it is normal that you should get additional time. my first documents were not approved for photo quality problems but after sending second time I received confirmation of reception the day after. Now only waiting for approval but there should be no problem. we should have more ways to prove our identitys some blockchain based projects like AIRsphre are working on it maybe it will change something .. I sent the documents twice. And I got a rejection from KYC. Now, I sent the documents again. But I'm not sure I'll be approved. This KYC is too complicated. |
