and how u know the transactions are from mixing coins and what transactions are from wordpress payment ?

months and months of posts about news that will make the BTC grow, so where is the economy ? where are the fundamentals behind the market ?

btc on mtgox started from 0,05 USD but it went down to 0,01 USD,  in cases like that should wee assume that it has started from 0,00 USD ?

I don't follow ur logic. A business does not automatically offer services to the entire world. In fact, if Bitstamp is collecting info re citizenship, it should be very easy for it to deny serving customers in whichever countries it wishes. Also, incidentally/accidentally offering services vs knowingly/intentionally are key when determining jurisdiction.
