When will this Xmas pack be released and what kind of cost are we talking?

Back when this was originally released (Dec '16) 0.1 BTC was like $75. Can the cost of the licence not keep up to date with the value of BTC?

Personally, I don't like account selling, period, it just leads to all sorts of bad behaviour, however, it not being against the "rules", just an arbitrary persons guidelines seems like abuse of the Default Trust system to me.

Trout slapping is a common action I believe originally introduced by mIRC (that's where I remember it) and hundreds of thousands of people have slapped many people with trouts over the years.

Supongamos que ya lleva un tiempo funcionando la Lightning Network, los canales de pago y todo eso. Todo está consolidado y funciona bien.

Ahora, el usuario A, con simplemente un monedero BTC normal y corriente, quiere enviar unos pocos satoshis al usuario B que también tiene sólo un monedero BTC normal y corriente. ¿Qué deben hacer (ambos)?
