sure that we and anything important are both safe. Do not act late and harshly.
446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will MemeCoins Fuel the Next Crypto Craze? on: April 27, 2024, 03:35:57 PM
Regarding meme coins, their role is important to test efficiency of block chains
This is why people need to appreciate altcoins even memecoins more. They need to understand that it is more than just the profit we are after but rather the experiment and testing that comes with developing a new blockchain and other features that could help and be implemented in the bitcoin’s.

however I firmly believe that Bitcoin remains a pivotal factor in driving and sustaining the bull runs of cryptocurrencies market.

Being the first and inarguably the best cryptocurrency out there it is no shock that bitcoin controls pretty much the overall market sentiment and I’m pretty sure it will stay that way for a long time.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Practical Coins on: April 27, 2024, 02:57:10 PM
Aside from those four I don't see a real-world usage except for high-value transactions in which case Bitcoin is good, but that would be something for rare purchases.
It is true that bitcoin can not cater to all needs of the people this is why I try to find other altcoins that are cheap enough to be used as a way of transaction but is not constantly declining to the point that I am losing money. It’s also hard to make transactions through bitcoin because of transaction fees. For me bitcoin is truly better right now as an investment.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should only hold Bitcoin on: April 27, 2024, 02:45:18 PM
While you have mentioned some great points I can guarantee that diversification of your crypto portfolio or just investment portfolio holds some of its own advantages. Such as having reduce your risks. If one coin is not doing well you can expect to still gain profit from the other. Bitcoin is not always stable and is constantly fluctuating. So it’s good to explore what else is in the horizon but if you feel safe enough in just investing in one coin the be my guest.

Real talk muna tayo.

450  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you know any good ways to promote a mobile application game? on: April 27, 2024, 12:08:49 PM
Not sure if OP is still interested in this question because it has been years when this thread was created and hope that he have been running his site in good faith now.
I think social media is a good way to promote the mobile application game advertising through social media provides a lot of information about mobile applications and does not take much time to promote. In the present era social media is known as a means of communication. You can also find new information and use applications properly and save the information you need.
yeah , there are influencer that we can use to promote our online businesses and as what I am seeing here in my country now?
this is really helpful .
451  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you spend a lot of time on screen? on: April 27, 2024, 12:05:48 PM
Personally i don't, i spend most of my time at work, i don't really like to spend a lot of time on things that doesn't have any benefits, i just take my phone for calls, and to learn something good on bitcointalk or post something, otherwise i do prefer to live the real life and focus on my dreams
meaning your work isn't connected in gadgets so that is fine specially if you are physical worker , but we as a screen worker(BPO or computer tech)
we have no choice but to stay at least 5 years in front of computer because some part of my work is in phone calling .
Yes i'm long time on screen for online some work.
what kind of work having you ?
452  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hit the MAX WIN on Zeus vs Hades—$240K payout in crypto! 🚀🚀🚀 on: April 27, 2024, 12:03:08 PM
Hello BitcoinTalk,

Still shaking over here—I just hit a MASSIVE $240K win on Pragmatic Play's Zeus vs Hades - Gods of War slot! Seriously, I'm in total shock and had to share it somewhere people would understand. I got into ethcasino.io https://www.ethcasino.io, a crypto casino where they don't make you verify and you get your winnings right away. That's what hooked me.

It was a regular bonus buy (not even the super kind), and then bam! The Wild reels just lined up perfectly, and the biggest multiplier was 50x. Here’s a screenshot of that insane winning moment. I mean, can you believe it?

Now, the anxiety kicks in... Will I actually receive all of it? Is ETHCASINO trustworthy with such a big payout?

They've started paying out with $5k as per their daily limit, but that’s just a small slice of the entire amount. While it's reassuring to see some of the money, the full amount is still a long way off. This win isn't just a windfall; it's my ticket to buying my own home—something I've dreamed about for ages.

Hanging in suspense here and could really use some community support. Any advice or experiences with big wins and payouts in crypto casinos? Would love to hear from you guys!

Thanks a million!
Wow what a huge win , but what I see here is that 5k a day withdrawal? you may lose all of that before you even withdraw the half mate  Grin Grin

anyway congratulations and hope that you can still keep the funds without tempting to play because of long period of withdrawal.
453  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you care if your play to earn game is fun? on: April 27, 2024, 10:01:33 AM
I hope they are easy to operate and can hang up for a long time。
But they are not mate and sadly that most of them are here to Scam investors and those who are purchasing items and believes this is a long term relationship.

most of the Play to Earn that grows recently ending nothing but leaving the area with no traces .
the sad part is that most of their players are starting to love the game because of of course earning and the uniqueness of their provided games.
454  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to self exclude from anonymous gambling sites on: April 27, 2024, 09:48:20 AM
You guys should stop deceiving yourself about this and thereby preaching weakness to people. There are testable working ways to stop addiction and there are addicts that can testify to it. The fact that something is tough to achieve does not mean that it can't be achieved, and the fact that a certain means of cure doesn't work for some certain people doesn't mean it is not the right advice or procedure, people are different, and so how they take thing. There are many factors to be considered here as well, which include the willingness of the gambler in question, the level of the damage already caused and the mind power of the gambler himself.

If we are convinced right from our mind that we cannot do or achieve something, then there is no amount of words and encouragement that can make such happened expect we are changed from the initial perspective we have towards that same thing, in gambling, we can go for what we want, there is freedom of making selection, but many choose the way they appear all because they lack in some information's required for them to know and go through, while such could have been helpful in their gambling.
There's no such thing as impossible if a gambler is really determine to exclude/stop himself from being addicted, remember that you'll never know unless you try. However when a person is not willing, he will find ways to make excuses not because he think it will not work but because he really don't want to stop what he used to.
correct mate that there is no impossible if you are determined and dedicated but for addiction to be taken? first we need to accept the reality that we are addict and we wanted to change our life because if not every attempt will only cause you nothing but failure.

Quote
We are indeed different and have our own reasoning on why we gamble but let's set limit always. Because it's not easy to get away with addiction once you already fall for it.
all people in gambling has their own reasons and control but the problem is that gambling is too addicted that many are falling bad into it.
455  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where do i find sister sites to the following... (22bet, spinbetter, 1win) on: April 27, 2024, 09:42:26 AM
Hello guys,

Account after account getting limited and I have now run out of options of sites which offers the skin I've been running to different sites to find, so if anyone knows any other site that have the same skin as following sites below I would highly appreciate any help. The sites using this skin offers very very many games and with super good limits and you can also place mulitple bets on same outcome if you change amount. I have checked this site but dont find any more sisters sites.

https://www.bookmakers.bet/7106/curacao-betting-sites/

22bet
1win
spinbetter
cyber.bet
888sportz
megapari
paripesa
1xbit

its possible I've missed any obvious sites (to many sites to keep track on) but if anyone knows which sites using the same skin/tools please let me know. Or if you know other sites where you can place higher amount of stakes on lower division games etc

EDIT: It seems that the software being used is "BetB2B" for these sites
Best regards

1xbit is the most popular casino in this forum im terms of being scammer so why do you wanted to look for the same skin as this casino ? and there are several scam casino also in your list , I don't know what is your main reason for putting their name above and you seems to not digging the internet for gambling completely .
457  Local / Pamilihan / Re: 1xbet Scamming Pilipino sportbettors on: April 27, 2024, 06:47:18 AM

459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange Lending might be a way to reduce unnecessary Defi fee on: April 26, 2024, 09:40:17 PM
Can anyone explain if I'm on the right track? How do crypto loans actually work, and what should I watch out for? Any tips or personal experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!

Yes you are actually on the right track already and pretty much things you said are all there is. Choose a platform, deposit your collateral then input and specify how much you want to borrow and of course how long will it be for you to pay it. The key here is to choose carefully. You want a trusted and established platform to use and beware of scams.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Application Programming Interface question- Is this possible or BS on: April 26, 2024, 05:57:52 AM
Is this possible or BS?

There are multiple complexities about this.

First of all the dex must have API so that data can be actually extracted from it. We don’t know which dex it is nor which did you get the information from but if they say that they are doing it then it must be real. So yes it is possible but is it accurate and reliable data they are extracting?

That’s hard to identify so we must thread lightly.
