When will you start your lending business?,
No offense, but this sounds like " trust me , I am rich and I will never do something bad".
Sorry, I just want to say what I've been thinking since I saw so many newbie scammers on this forum. I hope you are legit.
I am not asking for trusting me Smiley i was asking about how the process works Smiley coz i had some spare btc which I am keeping since years Smiley so i thought it would be awesome if i could make some from them Wink

Save yourself the hassle and just hold on to them. Do not use BTCJam or any of those lending websites they have a ridiculous default rate from the borrowers. Lending here on Bitcointalk is a waste of time most loans are scams or for .005 amounts that are not worth the effort.

**JUST HODL**

Yes buddy i gues i will have to do that lol
446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WOULD LOVE TO LEND OTHERS ;) HELP REQUIRED ! on: July 25, 2015, 05:03:02 PM
you can't run here a good business based on loan with decent collateral, the only good collateral that they will ever offer might be their account, and at least it is something like legendary with plenty of trust it will not cover more than 1 btc

if you want to run something where you lend plenty of bitcoin, it's better to use btjam or like you said creating your own business
isn't it risky? what colletral they offer there like they offer their account here?
447  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bandana is a Scammer !! on: July 25, 2015, 09:10:38 AM
Almost 24 hours have passed. OP, is this resolved? You can update the thread to aware others and avoid dealing with this user. It would help alot of people around here specially the new ones.
He has not paid me yet Sad He is a scammer , he came to me yesterday at and said its his word that he will pay mebut he didnot paid Sad please report him to admin

Sorry to hear that. Although the only way we can help is to warn others about the scammer by trust feedback and responding to his posts (if spotted). I hope you recover soon with this.
We learn lesson's from our mistake although I can easily smell scammers but this time i failed because even attended my call on skype and i also had tracked his details and he was from virgina as he mentioned so i thought he is Ok + he asked to send him 87 but i prefered in small parts and this even saved much of my loss. i will let everyone know to report this scammer.

thanks for watching out my friend ,i really appericiate it Smiley

Here with escrow:
https://cryptothrift.com/auctions/automotive/230-in-your-paypal-for-200-btc-154359/

Only 1 quantity, becouse I need btc fast, and can't buy nowhere. Thanks.

its absolutely a scam attempt , why on earth you are giving 30$ extra when you can do this 1:1 easily ? which mean a scam attemp and your profile on cryptothrift absolutely have no any feed back
People are happily paying a fee if they can get BTC , I am a Ecurrencies Exchanger , My clients use to pay 10-15% happily Smiley
Hope it helps.

i have done some Ecurrencies Exchange in the past and yes i know i have seen people paying between 5% to a maximum of 15% but never 30% op is giving 30% extra which ofcourse looks suspecious from a account which was just made to post this thread dont you think ?

he is offering 230 for 200 btc means its 15% and yes he could be suspecious or might be a scammer but it allways depends on the individual trust level or i use mostly skype or gmail or even facebook to verify my clients.

and it helps too Smiley.

Sorry my Bad my math is just as bad as my English Smiley but do trust me its just an scam attempt i have seen many in past
Yes it could be ,it might not be Wink But all depends on the Individual we are dealing Smiley

BUYING BITCOINS FOR PM STP AND PAYZA CURRENLY.

4000 PM IN STOCK Smiley Min Trade is 50 USD

Best Rates Ever and Fast Service Smiley

Send me a PM.

50$ minimum trade limit looks suspecious why you are having this limit on a trade mostly scamers place thse kind of limits because they wants to scame for atlest some worthable amount can you trade for a lower amount ?

Maybe because with a small margin, anything less than that is a waste of time?

So what would your rate be, if I wanted to sell you 1 btc through one of the above methods?
Yes you are right , Opening PM is like a headache coz you have to open your account then a email goes to your email open it and get the code and post it in the PM for opening your PM account thats why i placed 50 so it was worthwhile but as I allways welcome every suggestion Smiley so i have made the Minimum 5 USD to 300 and even could do more depending upon the individual trust level.
And for 1 BTC do you need PM?

So collateral is like a solid thing which could be kept as a security correct? and bro I think first i should start with giving low loans Smiley? coz it will be safe for me until i understand, and according to you how much we could make with lending ?

sorry I didn't include "what is collateral" in my previous post. edit now.

yes, you should start by giving low loans just to be safe.
profit in lending comes from from interest so that depends on your rate. most people asks for 10% but TBH the interest can vary based on the amount of a loan. tho I'm not sure if you can get much.
Ok Buddy thanks alot for your help Smiley , I will do so.
458  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cost of Bitcointalk Accounts. on: July 24, 2015, 11:11:09 PM
People buy them mostly for signature campaigns, or they just don't want to invest the time to get to a certain status, time is money after all.

i dont think so everyone buy the accounts only for signature campaigns some buy because they like the rank some buy because they want to have an avatar or dont want to wait to much between each post

thanks for the post buddy.

Sorry but I am a smiley's lover Smiley
i will try to use them rearly.

And my friend i am not sure what a valid collateral is it something like escrow?

lol don't worry about the smileys, I was just making a joke.  Tongue

you can find what kind of collateral is valid and what is not on this post. bitcointalk accounts can also be used as a collateral, but like I said, not everyone agrees with that way of thinking.

oh, and it is advised to use escrow for holding the collaterals.

much smileys, such wow.

here's my advice:
for the first few weeks, don't loan anything to other users unless they have a valid collateral that you can sell for 110% (or more) of their loan amount. in that time look around this section for the no collateral loans and learn gradually from them. after that it's up to you whether or not you want to start giving loans without a collateral or not.

I say this because it is hard to understand the no collateral loans if you're still new on bitcointalk. you'll need to learn how to judge users based on their reputation [1] before you start giving them loans without collateral.

[1] some people disagree with this way of thinking and advises others to always ask for a collateral.
thanks for the post buddy.

Sorry but I am a smiley's lover Smiley
