441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching scrypt+ASIC Pool] multipool.us on: February 03, 2014, 10:42:39 PM
its eu2, not eu

stratum+tcp://eu2.multipool.us:7777

eu2 is said to be the ddos protected pool, but eu should of worked.

yes, and if you check site, they are being ddosed and they said to use ddos protected eu2, if you dont use eu2, your not going to be mining on multipool

Yeah but I thought cgminer would switch to eu2 in a situation like that. Using switch --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://eu2.multipool.us:7777
Also what does "high hashrate pools. Minimum share difficulty = 256" mean? I have 1,34MH/s is that high enough?
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching scrypt+ASIC Pool] multipool.us on: February 03, 2014, 09:41:40 PM
I don't know what has happend but my miner isn't connected, the GPU is idle.
How do I get cgminer to switch to eu2 or another pool?
I have the  --failover-only option. Doesn't that work when there is a DDOS?
Currently trying to mine at: stratum+tcp://eu.multipool.us:7777

Great news, let us know when you have tested it yourself.

Just to inform the community. I was just paid by bit365. Im sure he is doing everything he can.

after few days noobs coming and saying they received some payment from bit365 something fishy going here and these are just very small pays

Agree 100% if you have received payment please link transaction details. And you original bet link.
448  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinSports.eu - Bitcoin Sportsbook - PLAY or INVEST - No Registration! on: January 22, 2014, 10:57:09 AM

Oldest first isnt priority list, thats a queue.

What I meant was he should have a priority list. It's kinda weird just to do random payments.
Maybe he doesn't wanna go by oldest first because some of the old bets are large ones.

A good list would be number of times a customer has complained about not receiving winnings. Pay all debts for a specific event etc...
There is no logic with this guy.
449  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinSports.eu - Bitcoin Sportsbook - PLAY or INVEST - No Registration! on: January 21, 2014, 07:13:11 PM
Two and a half months later and this payment finally came through.

http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/8a0d8

Still waiting on http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/e2731

There may be hope yet.... a very slow moving hope...
he is still paying for small bets and small investments but now going to give any update about all this what the hell is going here

What's the deal though? If he's a scammer why does he pay old debts?
And if he is not a scammer why doesn't he go by a priority list? Oldest first or something.
There is not much logic in the way he acts. WTF?

RasberryPI cases will not be worth it though.
You can get them for around 2$ from Aliexpress.
452  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinSports.eu - Bitcoin Sportsbook - PLAY or INVEST - No Registration! on: January 19, 2014, 02:57:11 PM
Yeah it seems like he pays back small bets in order to build "trust".
Hopefully what little trust this guy had is gone now.

453  Economy / Services / Re: 3D printing service for bitcoin *FREE* on: January 18, 2014, 05:36:51 PM
How much do you think it would cost to print a RaspberryPI case?
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Linux - debian or ubuntu? on: January 18, 2014, 04:17:54 PM
Well it depends.
If you are running headless Debian is better.
If you are running GUI apps then Ubuntu is better.
455  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] BTC/LTC - 250SEK Ukash voucher on: January 18, 2014, 02:12:18 AM
Got an offer from Dr. Exchanger for 22USD.

This voucher is worth 37USD.
Anyone else wanna give me a better offer?
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Datacoin] DataMinerWatch – bash script for restarting Primeminer on hangs on: January 17, 2014, 07:08:08 PM
Seriously what a joke. If you want this coin to be something you better have a miner that doesn't crash.

Having a work around that is restarting the miner when it crashes is not OK.
This should be fixed by developer of primecoin fork.

Yeah but it's mostly community members that help out.
Like erk asks:
Where are barntech & co?

Maybe the heat wave has something to do with it?
Heard something on the radio this morning about Australia having record high average temperature.

So getting "Segmenation fault" is normal when mining Datacoin?

Did you get a force refund for the orders or have you heard? If you do get cheques what is the current plan? Cash, convert and payout?

Phil

I don't think we should cash the cheques, that's like accepting a USD refund. We should be refunded full BTC amount.
