if hamas takes over:  mass murder, killing gays, subjugating women, religious oppression, killing christians, jews and anyone who does not adhere to their warped views...

if the tea party takes over:  try to lower government fiscal debt, small government interference, our freedoms will not be infringed upon, there will still be peaceful elections of our officials, ... and the best thing of all.. .NO MASS MURDER
442  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hamas and The Tea Party on: August 01, 2014, 05:02:48 PM
Another similarity with the Hamas vs Tea Party comparison:

A talking head on CNN just said that if Israel crushes Hamas, there's another way more radical group (ISIS) who could take over.

Here on the home front, the far right primaries any and all moderate republicans, calling them RINO's and smearing their reps, and pouring millions into the coffers of far right 'bagger candidates.  The GOP collapses and the Tea Party takes over.

Scary thought, huh?
and the tea party... who do they plan on slaughtering??  as opposed to hamas and the isis?  your comparison is assinine.. but you know that already.... so sad that you can't see the differences between political ideaology and religious fanaticism that has no compunction about slaughtering their opponents...
color me shocked that you don't see the difference..

when the state of Israel started Ben Gurian et al made it law that orthodox could study the Talmud and not be required to work or serve in the army.  So they don't and they breed so prolifically that they are beginning to register as a majority.

When the youth qualify to vote their party (parties) will be most influential.
444  Other / Off-topic / Re: Israel's future war: War of God and Magog on: August 01, 2014, 04:17:43 PM
What is happening is because they breed like dogs with litters of more than a dozen per family, they are out-breeding the secular and other non-Orthodox citizens. There is pressure on the secular to emigrate which will further increase the Orthodox as a percentage of the population.  Remember, they won't don the army uniform and defend their state so the onus remains with a steadily decreasing number of non-orthodox Jews. There will come a time when there won't be enough taxpayers to fund the Orthodox lifestyle.  Will American taxpayers take up the task?

Israel won't last long as a state as envisioned by Zionists under these circumstances.
445  Other / Off-topic / Re: Israel's future war: War of God and Magog on: August 01, 2014, 04:09:58 PM
OK, in Israel you have the Orthodox Jews who do nothing except study the Talmud and breed.  They don't work and live on money devoted to them by the state, ie taxes paid by non-Orthodox  members of society.  Nor do they figure in the armed forces.

Look at what jesse jackson and the democrat party promises have done for Chicago over the last 50 years. Can anyone really say the black community is better off after 50 years of the dems promises of throwing money around and promising them a better world? 50 years ago before dem leaders took control almost 70% of black children were born to married parents, today thanks to welfare handouts by dems less than 26% of black children are born to married parents. And dammit, the left is proud of it because they know blacks can't achieve unless they get that welfare that keeps them in poverty.

terrorist loving liberals l don't give a shit about what the tea party is all about... cause we know that its the tea party that wants to slaughter anyone that doesn't agree with them, its the tea party that lobs bombs into other states, its the tea party that slaughters gays, its the tea party that subjugates women and mutilates their bodies, its the tea party that ...... oh wait.. no its not.... thats  hamas.... the terrorists that the liberals give a pass for atrocities, but accuse the tea party of but know that they are wrong.... . ... comparing the tea party to hamas is just beyond fucking sick.....

I pray that you never come across one of your beloved hamas terrorists, cause they will slaughter you without a second glance, but you've shown that you don't care that these people are mass murderers....

If everyone thought as you imagine they do -- "he looks like the idiot and bully he is for harassing blah blah blah" -- they would have come right back with a verdict for the defendant/  Obviously some are on Ventura's side.

I don't believe they have to have a unanimous verdict in a civil matter.  I've never heard of a requirement for a unanimous verdict in a civil matter in Minnesota.

Here's another disgusting thing to eat......could you?

Bat Paste
First, net a bunch of flying mouse, fruit, or fox bats in a remote village.

Drop live into a pot of boiling water or milk.

Roast to desired doneness.

Chop and make into paste with Thai herbs and spices.

Ah capitalism and the modern media. What a combination! Restaurants add such things to the menu these days to get on the internet, and sometimes even major news outlets, and it often works!

Speaking of writhing, living 'meat,' how about Casu Marzu?  Sardinian (and Corsican) cheese that's processed with fly larvae, whose intestinal juices produce a unique flavor in the fermentation process.  When disturbed -- as they naturally would be when cheese is being eaten -- they can launch themselves several inches.  Buon appetito.
Casu marzu is considered to be unsafe to eat by Sardinian aficionados when the maggots in the cheese have died. Because of this, only cheese in which the maggots are still alive is usually eaten, although allowances are made for cheese that has been refrigerated, which can kill the maggots. When the cheese has fermented enough, it is often cut into thin strips and spread on moistened Sardinian flatbread (pane carasau), to be served with a strong red wine. Casu marzu is believed to be an aphrodisiac by Sardinians.Because the larvae in the cheese can launch themselves for distances up to 15 centimetres (6 in) when disturbed, diners hold their hands above the sandwich to prevent the maggots from leaping. Some who eat the cheese prefer not to ingest the maggots. Those who do not wish to do so place the cheese in a sealed paper bag. The maggots, starved for oxygen, writhe and jump in the bag, creating a "pitter-patter" sound. When the sounds subside, the maggots are dead and the cheese can be eaten.

Donut cheesesteak burger debuts:

A local Philadelphia burger joint called 'PYT' has debuted what looks like a heart attack on a plate: The
Donut Cheesesteak Burger. PYT is no stranger to strange and quirky burgers such as the 'Doh! Nut' to the 'Firebird Chicken Sriracha, and the owner said he really thinks this one will be a hit.
Its all rather unbelievable! I would be sick for a week if I even tried to eat anything on their menu. http://pytburger.com/
but would you eat this?

I could not eat a still living, wriggling thing no way no how.  Ate lots of pulpa (octopus) in Galicia but it was long past able to move, and delectably prepared. Grinning while chomping on live squid, its tentacles visible and wriggling vigorously. Quite a visual

Remember the movie "Children of a lesser God"? Their God was deaf. The truth is all Gods are deaf because the imaginary do not have ears.
why do you persist in this mindless "crusade"?  You have never presented anything supports your beliefs.
You have been proved 100% wrong at every turn.  Why continue?

If you believe clamping you hands over your ears and screaming, "IS NOT!"...... is an argument, then you are lost.

Prayers & miracles....

Riddle me this....

If a life-threatening event/disater were to occure, where would my directed prayers be most effective?
1.Jesus
2.Tooth Fairy
3. Easter Bunny
4. Santa Claus

Answer:

All of the above. They are all equally effective.
For me, its been Jesus.  Never had any success with the other three.........
You've had "success" praying to Jesus?  Prove it!!!!

You are a fucked-up ass, zolace. You've never had any "success" with Jesus. You can't demostrate evern one time.

It's the same thing over & over &over with you.

Only with extra mayo and battered jalapeño poppers.  Lol.  Setting aside artery clogging quotient, the glazed donut bun is a non starter.  Many combinations of sweet and savory work amazingly well (bacon and almost anything for example), but that is just one sickening oleaginous mess.

456  Other / Politics & Society / Re: what do you think about the way college tuitions keep increasing out of control on: July 30, 2014, 04:39:04 PM
I went to the University of Iowa 1977-1981. I ended up with only $2500 in student loans to pay back for my BGS degree. Tuition, room and board were only about $1000 a semester and I did get some grant aid that paid about 40% of it. My parents college fund for me paid the rest.

Now in most schools that $8000 in total cost would not even make it one semester.

2013-2014 RESIDENT school year costs at the U of I:$20,691 (From the U of I website)

this includes everything: dorm, meals, books, tuition, everything

http://www.collegecalc.org/colleges/...rsity-of-iowa/
this site says $18,525 for RESIDENT

There is no way in the world expenses should have gone up that much since then.

As the forces of the Russian dictator (Gog) and his military coalition — including Iran, Libya, Algeria, Sudan, Turkey and other key Islamic nations — converges against the State of Israel in the last days, the Hebrew Prophet Ezekiel tells us that at the last moment when there seems to be know hope for Israeli Jews the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is going to supernaturally intervene.

That happened in 1973. Are you saying that Nixon was God?

Oops!

Carry on talking to no one but yourself rigon.   You're like the little girl having a tea party with her stuffed animals....except she knows that her playtime is full of fairy tales.
459  Other / Off-topic / Re: Observations on prayers and miracles? on: July 30, 2014, 04:14:51 PM
zolace-
It is possible for people like me to reject your fairy tales, but still be open minded to the possibility of forces as yet not understood by me.

I know for a fact that your religious/superstitious beliefs are 100% bullshit.
On the other hand there are things that I don't understand, and I remain open-minded to new things/philosophies.

Too bad you aren't the same.

When you practice any belief system that REQUIRES deliberant ignorance, you are at the end of the intellectual food-chain.

If a nuclear bomb exploded over my head and I lived, Id believe in almost anything. But more importantly, pondering bullshit that NEVER happens as possible evidence of a biblical being is the height of stupidity.  I WILL NOT survive if a nuclear bomb goes off over my head.  A dead dismembered rotting man WILL NOT EVER come back to life. Wondering what a person might believe if this bullshit happened is a complete waste of time and exercise in futility.
Yes, you have given lip service to that statement several times.  I do not deny that.
It is only "lip service" to you because I do not accept your christian god of the bible as invented by men.  Its not lip service at all.  It is an objective reality.
