4401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is KuCoin Becoming the Best Exchange for Trading? on: September 14, 2019, 12:00:22 PM
Kucoin have been around for a while, but they have failed to grow in to a major exchange,
kuckcoin havent been here for a while bu they already existed a long time ago , i think they are now 2 years or more .  they are now also popular and now considered as one of the major exchange up to this date   . sorry but i dont know what your talking about  . maybe your not only familliar about them .

kuckoin can become the best trading exchange depending on its users if they love it but majority says that binance are still the best trading exchange so far  .
4402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: September 14, 2019, 11:19:46 AM
I usually sell bounty tokens after they are distributed by the bounty manager, because I learned from experience that usually the price of coins from the ico / ieo project often decreases in the market so it is too risky if we hold it for too long.
I also do the same thing, except for a number of projects that in my opinion have the potential to increase in the future, and the consideration is the activeness of the team in developing projects and how they build partnerships, besides that we also need to pay attention to the project roadmap.

yeah not all tokens are bad that you need to sell them asap but there are those that start small but have the potential to rose big later on  . as a bounty hunter i dont invest anything not even a single penny/cents so i dont loss anything even i sell on unexpectded times   but if you are a bounty hunter and an investor at the same time , selling at a loss is not a good thing to do but its better if you can wait for a while and see if you can recover your capital and still earn some profit
4403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dont be surprised if ETH hits 4000$ on: September 14, 2019, 10:33:10 AM
yes im not going be surprised if that moment happens to eth because eth is one of the top coin that performs verry well at most times  but id say that itll not happen so easily  .

as long as btc is still on the top , the demand for btc is still higher than any other coins incuding eth  but if btc declines too much  , that is a sign that other coins are going to rise up and of course that includes etherium    .
4404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling just for fun? on: September 14, 2019, 09:55:20 AM

i dont think that they are only gambling for fun because it cant be fun anymore if you are loosing   .

me and my friends also play poker and dice game  on our place, we only do it for fun but we dont include betting using fiat or cryptos   not because we dont have some spare cash but because we dont want someone to loose for just a game

. i will feel bad if i loose or if they will loose    .
4405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best online wallet for privacy on: September 13, 2019, 03:31:06 PM
Indeed, anything "online" defeats privacy, just connecting to the site they already get your IP and browser fingerprint, even before you start providing them with KYC stuff...
thats true but thats why proxies , vpn and other anonimity tools are invented so that you cant possibly be trace or you will only be given a fake ip address  .

Re: Best online wallet for privacy
why dont you try decentralized type wallets ? if there are decentralized coins , i think there will also be decentralized wallets  . no one controlls these types of wallets so you are sure that your privacy is safe with them .  you can try researching because im not currently using any of those since im already contented on the centralized wallet that i use  .
4406  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Over? on: September 13, 2019, 02:07:22 PM
No,bitcoin is not over yet. Still high value with a huge demand while supply is limited. Just keep on investing and holding bitcoin for the future of it will be more profitable.
It is,  Bitcoin is over in terms of price because its value is not that high anymore but in terms of demand , the demand is still there but not in a succession  .

There are times that people buy today and will not buy the next day  , there will also people that buy and they will just sell it in no  time  . Keep on investing is good but we need cash   .  If you don't have cash then it's still okay to continue hodling for the future
4407  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to make money with bitcoin in 2017? on: September 13, 2019, 01:26:31 PM
We are now in 2019 and the value of bitcoin is half of the value of it during end of 2017 ,but i believe that it will happen again or more than $20k but we have no exact day, months and year.
no you dont need to wait for the 20k usd to happen because being trader or investor means your goal is to pick up bitcoin in a low price as possible so that you can sell them high when there value grows in order to earn a profit . yes we are now on the year 2019 but year does not matter when it comes to figuring out the best ways on how to make money using bitcoin. .

Quote
For now ,let's do trading to earn profit out of bitcoin while waiting another skyrocket.
trading ? but the value of bitcoin is low . its not the best time for trade but its a good time for buying .
4408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CoinGecko is introducing "Trust Score" to combat fake exchange volume on: September 13, 2019, 12:17:05 PM
Why do CoinGecko think they can provide more realistic data than CMC ?

no they arent only thinking it but they are doing it . coingecko before is already well known due to its accurate and fair information but look what they have here , they are now introducing new features  .

coingecko is i think really better than cmc because i heard several positive reviews from them while i hear a couple of negative reviews from the side of cmc . some says cmc are llisting manipulative data's from exchanges and from some coins .
4409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Promoting BTC via art on: September 13, 2019, 09:48:15 AM
nice . thanks to this guy because he help btc to be discoverable in his own little ways  .  the amount of btc that he already accumulated are pretty big and he only started on the year 2017 were the prices of btc are too expensive , thats too impressive  . his arts must be really good enough to sell that high  .

recently i see someone offering his services like this one , he posted it on the service section but alot of users only bash him.  why dont we give him a chance? what if someday he can become the guy that is featured on this thread. .
4410  Economy / Economics / Re: Differences between an investor and common man! on: September 13, 2019, 06:10:32 AM
The investor is part owner,
yes but only if he is investing on a company/shares like apple and or on popular brands because these brands are owned by one or several people whilst in the case of cryptos , cryptos are not owned by anybody so therfor you can safely say that you are the owner of your invested coins not just a part owner.

commom man on the other hand are only average joe that lives normally . they dont invest or risk anything .  they are in short contented with thier lives.  .

4411  Economy / Economics / Re: China launching its own crypto currency ? on: September 12, 2019, 11:01:42 PM
I think it’s can't did any effects over global crypto-currency market because it’s centralisation, we can't will able to use it! So, normally other crypto-currencies will still being with  normal values!

so it is really a centralized coin?  if it is then your right .  centralized coin dont have any known effect to the decentralized one.  it has been proven before after the release of many centralized coins within the crypto category.

many country have already represent thier own crypto but some are not centralized and some are now widely being used thesedays.  .

i like the fact that some countries are not contented with fiats anymore . crypto is really the future. we can only be shocked one day that fiats are now already replaced by cryptos
4412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: September 12, 2019, 10:25:39 PM
did banks actually said that they are afraid of btc ? i guess no because i never heard any.

cryptocurrencies are only currencies and banks are not currencies but its a foundation that offers service related to currencies.

banks never feel threatened if they are only conceren is the competition between thier business to cryptos.

banks are only afraid with thier co bank mates since both of thier  advocacy are the same .
4413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 12, 2019, 02:58:29 PM
For me, dirty money is still money. No matter what they think as long as I am doing nothing wrong and I received that money as a donation, I would accept that since in the first place, I don't of that is dirty money or not, all I know is I am grateful to that person helping me.

but what if you are aware that the your friend is a thief and he stole that money to someone else and he gave you some of it  .

will you still accept it ?  if that scenario happens to me i think i will think twice .

but i your friend is a good friend and he earns his money thru his own hardwork but he gambles it and if he won and gave you some , that will be more acceptable  and its not what we call a dirty money   .
4414  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the bitcoin price prediction for 2020? on: September 12, 2019, 01:56:35 PM
Many say that the BTC price pattern is always almost the same from year to year eg 1 year before halving and also after halving, but there are also those who say that this time will be different, everything will be proven later.
i think that is because people will buy or will sell just before the halving came  because they think its beneficial  but if there will be no upcoming events or special occasions  , the buying and selling pattern of people are always random or unpredictable  .

majority are saying that halving is good for bitcoin and prices of bitcoins will improve . its not wrong if i agree with them but i find it hard to throw my own prediction if what will be the value of bitcoin on the year  2020
4415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In the end, the developer who made the token becomes junk! on: September 12, 2019, 10:21:41 AM
what do you mean when you say prize hunters ? are you refering to bounty hunters ? and are you only refering to ico bounties right ?  but dont worry because these scam ico bounties are not going to last any longer   .

right now we  can see that there  are now ieo campaigns  .  before , the  number of ieo campaigns are fewer but after checking the bounties board they are like mushrooms that pops up  .  this should be our new hope ,  hopefuly
4416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top coins to have in my portfolio? on: September 12, 2019, 09:16:40 AM
At the moment, I think that it is necessary to consider tokens from the top 60. It does not make sense to go further down.

it still does make sense . arent you aware that few investors go for new coins or on the coins that are not quaified on the top lists ? and guess what those investors are earning good profits  .

its because those kind of coins are prone to manipulation and pump compared to the top cryptos that seems to be more stable  and only pump up rarely  .  the only problem is that its hard to dig for those hidden gems  .

its only a matter of research and not just by basing on what others are saying   .
4417  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why do whales move Bitcoin around from wallet to wallet? on: September 12, 2019, 08:03:26 AM
Have you noticed that this news of whales moving large numbers of bitcoin from wallet A to B or to Exchange etc mostly pops out during the bear market season. Not saying this movement doesn't occur during the bull market but that of the bear market mostly gets hype on by the media. Therefore if we were to substract all the positive obvious reason for this act (movements of coins by whales) like for security measures like "not putting all your eggs in one basket etc, I'll conclude, this movement are made just to cause or fuel existing FUD in the community.
no i dont see it but before i only see several positive news during the bull market  .  people are contented when the market is in bull run so they dont alarm too much but its the opposite will happen whenever the market is starting to dump   .  they dont know that if they scare the public by creating bad  news the price will dump more evenly due to panic attacks  . whales are like us , they also want to earn so they are moving coins from one site to the other  .
4418  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does CoinMarketCap (CMC) manipulates the market? on: September 12, 2019, 07:07:32 AM
CMC is not a police-type authority. It simply takes the information it receives and displays it.
they arent ? i thought cmc is trusted when it comes to crypto stuffs and informations  .

Quote
So basically when scam exchanges such as coinsbit and p2pb2b show they are trading US$ BILLIONS a week when they really have near zero traffic and near zero customer and near zero trade - CMC just takes their word for it.
but did cmc takes some comisions before the display of data takes place  ?  but thanks for the info  , i didnt know that coinsbit is really scam because i see this oftenly being recomended inside the forum  .

Quote
One thing to note though is the manner in which CMC does exclude certain exchanges when looking at coins trade volumes. For example, here we can see the MNX (Minexcoin) scammers on HitBTC being excluded from the volumes because they claim to have buyers at $0.33 when the price being traded is around $0.09

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/minexcoin/#markets
but  you said earlier that cmc lists it all no matter if the datas are legit or not   . and now your saying that they are excluding some shady data's ?  hmmm ... that confuses me a bit  .
4419  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Buying Altcoin with BTC, Capital Loss Every Single Time? on: September 12, 2019, 06:31:12 AM
depends on the movement of the price  .

the price can move ( go up or down ) even at every minute or seconds but those are rare to occur because based on what i observed the price moves  a day or two and longer could be weeks .  better if you can check the price of alts first before you buy it with your btc  .

buy that alt if the price of that alt drops  so that you wont loose a capital and you can sell it again when the price of that alt increases in order for you to earn an income    .
4420  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to predict Bit coin price. on: September 12, 2019, 05:45:28 AM
im sure that no one here would claim that they can predict the price of bitcoin exactly but its possible to predict if bitcoin will drop or rise  .  you can do it if you will follow big people on social media like on twitter  , those people should be crypto enthusiast because they can provide updates of what they are doing . let say they post one day that they sell huge amount of btc's or if they buy  .  they can also share useful infos on whats happening on other crypto related platforms  .
