I received my withdrawal yesterday. Apparently now, when they refill the hot wallet, they don't fill the withdrawals entered during the empty time, or inform you that there are now funds in the wallet, you just are supposed to manually cancel all pending withdrawals every 12 hours or so and resubmit them.

Alright, so Stake has responded to my claim with the third party provider. They offered me an amount of $1000, which was nowhere near the amount of the damage they caused. So I explained that this amount does not cover the damage they have caused by sending me promotional emails on an self excluded account. Then 2 days later I reconsidered their offer and decided to take their $1000 offer.

Stake has decided to not pay the $1000 compensation and keep on ignoring all my mails. The way this company is handling this is absolutely ridiculous and I have seen enough to tell you all this company is pure evil.
