You're relying too heavily on your partners which puts you in such a situation always. You're using Stealth PayPal accounts and I am not sure about your other accounts. Only commit to trade for what you can afford to lose. If you were not sure about how to use cashu vouchers then why on earth can't you deny him from this exchange just like I did? |

He never said it prevents him from being chargedback, it just prevents him from sending the BTC and only hoping he receives PayPal in return. Pls read carefully what he said.
