I have my allocation.  Even with the absolute total lack of response by the dev to many people in this thread, if I understand your post correctly....you got your coins from the IPO. Assuming you and others have started to gets your IPO coins, plus checking the markets and not seeing any dump attempts........that is a very encouraging sign for the HOC concept. I still await my refund, but am somewhat less nervous and that things might work out for the other IPO investors. |

Jacqul no one doubts the validity of the concept of HOC. I've been royally fucked out of 1btc and many more have lost a lot too. That is not the point. The concept, in the hands of an honest person, would have been quite profitable.
All of this BS about coins will be paid, then the ANN changes, coins refused to be released, and refunds have to go for a vote of the House when there is no House since coins have not been released.........private IRC chatrooms for "insiders", an open willingness to vote to simply steal investors money, and all the rest of it........RUN! Why have refunds not been honored?
Why have the IPO coins not been sent?
Obviously you can't send out the coins until you subtract the refunds and recalculate the IPO coins. But being totally silent to all parties involved is not inspiring confidence.

Apparently the dev bailed and took the IPO. Obviously don't send more. I requested a refund when BitOffer came into IRC and he replied it had to be put to a vote. But there is no vote until the IPO are distributed. I explained that and he left the chat.
