@knybe

what happens if some one made a mistake signing a message, say a typo

can he redo and sign again? or its one time

That is a question for Ken but I would image yes… Although if you are copy/pasting the information verbatim, then there will be no mistake.

No problem, we will give all investors all the chances to prove they own the shares.  We don't want anyone to lose any of our shares.

Thanks Ken. Any updates in regards to how the future looks with how shares will be traded? If you can give us little bit of information it would be helpful.

We are working on the details at the moment.  We want our shares to be trade-able, within the legal limits of the law.

how do you verify the public bitcoin address truely is associated with bitfunder username, other then the bitcoin address signing.

what happens if a user uses different bitcoin address then his public bitcoin address, and signs it? and asset list wont longer show his public address

asset list is not enough, becuase some people buy or sell or transfer, so asset list changes

We are saving the asset list on a regular basis.  Also, there is a person that is saving the asset list every 10 minutes.

You read for another round of share juggling, Ken?  Undecided

Not really.

Ken, can you confirm that https://blockchain.info/charts/balance?address=1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa is the correct and only ActiveMining address?

My guess is yes, the Bitcoin income is the same as last week meaning it includes the added hashpower, if this address had no new hashing power it would be a lot lower.

In short, the added hashpower has gained us a week.

Yes,  this is the only address that we send mining revenue to.  We will be reserving 50% of the new revenue for growth and expenses.

Will this "reserving for reinvestment" happen before the .0025 per share is paid out to shareholders?

Yes, this is one of the cost in the offering description.

Quote
Dividend payment
The global ActiveMining's income, including mining income, hardware sales via bitcoins, other cryptocoins and fiat transferred to bitcoins, will be paid to ActiveMining shareholders proportionally, after all manufacturing, maintenance, labor costs, R&D, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted. The first BTC0.0025/share dividends will only be paid to the first 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares, providing public investors a priority in getting back 100% return of their investment.

What we are trying to do is increase our mining and increase our dividends to our shareholders.

On the 6th everyone that has shares in the AMC-TENDER account will start accumulating dividends.  We will be working on a solution to have the dividends disbursed.  We have a number of options available to do the disbursements.  As the whole Bitcoin stock exchange system is in a state of flux, we are waiting to see how everything shakes out.  We will be getting an opinion from our lawyers on the new Havelock developments.  We need to see if the new Havelock developments changes anything for any of our Investors.

Just to confirm, dividends will be paid to verified accounts on bitfunder as well on the 6th?

Yes, dividends will be paid as normal on the 6th verified or not.

Shares transfer to AMC-TENDER completed.

Look forward to the dividends on 6th to confirm my shares.

Sorry for being a complete noob but where do I recieve my dividends after the 6th? Is it to my public bitcoin adress? In that case does my public bitcoin adress have to be my wallet?

Ill ask this again...Ken are we able to have a public list of direct shares by BTC address?

Im still unsure how you are able to tell who the shares came from in the first place...

We have a list of transfers to the AMC-TENDERS account listing the number of shares  and the bitfunder username.  We will use the Bitcoin address to verify the Bitfunder username and the transfer information.

Due to the Klondikes showing up this week after being ordered for 5 Months and the deployment of other resources for mining, we are going to delay our
P & L and Balance sheet reports until the 15th of November.

Have 32 of my 68 Klondikes hashing, still working some of the bugs out of our set up.

I don't have them up to full speed yet.

Seems like I only have 1 bad one out of 32.

459  Economy / Securities / Increases Its Hashing Rate To ~1.4 TH/s on: October 30, 2013, 11:37:42 PM
London, UK – October 30, 2013 – Active Mining Corporation (AMC) today announced that they have added over 1TH+ to their hashing rate.  This additional hashing rate has been added from the 68 Klondikes and 1088 Avalon chips that were ordered last May 3rd, plus the addition of other hashing resources.  This brings ActiveMining's hashing resources to a total of ~1.4 TH/s.  Over the next few weeks ActiveMining expects to add up to an additional 3 TH/s to their mining operation.

We're probably not yet on their radar, but I don't see the SEC as being our friends here. Unless they come up with some new, more relaxed regulations then they are going to suffocate the Bitcoin securities market because of a high cost of compliance.

Yes, we are on there radar, as they have talked to Ukto about us last month.  I sent Ukto our Belize documents so he could send them to the SEC.

No one picks up on this? SEC going not only after exchanges, but asset issuers .
Ken, do you have any insights on your own legal liability? Would the SEC consider it the exchange fault for targeting unsophisticated (US) investors, or yours too?

We are working with our Lawyers on these points, of which one of our lawyers has worked at the SEC.
