We are really ashamed to see the performance of Bangladesh women's team because they had to lose. Bangladesh women's team lost matches against Australia due to very poor batting. After being all out for 97 runs in the first ODI match. Of course, the Bangladeshi batsmen should have been more responsible.
The Bangladesh women's team suffered a loss at the ODI series, they suffered whitewashed but still they performed well in the T20 series of three matches. RCB have won there opening game against LSG and must be in high spirits to win today's game also. LOL.. competitive? I don't think that Mumbai can come anywhere near the target. They need 278 to win. I would be really surprised if they can even get to 200. Two of the best batsmen are gone - Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan. They have some big hitters down the order such as Tim David, but then the Hyderabad bowling attack is also quite decent. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't included Natarajan for the match today. Instead of Umran Malik, they could have played Thangarasu Natarajan. I thought the same initially that once a team get such a big target to chase, they become panic and while being under pressure loses quick wickets and get all out very cheaply. However, this did not happen with Mumbai Indians yesterday and they fought really hard and were able to make 246 runs. On any other day, this would have been the match winning total but not in this match as Sunrisers Hyderabad played even better to score the mighty 267 runs. Look at their Scored card the Mumbai Indians, everyone played an inning that they should be proud of. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma both scored 62 and 63 runs respectively and then Heinrich Klaasen making an 80 not out. What else we would want from Mumbai Indians but since the target was so much extraordinary, they had to lose eventually.  However i would appreciate their batting efforts in this match.  |
