4401  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hi I'm New Here, I have a Question. on: October 23, 2019, 09:52:43 AM
But your question is very broad. Pero since you're a newbie, have you tried searching infos para mas matuto ka about cryptocurrency and bitcoin? since hindi ito basta-basta.  Also, how did you learn about bitcoin? Kasi kung someone introduced it to you, much better kung sa kanya ka din matututo. Pero things you can do here in the forum is to read different thread na mas kakapag increase ng knowledge mo.You'll learn a lot from this forum. If you want to earn, you should also understand the risk na meron dito at hindi madaling kumita. You have to work for it, give efforts.  The aim here is not just to earn but also to learn.

4402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Fastest growing coin? And biggest up ward movement on: October 23, 2019, 08:03:17 AM
I think Chainlink is the fastest-growing coin of this year. After the google partnership with chainlink hype, LINK coin got overwhelmed support from investors. This coin's price, rank in CMC everything has grown very well. Now, the LINK coin is in everyone's favorite list.
The moment Link enter top 15, it became a favorite from being partnered with google this past few months to intel this month. As long as the project/company provides development in their product it will soon to be noticed like LINK who is able to set another ATH price this year even the market is still in bearish trend like Leo, BNB and BSV.
4403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Ultimate List of Exit Scams & How to Spot One on: October 23, 2019, 06:10:12 AM
Not literally a scam, but a project with not yet listed on big or trusted exchanges for a long period of time been in 1 exchange that is hard to trust with, though teams are still active but finding it hard to be listed in known exchanges. The only way to get the earning in bounty rewards is to withdraw it as as fast as we can. Since two things might happen, the exchange closed or the ICO project exit even if their project seems interesting. We should be updated more after in projects we are investing with since chances are they will escape when things went down like our today's market.
4404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem gamblers what can we do to help them help theirselves? on: October 22, 2019, 09:58:04 PM
Gamblers will always have to deal in their roles and responsibilities in life, there is a need to weight their biggest WHY they keep playing and WHY they should stop gambling. There are already many posts or merely rants of gamblers I've read before that only telling him what can be the outcome of too much gambling and to learn from his experience. Maybe now, some gamblers learn or they just don't want to waste their money now that the market is in bearish season.
4405  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone who can help me with a KYC verification, I offer BTC on: October 22, 2019, 08:58:46 PM
That will be a more problem , when everything's didn't match, from documents to follow up or random video call or worst will be in cashing-out .There might be someway to cash it out thru withdrawal forms, some exchange or wallet provides that when they reject documents or found an account suspicious, or if you still plan to use other people you need to consider someone you know personally to discussed necessary details before KYC video call or else they will permanently close your account if that someone can't answer right their questions.
4406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Selection of coins, your thoughts? on: October 22, 2019, 07:33:53 PM
That ETN is Electroneum right? if you are not in a bad position, you need to drop it away from your portfolio. The price keeps falling because of mobile mining, investing and holding on this project will result in further losses. about REBL, is this project still alive? I have not heard anything about them for a while.
those two projects do not suit my taste, it is better holding Bitcoin other than those two.
Though I still left some ETN after ATH since the team are still active finding ways to develop the app and I'm still using their app sometimes, though the prices really fell down this year hoping it can recover like other alts are. Anyway, having XRP and ETH in portfolio is a good holdings depending on your timeline of how much time you plan to holds it and also better if you use for trading.
4407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forum and Satoshi on: October 22, 2019, 02:22:10 PM
Obviously, Satoshi intends to hide his identity and be anonymous after his creation. So, it doesn't make sense to just come out and announce that you are Satoshi just for fame and attention. Craig is a clown and everyone knows it, people should stop giving this man the attention he is asking for.
Since Craig is all over the crypto news again maybe that's why the thread about Satoshi pops again, always like tons of times in this forum. Now the issue is Craig Wright Accuses Satoshi Nakamoto of Plagiarism. After many times of telling His Satoshi now he said "Either I am Satoshi or Satoshi plagiarized me" . So who will believe in this guy now when in fact the real one is still in his private life maybe reading here in forum unknowingly.
4408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is up with LINK? on: October 22, 2019, 12:07:19 PM
Its not surprising anymore, its very normal to most altcoins. But its good to see that LINK is on top 15 as of now. Upon reading the posts here, I thought it was LNK but its different after seeing the market. Altcoins pump for the short time and dump again until no more sustain, that's their trend.
I'd been following LINK since it became on top 15, but whenever I plan to buy Link somehow XRP is in declined too that makes me buy XRP more that LINK. I'll be needing to read more to be convinced to finally buy this , but it's one my priority to hold before the year ends just waiting for its next price decline.

I think may chance din to especially sa mga business owners or event maker if they will purchase using this token to buy products in a discounted or with free stuffs or included service. It can be useful not just in Japan, if ever baka japanese anime creator ang magplan na maggawa ng ganitong token.
Well sana in the next year makikita natin ang pag pump ng bitcoin.
Regarding Bakkt baka yung increase na inaasahan natin is developing pa, if madetermine na useful ang bakkt it may contribute to next year pump sabay ng halving na nag-aad ng increase sa price ng bitcoin. Kung may iba pang factors na magboboost to pump it mas better. Hopefully, ang bakkt  ay maging kapaki pakinabang sana in the future like it was hope nung inanounced palang ang paglaunch nito.
4411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can i trust new IEO on the new exchange? on: October 22, 2019, 07:34:37 AM
New exchange? No way. Some existing exchanges already have records of scam IEO projects what more on new exchanges that have nothing to lose yet? Those old exchanges risk their name accepting scam projects simply to earn yet scam projects still attacked them. Better those in exchange like Binance , Kucoin or popular exchanges that have good record or support. It might still be risky since it depends on the IEO project but it's less risky than in new exchanges.
4412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You own a decent amount of Bitcoin, How would you increase it on: October 22, 2019, 02:22:01 AM
You could try lending services that act like a crypto bank. They hold your coins, lend them to people and you get a steady profit. It's risky but always an option.
Sell some of your stuff and buy bitcoin. I always see my friends with a lot of stuff they don't use. Old phones and electronics, scrap metal lying in their backyards, tools they no longer need.

The best answer is always: get a job. Some people told you that already.
Lending is indeed a good option, I tried it last year than holding BTC and ETH that might take longer time to gain profit, it still somehow like holding since they will return it as BTC or ETH with an interest or when they pay I bought BTC with it. Though I only do small lending here in my place and some in social media as long as they are refered by people I know and strict on date to be paid and its quite beneficial just do check their identity before lending them.
4413  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Help] Building my own mining rig (Self moderated) on: October 21, 2019, 02:28:52 PM
4414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would ICO scene succeed if it was organized like crowdfunding not investing? on: October 21, 2019, 10:00:41 AM
that can no longer be called "ICO" because by definition it is called a donation. if you like any project then you can donate to the developers of that project to support them. but ICO is "coin" offering and you receive something in return. it is not even supposed to be used for fund raising, it should instead be used for offering actual coins in early stages to people who want to get in early on. the problem is not solvable either because the problem is with the projects being shitty and their tokens being useless and that won't change by changing how the developer gets his money.

It doesn't have to be pure donation, there could be promise of a reward like high rank account created on their platform or some other reward like preloaded credits to spent on their platform. Enough to keep it interesting but not enough to throw money in hope of getting huge returns.

It can help like having a premium account in a business, however there will still be a need for min or max amount to identify the rewards or credit an investor can received. And the project if still be called ICO should already have funds to start their project so they will still be able to attract investors to do it in a way that investors will gain credits and they get investors.
4415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just turned 40 today and want to be part in BTC Community (Beginner) on: October 21, 2019, 09:16:20 AM

NEW to crypto and aging as well but very excited for innovation one specially an innovation to recreate the financial system (or fully ditch fiat), i hate the idea of printing money.
Will be happy to teach my older fiends about cryptocurrencies but they tend to decline it since they think they are old enough to learn this risky investment, so I just like to say Congratulations for taking this wise move in adopting future currencies that can help in many transactions and will definitely be useful in next generations. We can't term yet gold and fiat into real money or investments we have now since many still not accepts or knows it, but as soon many appreciates it fiat can be replaceable if many governments adopts accepting bitcoin or altcoins in their merchants.
4416  Economy / Speculation / Re: BULL VS BEAR on: October 21, 2019, 07:29:06 AM
Majority voted for $8,000, they are being in the safe side because that's the range of btc price this month.
We have to be more optimistic and remember that this market is a very unpredictable market so we could jump back again at $10,00 or over.
I just missed the deadline, I should have voted $10,000.
I'll go for $9k to $10k range, though only few days left before the month ends we can't really tell it's the price it can only achieved now, since the market is recovering a bit even it experience red in some days of this month it still able to be green after. It can still be push more to $9k, since no recent news can affect the price to pull down the price, the traders might be convinced to hold more BTC till the halving and buying it now for cheaper price can help for the price to achieve atleast more than $9k this month.
4417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra vs XRP on: October 21, 2019, 06:19:35 AM

As for now this vision is still out of sight, as the obstacles that they are facing right now, their partners are pulling out one by one, and their other partners are starting to doubt the project.
If this will continue, the possibility for libra to crash is high. They cant dominate the market if this wont be solve.
Since libra been a hot topic here in forum for quite  a long time then it tends to compare in differerent stablecoins to XRP in terms of money transfer. Libra still have many potential to launch despite of back-out of big partnership since some thinks Facebook alone can monitors and make it succeed. But XRP is already one of top coins and been surviving in the volatility of the market so I also think Libra can't outrun XRP just because it is launched, they still need to solve all the disputes they are in now and the future to face XRP.

4419  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Gains Correlate With Tether Issuance, Researcher Says on: October 21, 2019, 03:27:28 AM
Tether has a fixed value so it isn't affected by how volatile the market of bitcoin is. By issuing new Tether, it signifes the increase in price of bitcoin to cater to the fact that the supply of coins that could buy bitcoin increased.
The existence of Tether is a great help since its like a bank but for crypto instead where its value would never depreciate and only you can have access to it and can use it whenever you want. It also shows you how the market changes, whether be it on increase or decrease, since having a fixed value comparison to changes to other coins can easily show how much the market changed.
It's like comparing something volatile into nothing. We can really see how the market behave if the two compares. I don't also think there's any correlation between them that makes bitcoin gained thru tether. It is simply like buying in fiat or those who are not ready yet for volatily buys using tether since they are now ready.
4420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Projects and Bounty . Way forward?? on: October 21, 2019, 12:11:35 AM
I believe that there is no ideal means that would help us to 100% get rid of fraud. Because often projects become scammers not on their own, but because they have not coped with their duties. Therefore, you can't protect yourself from them.
We must atleast find a reason why they didn't paid bounty hunters, they might just have a lock up period so plans to send it by a specific date, the project really failed so that's the risk when the project failed means no reward, simply they stop the bounty without us reading it, and the worst is they are really scammers. This year since ICO or IEO were not that many than last year we can pick project that have potential knowing we're it is listed in exchange as long as the project have already it's own brand or product. We need to research to atleast refrain being victim of fraud.
