Hey Dev is there a Whitepaper out that i can read? Thanks
Sorry we do not offer a whitepaper. I'm happy to help answer any questions you may have about the project. Will an updated road map be released in the future. I am trying to grasp the long term vision of geo and why there will be use cases for it. We just released our road map in a 3 part series recently and we have a lot of work to focus on. No future road maps will be released until these items are complete.

After I did that it says that no block source is available so can't sync? Sounds like you need to add a node, try the following steps. 1. Open Wallet, go to Help > Debug Window. 2. Click on the 2nd tab called Console. 3. addnode 46.105.118.15:9748 add [press ENTER] That should hopefully add the node and start your sync. Hope that helps!

Fair enough. Have you guys met face to face with the Ubiq developers?
We have not yet met face to face, we use the web to communicate. I'd be very happy to meet up in person if the opportunity arose ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

We choose to remain somewhat anonymous. We've been focusing on our GeoCashing interface over the past few years and have not modified the wallet. We will be replacing our wallet once the migration with UBQ is complete, this will allow us greater security and provide us more time for GEO developments.

Is there a phone (android) app for collecting geocoin that works now? I can think of a lot of applications... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) It is not released yet. I guess. Here is a demo from their YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNs6N0EdD8YWe do not currently have any Android apps available yet. We first need to migrate over the UBQ blockchain and rework the wallet in the backend. After that we will focus on launching the new MapBox interface and then developing some mobile apps. Is it possible to hunt coins now via Apple App Store ? if so i need to buy an iPhone ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) We don't have any apps available yet for Apple or Android. You should probably buy an Android phone anyway ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Hello weifa do you need any help at developing. Im a GIS specialist developer. Why are you not using openlayer for example for displaying map and any other more higher quuility source maps. I think you could also use goole maps for Base? I like the IDEA of the project if you need any help please contact mm!
Our original GeoCashing interface was built using Google Maps. This year I've been developing a new MapBox interface that offers some cool new features! I think we're ok at the moment, but always good to have some more GIS specialists in our community ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I found a hidden geocash pack today. if someone can tell me what they are? Does this package give me geocoin?
Will anyone answer this question? Does this coin have nothing to say if someone asks? Geocaches are things that have been done for years. If you mean you found a physical geocache then go online and try to trace its history or whatever https://www.geocaching.com/play This coin is similar except instead of physical geocaches what you find are virtual caches that are a currency. Is that correct Dave? That sounds correct to me, if you found a hidden geocache your best bet is to go onto geocaching.com and log your find. We are still working through our migration with the UBQ team, but onc that is complete we will focus on launching our upcoming MapBox interface on http://geocoin.cash. On this website, you use your smartphone to walk to the dropped location and pick up the virtually dropped $GEO.

Retired people are also very involved in the geocaching community as you said they have a lot of free time on their hands and like to spend their time outdoors. We're working with the UBQ devs to coordinate the upcoming swap. As soon as we have a set date, I will let you all know here well in advance. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

So the trackable Geos, is the main website's locations for these physical coins accurate? I would like to collect one. The most accurate locations can be found by clicking on a GEO symbol and following the link to the trackable item's page on geocaching.com

I really like this project. But the music in your youtubes will alienate anyone over 25. You have enough challenges, don't shoot yourself in the foot. I agree. You gotta make the music more user friendly. They can integrate HTML5 audioplayer and everyone will be able to choose their own music for little payment(1 GeoCoin per week), lol Haha you guys don't like my high energy music!? I just wanted people to get pumped up and excited about GEO! Maybe a future custom audio player is in order afterall ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I'm also over 25
