When the open alpha will start ?  I don't like the current logo.Okay it's quite different than old ones and just seem little odd. Too complicated and color scheme seems like from some old star war flick. We don't need use "designers" or "proffesionals"' just make a new open competition with decent prices and instructions, look how simple and memorable are logos of ones like Visa or MasterCard. |

This NEMstake business does not seem as fair and equitable as I had read in the forum.
I simply wanted to place a buy order below 25K and I placed a decent order within the spread before going to bed.
Woke up this morning and it seems some bot (or very fast human) manipulated the market to drive the price higher and now I have missed the boat.
Not feeling very fairly dealt in the last few hours!

As for the chain async: The chains seems to be at any time 100% the same on all nodes. They "only" generate a different hash checksum from time to time (but then *all* are generating different results). So all transactions ever made should be in all chains on all nodes anyway. The bug is not that big as you might think.
Latest test showed that running a testnet without any initiated transactions does not reproduce the issue. So it can only be linked to initiated transactions or to (re)connects of peers.
Secondly, we would not had offered a "public review" / external input. However, many people would like to have that and, additionally, the bug is quite old without major progress, so we can understand that you want to have the final breakthrough on that issue. Anyway we try to solve it till the end of the weekend, as stated.
Let's just wait till we have finished our review of the code of the CTransaction, CBlock and CChain code parts. A professional external review of everything would take too much time. That is not an option for us.
Thirdly, we do want to finish the product first (well finish in terms of having a solid, working client) before marketing, website and so on. There is enough time after that have been done.

we set up two different test nets und are running tests to see how the error in chain async ( https://sourceforge.net/p/exocoin/tickets/2/) is caused. We already tested some things. See the ticket text for more details (will be updated from time to time). The tests aim to the direction to see if the issue is caused by a) many transactions or b) simply over time without any user interference or c) many (re)connects. Meanwhile we are investigating all code parts that could be involved. More, as stated, within the ticket. Also, we are working on the bugs and improvement suggestions that are in our issue tracking system. If the major bug (ticket #2) is not solved after the weekend we will prepare a full statement (description, errorLogs of server, relevant code parts partially, what we tried and what we already found out) and will ask you, if you like, to have a look at the issue. It is too soon. The fact is, that NXT is in difficult position, even though It seems to be best platform right now. Yes the stigma is huge problem.
NEM will no have any stigma, so if It delivers what we think, It will in my opinion overtake NXT.
NEM has the UtopianFuture stigma. I think that is a really huge issue. Nobody wants to be a part of a project of a scammer. Total BS.. |

Why everyone here talking about unclaimed stakes, NEM has even not launched for god sake!
That eadega guy spreading unnecessary FUD, i'm pretty sure that many people simply do not want sell their stakes at this point or claim tokens in NXT AE. At the moment prices per stake aint that much and many people are looking for long term opportunities, not just some pocket-money. IMO i never gonna sell my stake at bargain price and with alpha release so soon, people will Hold.
And for the record, im pretty sure that after the official launch we will see many so called sleepers here buzzling about their stakes.

I disagree that put EXO on AE. as we know, the client dose't release , if EXO hit on AE, no one want to buy it or else the price is cheap. But, if exo released , it will have a high ROI. NXT is NXT, EXO is EXO . if anyone cannot wait, just refund your money .  NXTer love NEM, but they dont know much about EXO, do you think NXTer will buy it with high price ? I agree with hala, if you dont dare to wait, just ask refund. Simple as that. |

Agree with the idea of setting up EXO token on the NXT Asset Exchangen, just like NEM did.
I will ask if Anon will be willing to issue EXO token. I will be happy to transfer my token to Nxt AE if he is willing It differs from NEMtokens, with EXO there is 2rounds of IPO and everyone had opportunity to choose which amount they invest, so it could be everything between 1.5btc to nil. |
