It is better to ask someone who can help you buy a product or offer a service instead of asking for a KYC verification.
What do you want from that account? If you want to exchange BTC to any currency, try localbitcoin or paxful.

Even before when the blockchain.info wallet has an airdrop of the stellar(XLM) worth of $25 I won't grab the chance because I afraid of submitting my personal information, how much more on this kind of offer something we don't know. I think OP you are wasting time, nobody will bite the offer of yours, unless if that is probably greed and don't care about their identity to be exposed. Nevertheless, your thread has a lack of information and explains why and where the KYC to submit.

Each and every user here are into cryptocurrency network as the identity won't get revealed to the public. In such an environment looking for someone to help you in KYC with his documents will not happen. People here are much aware about the risk of providing documents to support someone's KYC. Better find a solution contacting the support team who are always ready to help you on KYC.

You would  be have more problems when the company you provide this KYC documents will ask for video call. It happened already.  You wouldn't expect them to verify via video call but the company I did try to join ask for this video call. I then not to do it but still I got a KYC level of 2. I can still withdraw limited funds which is more than enough for me. If this situation happens to you and you are ask to video call or else your funds will be locked?

And what's the reason why they are not accepting your documents? I guess that you didn't really tried to pass on their KYC with your documents and you just don't want to use it. Use your own identity because it's your own account.

I don't think that there will be a person that's willing to risk his own identity for someone even you're going to pay. What's the website? I agree with hugeblack, if that's the case that would be a better alternative.

That will be a more problem , when everything's didn't match, from documents to follow up or random video call or worst will be in cashing-out .There might be someway to cash it out thru withdrawal forms, some exchange or wallet provides that when they reject documents or found an account suspicious, or if you still plan to use other people you need to consider someone you know personally to discussed necessary details before KYC video call or else they will permanently close your account if that someone can't answer right their questions.

It's not easy to get that and you also don't explain in detail about the purpose, where KYC is going, whether for exchange, airdrop etc., as many questions have been asked before. I suggest you to follow the way that harizen has said is the easiest way, you just need to talk to him honestly about the true purpose so as not to make him worry and crack in your friendship or anyone who has good relations with you.

25 usd is way too small in exchange for our identity or id's because if they used our data they can earn even more thru it but blockchain is a reputable company and i believe that many people have done their airdrop  .  

now in the case of op , it hard to trust someone like this because he is only a random person and we dont know his real agenda  . i see simillar tactics like this before and i think they are all connected or related to each other  .
