441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Way To Make Money From Crypto In 2020? on: May 21, 2020, 03:34:12 PM

There are other investment that offers weekly commission from gambling investment and there are also dividends distribution if you invest to some projects. There are numerous projects which are legit as well. These type of investment doesn't expose you to a risky jobs like trading.

2020 seem like a bullrun year so it must also be great to invest to some coins you once left since 2017 which you have made alot of money as you said.
442  Economy / Economics / Re: As fiat currencies face potential collapse, will cryptocurrencies be outlawed? on: May 21, 2020, 02:29:38 PM
They already have a draft bill and breaking the law like owning a mining farm will cost fine from 500,000 rubles ($7,000). This news comes out just today, I don't know if this is the cause of this drop of price, is it?

Where else can investor go when they want the safest investment but their government de-monetise gold?  A hedge fund manager really can make the worse fud and get away with it.
443  Economy / Services / Re: run own coinmarketcap for 10$ offer code added on: May 19, 2020, 07:25:29 PM
..

We're glad you're interested in the project
You have been booked a discount code. Wink

Any discount code for a full script with admin panel?
I am really interested in your script to work as you say, I'd like to try it. Can you install the script on your demo domain where I can have access to the admin dashboard?
Also, do you provide any license version and how much copy you plan to sell?

Maybe just a subdomain and will allow us to check the admin dashboard, it would be enough to make me purchase as well. If this is just an API that will pull the data from the coinmarketcap, it may really have no admin dashboard to which you can manage to remove unwanted coins or so. I'm interested because I'd like to focus on ranks of exchange tokens or something like that.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about investing in Eos on: May 18, 2020, 04:58:41 PM
EOS is a decent coin it has a different approach, like what we usually used to, some coins like ETH or even BTC, you will spend fees for every transaction, but on EOS you need to stake some CPU and RAM and you can send a transaction without fees and that whats make it unique from other coins. I guess it is safe to invest in EOS. But sometimes I get annoyed on how their platform works, you cant send because of "out of CPU" error even you have a balance and you can't make a transaction too, you need another account to add your cpu which is inconvenient I guess that is why they cannot beat ETH.

For RAM you need to buy it. Its the NET and CPU that you will need to stake EOS. Or at least this is what I do for the most part since I have been trading EOS in several exchanges. But yes it gets annoying sometimes when you are out of CPU so you need to stake more. You can redeem the EOS you stake anyway.

I have invested more in EOS recently than any other coin I have tried. Its listed in different exchanges so there is nothing to worry about it whether it will fail or not because its definitely not.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SPYCE - Rise of Web 3.0 - LISTED on PROBIT (Trade Now!) on: May 18, 2020, 02:04:43 PM

Probit and BW exchange is not enough for the price to go up though. Fulfilling the roadmap will likely be the best choice.

They can try to create their own exchange, its what some teams do. Having their own exchange makes it easy for them to promote their project. The project includes Osiris browser which is a good option for exchange to integrate just like binance and Brave browser did.
446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Possible to day trade on a DEX? on: May 17, 2020, 03:21:45 PM
I've been trading on Binance a lot, but fear KYC as I really don't want to give up my details that easily, which made me look into DEX's as of lately. The vast majority of them lack a lot in volume, but I think it's safe to say that if DEX's had the same volume or just 1/10th of Binance, I'd use it any day. Not only to protect my identity, but also to be in control of my own private keys while trading, which is something that concerns me as well.

I've looked into Blocknet, a few others.

Anyone here who've tried trading on DEX's? I'd love to know!
I don't think day trading at dex is good. One of the weaknesses of DEX is high fee and transaction is very slow. Everything needs to go through many steps and I feel quite uncomfortable. Why don't you trade at CEX? It is fast, low fee and doesn't have token rounding during transactions. I know the identity issue is quite sensitive to current traders, but trading in Bithumb, you can withdraw 5 BTC every day without having to do KYC.

I have to agree with you about DEX. Trading fees and slow transaction time are painful to our pockets. It sometimes pisses me off because of these DEX’s weaknesses. Been there done that. Although that DEX doesn’t need us to perform KYC to access all features, these few issues they have are still needed to be addressed.

I usually trade mostly on CEX because of low fees and faster transaction time. Most of the CEX had a daily withdrawal limit between 2 BTC to 5 BTC, but no problem with me. Identity is something we are also concerned about them. However, if they had a very good public reputation, that would be fine.

The transaction in CEX and from DEX is just the same, how are you seeing DEX transaction to be slow?

If there is a good volume in the DEX, it might be possible to daytrade on DEX, there are few of them that somehow has considerable liquidity on them which daytrading might be done like in the Whalex.  The problem with some DEX is that users trading in the DEX aren't going to the DEX to trade BTC but the platform's token like in NEWdex, most of them are buying EOS and EOS tokens.  The users in forkdelta are there for ETH and ERC20 tokens.

447  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: May 17, 2020, 03:02:55 PM
I'm hoping it will end in just a year probably this year only and we can finally find a way to reopen the businesses and cities while distributing vaccines that had been tested.  Its however very difficult to say that we are going to be to normal because every country as the news says has different kind of corona strand which means the virus had evolved already.  And that means the threat will still be here for a long period of time.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some good Dex Exchanges on: May 17, 2020, 01:25:57 PM

I didn't realize Whaleex has that much volume compare to Newdex where I usually try to trade.
Vitex Exchange is becoming popular also since it's giving passive income for the VX stakers.

DEX is a good idea in general but actually volume there is too low

There were some developments about liquidity pool that some developers were saying but none of them ever updates about it. With liquidity pool, the volume of all dex might just compete the CEX at some point. It is however very risky since its like consolidating all the funds in a pot and shall attract hackers as motivation.
449  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Let's some talk about protfolio management! on: May 16, 2020, 07:34:13 PM

It doesn't need to be a trader to have a portfolio, a holder could have some coins they hold. This is what I got in a wallet I have installed. Something like this when I check all my assets inside it. Not entirely something that I manage it but Just sort of a graphic summary.

I take out the other one because it's not something worth showing because I might appear like shilling for it.  Grin

450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2020-03-11] Avoid This New Cryptocurrency Like The Plague on: May 16, 2020, 07:06:45 PM

Jesus christ, i can't believe people has such evil mind. they already created a cryptocurrency with the new virus. how do people turn everything into money making venture. including death. the idea that the coin supply will fail base new case discovery and death rate is another issue to be worried about.
the most embarrasing thing is the people are already trading the coin on saturn network exchange. How evil can be.

It's expected people are this bad to take this kind of opportunity, they will do everything for money and this is one of them, people who supported this coins are conniving in the glorification of this Pandemic and they are glorifying it's existence, well karma is coming to this kind of people.

You can expect to see worse than that team. An exchange that turned scam already happened in the past, a team of developers is just another.  We've seen more of that online. A death of a celebrity was even monetized by some individuals back in the days.

What is just not expected is that Saturn network, as far as I know, is a legit project but they allow this coronacoin. Bad enough that crypto had been misrepresented countless times in the media and just in this news is in forbes.
451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin exceed 20k this year like in 2017? on: May 16, 2020, 06:36:31 PM
As we saw in 2016, Bitcoin got its full form, and at the same time all the Crypto Markets looked like the Green Sea, do you think we will be able to see the green field just like before after Bitcoin halving this year as well. I think something better is coming for us, what do you think?BTC
Even if the history repeats we can find new all time high for bitcoin in the year 2021 only, but this may likely interuppted with the current global crisis created from the covid spread.

I'm certain it will happen just as it did before. This time however is different, it will be an uphill battle for there are more players in crypto and there's covid19 as well. 20K will just be easy when the price breaks that $10K because it will just confirm that it is going right up there. Validation is just what it needs. But probably not this very early, people are still afraid to invest and spend the money because the future still is uncertain. If the 2nd waves of covid strikes then there goes your investment. Waiting is the chance.
452  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: May 15, 2020, 08:30:33 PM
there's a new narrative emerging that life will never return to normal after the coronavirus pandemic:

what do you think---are entire industries about to disappear because of the pandemic? will some aspects of the economy and general life irreversibly change after this?

Its kind of true. A few months ago I thought all will be back to normal next year. However, after months of news and research about this virus, I accepted the fact that things will never be the same after this. Patients are still reinfected after being cured from the virus. They may find the vaccine in the future but the virus will always be with us. Efforts needed to make it disappear. We won't be calm inside a crowded place anymore. We will always think that we are prone to the virus even having the vaccine.  Some will still be infected by it, specially to those place that aren't reach by the health care system of the country. Economy will still slowly cripple to be back to normal. Debts of my country will be paid by the generations to come.

And just today, even the WHO says that maybe COVID will never go away. I wish they will be wrong.

Coronavirus may never go away, World Health Organization warns
I've already read this news and it really makes me sad, I could not help to think that the world that we are walking on will never be the same anymore. Imagine going out wearing a fully geared protection limiting you from other activities. This adds to the fact that there will be new norms in the society, this virus might just be an upgraded pneumonia that will be a common sick, it's frightening at all. Talking about the economy, it will surely decline, maybe not now as we are still on higher grounds above this virus but once it gets into more severe then it will go down.
This only shows how this pandemic affects the whole world. We may never be the same as we are before, but at least we are learning because of this experience. What we need to do right now is to fight this pandemic and continue to move forward. Even if our economy will fall, as long as we stay safe and in good health, I think that would be the most important for now. Once this was done, then that is when we can think of solutions to the problem with the economy.

Its gonna be back, we'll return to normal just like the old days its just a matter of time.  We already have seen companies resuming their business operation, this will gradually happen just like the sports events that are now going to be held despite the virus.

It would be funny if the government will be forced to find solutions because criminals find using a mask useful to hide in committing crimes in broad daylight.

453  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin is made for times like these why is everyone selling at a time like.. on: May 15, 2020, 07:48:43 PM
I'm really confused when people say that Bitcoin was created for a time like this and should be used as a safe haven. Where and when was that said? And was it said by Satoshi Nakamoto himself or just a random person? The main thing cryptocurrency was created for was to be used as a means of peer-to-peer payment and we all know that the price is volatile.

So, how do you say that a cryptocurrency that is volatile is meant to be your safe haven? Bitcoin can be safe if you invest in it for a long term, but you shouldn't put all your hopes in it that it's going to save you, try to diversify and invest in other things like gold if you're looking for something more stable.

It's assumed it will work in times like this because its decentralized which I think already had worked for us. Its price didn't plummet to the ground unlike the stocks that the government has to intervene because everyone had dumped.

What it could mean is that we can make transactions online and without using the fiat cash that also caries viruses that helps it to spread. With BTC, we can only use phones and without physical contact.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NEW] Flatardcoin [FLATA] for Flatearth community [ANN] on: May 15, 2020, 07:20:05 PM

Flat earth sounded like the game of thrones series, that behind the wall surrounding the earth are white walkers. Somehow many believe this theory actually but I doubt they will believe they would need a coin for flatearth believers.

Sure, next big thing:

[NEW] - FlyingSpaghettiMonster [FSM] for all human-beings believing in Pastafarianism. Great idea!

That's funny though. Are we really running out of good ideas out here?
The title alone will give you impression that this is just for fun, not really serious one.
So if you want to support this project, just know your limits.
This I believe is not a long term project.

Not a long term project seems a gentle way of saying it. The terms that mostly use in the scam accusation section is a the word SCAM itself.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin season question on: May 14, 2020, 06:23:23 PM
For the current market situation  investors only support bitcoin. All prices are now moving to bitcoin, so when bitcoin price increased as well as altcoin price increse. At this moment  investors only support those altcoin whose  really have positive impacts like bitcoin and other top 10 altcoins except below that, investors big maybe won't glance at it.
I don't really think this is true generally, in as much as I'm not against your opinion. Some altcoins just spike with a very cool FA, for instance lately ESH (SWITCH) did over 2000% due to upcoming GHOST airdrop. You can confirm from Coinmarketcap. Sometimes when BTC moves up with great force, altcoins begin to drop in sats significantly even though a few altcoins follow BTC in the uptrend. Best time for altcoins to move is when BTC moves sideways.

It's not hard to see that some altcoins are bought by the investors gradually.  I take it that its what is happening if the total cap of cryptocurrency stays the same as 260B. If it stays as $260B after another hour while the price of BTC dips, then I guess the altcoins are bought with BTC.
456  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Stability zone and Altcoins on: May 14, 2020, 03:39:24 PM

Does "buy the dip" also applies to altcoins?

Altcoin so far isn't dropping any more for months TRX price is stuck to it. I'm not sure if its gonna go down but certainly, BNB and ETH are about to burst. When they say history repeats itself, it always does repeat itself so watch for the altcoins you wanna invest.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New exchanges worth my money???? on: May 14, 2020, 03:26:03 PM

Exchange tokens are often for trade fees and staking which is a profitable investment when the exchange gets a lot of trade volumes a day. BNB is just the right investment for someone who wants to trade and profit from investing as well.  There are other exchanges as well so it will only be up to you which one you prefer.
458  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which Trading Exchange Platform Has Never Been Hacked ? on: May 13, 2020, 08:26:04 PM
Well, there are a lot of exchanges that have not been hacked. It's also different if there's no hacking happened. I think the best investment for them is always about security and constant updating to prevent hacks.

I think it's not a significant benefit to know that an exchange hasn't been hacked, but how an exchange would handle it sounds better—possibly letting the users know as well that there was an attempt and the funds are safe or something like that. Reputation on exchanges is beneficial to users staying there as well.

Since the question is likely answered, I want to share this about picking an exchange. Having the nearest server with the exchange is ideal for faster trades, especially with WebSockets.

Those exchange that was hacked eventually made their security stronger, the owners and their support gained experience thru it as well. And this I guess they have handled it at least this is what I thought when cryptopia resumed. They are now among exchanges also that end up closing their services after they were hacked.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KINGCASINO SALES HITS A MILESTONE RAISES $21.5M IN ROUND 1 SALES! on: May 12, 2020, 06:00:03 PM
I'm observing this project before started to manage bounty detective admin. In my explanation this project is average, what I mean this 21.5M funds rise is fake. Because Latoken and p2pb2b exchange has bad reputation for fake volume. Bounty detective just took security about distribution as GEOMA DAO campaign. I think All this because to attract more investor.

Maybe so. These exchanges had been behaving badly since the start of IEOs.

It has to have a ton of investors for this KingCasino to have $21M. I don't see enough reason for these tons of investors to join this IEO while there are also casinos as option that also give out earnings the bankrolls.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful on project that changes contract address like liker.world on: May 10, 2020, 03:50:06 PM
How did you know that the investors weren't given the chance to swap their tokens to the new contract?

Very sketchy team for doing such an act.  I don't know about the project nor the team but if this new contact can make the price rise up, it would make the investors more furious about how they miss the swap.
