Development of iOS Nocks payment system for Guldencoin and Bitcoin seems to go very well  Cool:

https://community.guldencoin.com/t/nocks-native-voor-ios/1040/28

You guys work too fast! This is very exciting news. What about Android for Nocks, I have a android phone.

iOS is the hardest to tackle, so once that is operational we'll start looking at other operating systems such as Android. We'll let everyone know though Wink

This application will make it so Nocks is usable with street merchants?

Yes, that is correct! You can then go to Subway Leeuwarden and pay with Bitcoin, while they accept Guldencoin and you can go to Café De Waag in Delft and pay with Guldencoin, while they accept Bitcoin. Just to name a few examples Smiley

By the way, is anybody going to buy a new SFARDS dual miner?

Sell it yes, run them no, maybe if you can buy them second hand it will be intresting to run, but who will sell there money makers if they dont need money fast.

How much does one cost?

Sold out atm. They costs 8000 RMB (/7 = € might even be /6 now due low eur)

Crazy price for something like that. Can you still hook people up with proper Scrypt miners though Shopem? Have been looking in your stores, but mostly SHA miners right?

@KenChanYu yes, price remains 325 sat then too

@svener Guldenbuy has to comply to all kinds of rules, which we have complied to, but our provider isn't too fast with correspondence. Plus it didn't help that there was a mix-up on their end due to holiday etc. Doing the best we can, but it all works and is ready to go basically. Just waiting on iDeal to be reactivated Smiley

Just a reminder for those that are interested in a community mining session (paid for with IPO) – more details here https://community.guldencoin.com/t/community-mining-ipo-switching-gears-session/1150

You get both your IPO coins and your share of the mined coins!

I buy 50 package at 280 value ?

Well, when the IPO started the market price was 305-ish. So, no, sorry Smiley 325 satoshi is the price per NLG. Which is still an amazing deal and you know it bro.

any future about this coin ?
when i can buy with gulden coin in australian ?

You don't need the plugin (nocks.nl/nimble), you can also just go to nocks.nl Smiley Currently only for online use, but in the coming months we're also making our move towards the physical places – with our Nocks Native (iOS) app. So you can spend your Guldencoin anywhere where BTC is accepted basically, and vice versa of course.

Welcome by the way!

But taking over a big chunk of NL's ecosystem is the main focus at the moment – doesn't mean that it is the main focus forever.

I agree with you, although I think this is the right way of surviving the early stage of this coin. It needs a solid base, and I think indeed this can be find in the Netherlands. Looking at the online and offline merchants, you guy are already doing a great job.

As soon as the coin is solid in the Netherlands, you can start looking more serious abroad Wink.

The problem with that is that Dutch people don't pay much attention to local success – it's almost unwanted – so for it to flourish in NL, it needs to flourish outside NL.

I guess it's just a matter of time. I think that relates to the acceptation of the Bitcoin too. It just needs some time over here. It's a slow process, but I'm sure more and more online and offline merchants are going to accept Bitcoin. If the BTC becomes more famous over here, it much easier for a coin like Guldencoin to be succesfull here too.

If you look at Bitcoin like you would the dollar today, you can connect everything to it without being dependent of it. Then you have all the benefits of its global presence, while Guldencoin is accelerating, developing and aging in a more local area – meaning you can cater for more people with the freedom of choice. Which currency am I going to use and why? Without losing the ability to use that currency in this local area or 'outside' this area. Global tied to local – Bitcoin tied to Guldencoin – and vice versa. No borders and no limits.

Guldencoin has a very good opportunity in the whole of Europe and I recommend expanding outside of the Netherlands. No other coin can represent Europe like guldencoin with what I have looked at.

There is already quite the presence of NLG users throughout Europe. Users can expand there on their own terms. Nocks (nocks.nl) will have some cool tools for everyone, anywhere, to get NLG more integrated in society. Whether you are in Portugal or in Belgium, or in The Netherlands – or Bulgaria or Russia for that matter. Frictionless setup for Guldencoin, no technological know-how needed, but still the possibility to accept Bitcoin payments – making it a segway into the global market with a more localized market. Think globally, act locally.

All you need is your Guldencoin wallet and a smartphone, tablet or laptop, you're good to go. No accounts or registration. 100% digital currency.

So basically, you can start getting people informed about Guldencoin in your area today and create a small ecosystem which you can then cater for by expanding the ecosystem using simple to use tools. Guldencoin is, in my opinion, borderless, just like any other digital currency. But taking over a big chunk of NL's ecosystem is the main focus at the moment – doesn't mean that it is the main focus forever.

See what you can do Smiley I know with Nocks we got the contacts at the border of Germany and some in Portugal. The question isn't, what are 'we' going to do, but what are you going to do? Wink

In my post it says I won't settle for less basically, but we could do 250MHs for 30 days or 500MHs for 15 days if that is ok with the people buying the packages. We'll see. Halfway through in just a few days, plenty of time left Smiley

Looking to buy some myself as well too, waiting for some payments Smiley

How much does a 500 mh miner cost?

You mean to actually, physically, buy one? About 2-3000 dollars maybe? Then you need it to run with some PSU's of 1800-2000 Watt, give or take, not sure. So you need to buy one of those too.

To rent it varies. So far this was the best deal I could find, but if I manage to buy cheaper I'll just extend the mining period with the money raised. No biggie.

Honest opinions. I want to put a buy order under 300, what is the chances of 250 being hit again?

Potential for one more dip into the 200s while the block rewards are still 1000. All depends when the developers can deliver.

Thanks litesire for the tip. Looks like you are going to be correct again, time to get some more coins over the weekend.  Grin Grin

Freaky . Litesire also said the price will be over 700 in a year. That will be a 700% increase from just after the coin launched.  Will be spending coins when price is above 500 again if merchants deliver to the US.

By the way Blue, why not go for Gulden merchants in your neighbourhood when you have all the tools you need to do so? Wink Nocks can hook you up this month.
