Re you using wallet 1.2.1.0? If not install new wallet and re-sync. Save wallet.dat before you do. Try these, I am on same chain as C-CEX and on same block as the block explorer. Using wallet 1.2.1.0, I had to re-sync when wallet upgraded, all is working good. Thanks for the tip! Opps! Missed the wallet update. It is not in the Thread title. I strongly dislike links to Mega downloads as it is hard to verify if the file is legit. I find developers/promoters that are serious about their coins have their own website for downloads. That is not where the OP wallet download link goes... And no version info on file, you need to download it to find out if it's the right version. |

POSP for mine. Keep it simple, secure the network. Lets not fall back into the trap of making things too complicated with the wallet
Oh the simplicity the HODL wallet has for doing the lock-away is as simple as it gets. It is well done indeed. Vegas, another suggestions would be to have a few SuperBlocks upon maturation for coins locked-away. I am loving the HODL model so far. Lock and load, let's go! |

It's so weird that it actually takes a dropping price to motivate some people to sell. That is the EXACT opposite of what one is supposed to do. Perhaps occasionally somewhere down the road it may look smart to have sold when the price was dropping, but it is a terrible habit. The other bad habit is to hold on when people offer insanely high prices--but that one is much more difficult to master.
Very interesting insight. You are correct in that there is some strange trading in altcoin markets. many patterns to watch, Pump & Dump, Whale, Dump then Whale, etc. I think there are a few articles on the patterns. |

I was liking the trading on Yobit til their wallet went to "Maintenance" mode...... If Yobit wallet gets functional again, I'll mine again. No sense in wasting hashrate mining something I can't sell...... Sry SPACE peeps....
I feel your pain. For those staking SPACE, the coins are not staking in your wallet while they are stuck in YObit. I have submitted several Support Tickets on the issue. If other supporters would submit support tickets and ask BlackSmith on the chat about the status of the wallet, maybe we will have the wallet online again. |

Why not send an application for YoBit? Maybe they can list our old SKR!  Not to knock YObit in any way, as I do trade on YObit... as easy as it is to get listed on YObit, I don't know if that is the intention of this coin to just get listed anywhere you can for the sake of being listed on an exchange. If we wait a little more to gain some traction and acceptance as a coin that has experience and acceptance, the coin can choose the exchange it wished to be listed on. Just a suggestion. |

The DGCS block explorer is down, but the Yobit orderbook has over 50 million DGCS for sale.
There are only supposed to be 5 million in circulation, which means that the 200 million premine is being dumped on Yobit.
Bad news for people who exchanged their SPACE for this apparent scam.
To be fair, I don't think the original intentions of DGCS was to be a scam to rip off coins. The idea was good, only the eventual failure of swapping coins was not the developer/promoters cause, it was the people that took advantage of the announced swaps to manipulate the coins to their gross advantage (not just a little honest profit) and not for the propose of recovering value from dead coins as proposed. |

I've seen bot trading on Bleutrade and Bittrex. Bot trading between currencies (i.e. BTA/BTC and BTA/DOGE) make sense. Bot trading between exchanges makes sense. But bot trading to simply give the appearance of increased volume makes no sense and benefits nobody except the exchange needing the publicity of appearing to have a competitive trade volume.
The increased volume of trades attracts traders--like me--who then proceed to investigate the volume. In the case of Bittrex that volume turns out to be justified by the amount of open orders on the books. But the increased volume of trades on Livecoin turns out to be an illusion. There are very, very few open orders for BTA even compared to much smaller exchanges.
So the bot trading for volume appears to be a bait and switch. It damages the credibility of the exchange. It is a horrible business model because it doesn't work except (possibly) in the short term and it makes the trader feel deceived. And it cements the loyalty to exchanges that do not have/use such tactics.
I would not ask you to change your API and bot trading policy. It is important for traders to experience the difference between trustworthy and untrustworthy trade volume.
If you want to see Volume Bot trading take a look at some of the antics happening on YObit. Scam coins are pumping there daily in the 100's of BTC. Helps pick out the wheat from the weeds... |

I wouldn't waste funds on holding a buy wall just yet. Let the dump happen, it was going to happen. We have an opportunity to pick up cheap FLY. As the value and confidence in FLY grows you can put 'stop gates' to protect the value. If you artificially hold the value before the market adjusts to the No Fees value, you are allowing more ppl to exit at a higher rate, and that will be taken advantage of. I think there is enough support in the FLY community to help recover the value of the coin. |
