441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Adoption or Regulations why way is better for bitcoin ? on: August 16, 2018, 02:31:09 PM
Adoption is probably the better. I can't see any regulations during the first 5 years of bitcoin. Only adoption of people were present and look at the growth, it is strong right? So, adoption is clearly the better way.
442  Other / Off-topic / Re: crypto in the present moment? on: August 15, 2018, 04:12:50 PM
One word, unstable. For the word unstable it can create different meanings and interpretation. I believe that because of the market's unstability, we should help the market go up by not dumping or bitcoins. That's the main cause of the fall, because of the massive dump.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your investment strategy? on: August 15, 2018, 03:00:15 PM
My investment strategy? This is what I'm doing, I'm just following my instinct for this. And then, I will invest my coin into it. And after the investment I got, same pattern. I'll invest again in some coins using my instinct and wait for it to boom.
444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Psychology when entering the Cryptocurrency market. on: August 15, 2018, 02:02:48 PM
Great information to bear. This are the guidelines in order for you to profit more in crypto market. What I wanted to focus is about the risk and benefits. The risk is directly proportional to benefits. So when high risk, so as high benefits. And for low risk, low benefits. That's what crypto is all about.
445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the crypto market? on: August 15, 2018, 12:59:09 PM
I am 1 year and a half I think in crpytocurrencies and I believe that those people who controls the market were the people themselves. IT IS UP TO US whether we wanted to make it grow or we make it go down. By Pump and Dumps.
446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: August 15, 2018, 12:17:02 PM
A lot of happenings today, I think this hasn't been posted.

NBA trade news: Kyrie Irving and Jimmy Butler exits, Raptors confirm deal, Lakers claim

Interesting to hear that Kyrie Irving doesn't want to sign a extension with the Celtics. He even haven't had the time to show his skills in a Celtics uniform and now his thinking of leaving them?
He knows that the Celts are going to be good even without him judging from the Eastern Conference Finals last season.

Quote
Is he thinking of joining another team that has a star and be a potential super teams?
I think not considering that the Celtics will have Hayward back to it's roster and this could make them a team to beat at the East. He may have problem with the Celtic's front office  Grin.
Is it possible that Kyrie will team up with Lebron James again, I mean they work better together and they are a threat.
There are a lot of surprises actually but I hope he will be in a team that has a championship potential, and I also hope he will be fully healthy to finish a season, especially the off season.
I believe it is not possible that kyrie might not team up with LeBron, I think that Lakers have their own people to be with King James in order to win and look, their rookies might be the superstar Lakers might need right? So, they must stay on the track with the king.
447  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I wish I dump all the BTC in late DEC 2017 on: August 15, 2018, 12:06:37 PM
Yeah me too. And I think I should have sell all my btc and put my coins into bitcoin last December. How I wish. But I think right now btc is on the move again to do that. SO just believe. And bitcoin might get it again.
448  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ETF .. do we really need it? on: August 09, 2018, 09:48:26 PM
We really need it for the bitcoin to rise again. If we wanna see it rise. Gold etf made the gold flew easily. And who knows if etf will be also published in bitcoin? This would be the wildest groth we'll ever seen.
449  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I lost 10000$ in trading, what should I do? on: August 09, 2018, 04:03:38 PM
Hodl your coin until you got ROI or Return Of Investment back. Never ever sell your money on loss. Except when you are in a coin that is a shit. Bitcoin as far as it concerned, it is not a shitcoin so DON'T SELL ON LOSS.
450  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does IQ greatly affect a person's success in trading? on: August 09, 2018, 03:26:20 PM
I think it is a great effect if a person tends to win a trade. I mean, that's a great feeling right? So, it affects the persons mind. And it is a great experience for a person to win trades. Winning and losing greatly affects persons mind.
451  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crash recoveries are not moons on: August 09, 2018, 02:38:59 PM
Well right now technically it isn't but last year or so. The recoveries was great if you were to witness those. The recoveries were crazy. I guess that the thing that is happening right now is just the fate of the market. So, let's just accept it Sad.
452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee President? on: August 09, 2018, 02:23:38 PM
You know I'm not from us but I believe in McAfee. He can make the whole world change. What I meant by change is a big one. Cryptocurrency is a great change if this might be part of the new development of the world. And with Mcafee? This would be great.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can i earn 1 bitcoin in one year doing bounty campaigns with my rank ??? on: August 09, 2018, 01:55:35 PM
It depends. I believe that making quality post in this forum makes your rank higher so I think that you need to make your account even more higher in case of rank. So that you can finally earn that sweet little 1 bitcoin you wanted to earn. Goodluck.
454  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's really happening with BITCOIN? on: August 08, 2018, 09:58:19 PM
I think it's about the rejection of etf that made bitcoin bleed as of now. And also, when there's a great pump there goes the great dump. That's why hodl is the key right now. Don't be filled with doubt right now. It will go up once etf is published.
455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it true that bitcoin is a disaster for local banks on: August 08, 2018, 12:40:17 PM
It is true. In a way that it might replace the banks. Look at the taxi, it is being replaced by grab and uber drivers. And look at the post-mails, it was being taken care of gmail or any mail in the web right now. Web works are so powerful that can overthrow great things that is doing great as of now.
456  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 🚨 BTC Bloodbath 🚨 on: August 08, 2018, 11:57:29 AM
Most people that are trading last year or those traders really stops. Bitcoin is undergoing a bloodbath until now. And I don't know when it will regain its position for us to win trades and so get our money back for reds. Bitcoin will stay at the red side, that's the truth. So, just hodl til the etf is confirmed.
457  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you actually think major coins will be live in 2025? on: August 02, 2018, 07:43:36 PM
It will I believe in the coins from top1 to 100 and I think that it will stay in cryptocurrency forever. What I meant for staying is that it will go through a lot of things but these coins will not die. It will not lose price, project will develop. That's what I believed into.
458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: August 02, 2018, 01:11:15 PM
Lol it's like you're telling us that we should not quit gambling even though we have lost a lot. Me, I lost a lot. I just misclicked a button and then my money is gone. I put all of my money and then poof, gone. It's a bet on a tennis match. The stakes was high, I was sleepy that time and I didn't noticed that I betted at the wrong person and at the wrong odd. And then, With that I lost .1 btc. I'm an all in gambler. If that's surely a win, I surely put all my money. But it seems that it's not very healthy.
459  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: August 02, 2018, 12:14:13 PM
Trading is indeed difficult to do.

Long term trading may take weeks, months or even a year or so. You may call it as "long-term holding" or simply "holding".

Long-term trading is good for those who:

    • want to invest
    • has a job that requires at least 8 hours a day
    • want to earn extra income
    • non professional traders or beginners

But of course you will have to consider these things before investing:

    • invest money that does not limit your ability to meet other financial needs
    • should be willing to lose some
    • higher investment, more risky and higher potential of loses and/or rewards

These are the benefits of long-term trading according Anne Chapman (2015):

    • You are not required to find new opportunities every time. Just hold on the coins you believe has a potential. Do not bother yourself with other cryptocurrency focus on your work and family.
    • You have more time to plan and study the charts for analysis of trend
    • You only need to employ simple techniques.

First, identify major areas of support/resistance (does a trend have room to develop?

Second, look for chart/candlestick patterns (do they reinforce a trend continuation?)

Finally, look for a logical and high probability point of entry and manage the trade

    • You will experience less stress since you do not have to monitor the charts, price, trend etc. every time.
    • You only have to work less. Check your coin in a month or weekly basis, etc

    Thank you.

A more detailed explanation can be read here at: http://thedynamictrader.com/advantages-of-long-term-trading/[/list]

This post is really in detailed one! Great job. I commend you for doing this. This proves that junior members has also the mind and capability to create posts just like this one. And this is an informative one. Me, I'll choose long term trading above all the tradings that exists in cryptocurrencies. Long term trading is the best. Look at those people who bought 10k bitcoin at .2 usd. They're actually a billionaire right now because of that. Did they exchange bitcoin? No, they've longed it and that's the fruit of their patience.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How well does Bitcoin function as a currency? on: August 02, 2018, 12:00:00 PM
    Successful currencies meet three criteria:

    (1) they are in widespread use as medium of exchange
    (2) they serve as unit of account
    (3) they are a stable store of value.

Most sovereign currencies fully meet all three criteria.

    What about Bitcoin?
    1) Bitcoin manifests new way market and also helps us pay any person around the globe with the use only of internet. Western Union? Remittance? Say no more with bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
    2) Cryptocurrency also has different exchanges. Not one, not two BUT SO MUCH. This might be the new era of payment.
    3) You can get an account also in crypto. You have diff addresses for the funds to go in there or to pass onto another account.
    4) This is what's a little bit wrong about crypto, it is unstable. The price of it is not really stable it is HIGHLY VOLATILE. But, there were agencies that are trying to regulate the use of it. So, welcome to cryptocurrency.
