Самое меньшее что пытался снять это $300 за снятие, до этого спокойно снимал по 1к за снятие. то есть, Альфа уменьшила макс сумму? Постом выше вы пишете, что ограничений у них нет.. |

У разных банков разные условия и заморочки, тут за всех сказать невозможно, нужно уточнять у самих банков операторов АТМ
Нет, я сам лично не снимал, только присматриваюсь, у саппорта интересовался, говорят что 5 снятий без проблем. Думаете обманывают? Про Альфу просто я всегда снимал и никогда проблем не было, а сегодня не дали снять, удивляюсь просто. не думаем, не хочется делать необоснованных выводов, но действительно странно - если действительно тот же банк; это не те лимиты, которые легко настраиваются под каждого пользователя/партнера. Попробуем уточнить... По Альфе - дайте знать, если удастся что-то раскопать.. Есть какая-то инфа на счет увеличения лимитов на снятие? И кстати Альфа реально не дает больше снимать по вашим картам, совсем и по мастеру и по визе. Говорит лимит снятия по вашей карте исчерпан. Идешь в другой банк спокойно снимаешь. Я думал временно, но сейчас уже почти как месяц ни разу не дало снять. Here is a question. When is the rate figured? Is the FIAT to BTC or vice versa calculated the moment that the deposit is made or when the withdrawal is made? Does the balance flucuate over time based on the current exchange rate?
As far as I know , It's when the Load of the card is made. When you deposit funds using Bitcoin they stay in your account (as bitcoins) but once you load the card they become USD (the exchange rate is done real time I suppose). (Keep in mind that deposit transaction using Bitcoin will only show after having 3 confirmations in the blockchain) In other words, let us say that I deposited 1 BTC two years back, when the rate was $250 and left it in there until today. Now, I go to make the ATM withdrawal, do I get $250 available or $550? if you had deposited 1 BTC two years back, it would remain in your wallet in BTC. If you decided to load those BTC to your card now, you would get the current USD/BTC exchange rate - at the time when you select to load your card, i.e., $550 or whatever the current exchange rate is. Furthermore, if you have USD in your card and feel that BTC is going to rally, you can buy BTC using your USD balance (again, at the current rate, which, by the way, is very good compared to most services), and thus benefit from the increase in BTC value. |

I like e-coin/Wirex's card, I've been using it for the last 6 months or more, but I've dropped it just recently. The thing is I always have trouble going through their 2FA, it always ends up wrong when I'm sure I entered the right digits. And for the record it's the only service that I've had trouble with 2FA.
Currently with CryptoPay, and no problems as far as I'm concerned.
sounds strange - haven't had such troubles and can't remember anyone else complaining.. Can you describe the situation in a bit more detail? Did it use to work alright and then all of a sudden stopped? Did you change anything? Did you contact support and was there any solution suggested? |

I have a few questions regarding the virtual card...
The card account will still be created to your official name so that you can verify it to upgrade the account and increase the card limits.
It means the name on the card isnt the one that is taken to "create the card" but the one on the profile is tho? or?
Only registered physical addresses are allowed as your Residence Address (which will be the Billing Address for your card).
The address on the profile which is called Residence Address is the billing address for every single card I make?
you can use any address, including P.O. boxes as your Delivery Address (make sure to fill both - Residence and Delivery address when placing your card order).
When I create a virtual card (order it), why there's a delivery address on there to fill then?? was that supposed to be an "option" for the physical one or? I was told by your support that the delivery one on the creation of the virtual card would be the billing address of the card but now I read that the billing one is the one ont the profile??? Can u please clarify as I need to know cuz amazon fucks with that
1. There are two fields: your full name (the one on the profile) and name on the card (does not have to be the same). Cards are issued to the name on the profile 2. Yes, unless you change it 3. Enter the residence address and tick/untick the box indicating that the delivery address is the same |

My virtual card have the logo of MasterCard but It's a Visa card , I guess It should be the same case for and as far as I know they are still giving Visa cards (for Virtual only) . virtual cards are Visas. There was a short period when due to a mixup in the bank's system MasterCards were issued, but it has since then been resolved. If unsure, you can tell by the card name, Visa numbers start with "4", MasterCards with "5" |

I have a suggestion, can you add the web version of Wirex. Well, I knew that there already e-coin as the web version. But it just seems more easy if there website use Wirex as the domain, so it won't confuse a new customer who just know about this.

Перечитал всю вашу тему и все же хотелось бы понять - будет ли заявленная мультивалютная карта, о которой говорили 1,5 года назад, в которой не будет конского 3% курса конвертации? На данный момент я так и не уловил ключевых преимуществ перед e-payments, advcash и тому подобным. У e-payments теоретически выгоднее битки выводить через их биржу dsx. Хотелось бы услышать практических отзывов пользователей различных дебеток, которые выводят через банкоматы в РФ и Украине.
мультивалютной карты в том виде, что ожидали/планировали, скорее всего, не будет. Планы и идеи - одно, реалии - зачастую другое, приходится адаптироваться на ходу. Работаем над решением, которое позволит осуществлять конвертации без конских комиссий (которые, к слову, берем совсем не мы), пока нет четкого понимания, когда оно будет готово. На данный момент решение именно для вывода через банкоматы в РФ и Украине не самое красивое, полностью отдаем себе отчет в этом; это одна из причин, почему и Россия, и Украина пока даже не в 10ке топ-стран по количеству пользователей и карт. |

Есть какие-то шансы на то чтоб в ближайшем будущем буду увеличены лимиты на снятие денег в банкомате? Ведутся ли работы в этом направление, просто есть карты того же банка, но с лимитами больше чем у вас.
очень странно. о каких картах речь и о каких лимитах? больше, чем 2 раза по 1000 долларов в день? Что странного? "снятие денег в банкомате" может еще что-то означать? Естественно я об этом лимите говорю "2 раза по 1000 долларов в день" странно, что есть карты того же банка с бОльшими лимитами. Поделитесь информацией? Удивлен что вы не следите за конкурентами, Капиталист выдает карты на 5 снятий в сутки, по 1к за одно снятие.
