We placed a large order in December.
Shipping to Canada from Bulgaria has been a challenge but Martin tried multiple couriers at our request to try and speed up the process - irrespective of the increased cost at times.
Any issues we have had have always been dealt with in a fair manner - i admit it can take a little time sometimes.

In my experience of the Bitcoin hardware industry Martin provides a good service. I'm sure there is room for improvement but overall i'm happy and will be using Technobit again in the near future.

I have paid 581€ for order BJJNEKBIM (
january shipment!) by bank wire on 30-12-3013 from account number NL89RABO0368044971.
Will you include a replacement for the broken HEX16a2 from order WVEFURYEA? I will gladly ship the broken miner back to you if you provide a shipping address.
Please please please let me know something!!! The site still says awaiting payment and I would really like to know what you want me to do with the broken miner.

I agree they probably try their best but I have now been waiting a month to get a bank transfer confirmed and I have a miner that broke ~10 days after delivery I am being very polite and marto asked for a screenshot of my internet banking and I sent it, nothing since then. It's just frustrating that people who complain loudly seem to get more customer service then people who stay polite and wait for their response
