Earn Bitcoins using Ebay Giftcards!  Fast and easy!

Step 1:  Register a LocalBitcoins account.
Step 2:  Register a Paypal account and a friends.
Step 3:  Request a Paypal Mastercard 1% cashback debit card (https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/debit-card) *This will take a week or two to receive your card*
Step 4:  Register Ebay accounts.
Step 5:  Register a www.Circle.com account.
Step 6:  Link your Paypal Mastercard 1% cashback card to your Circle.com account.
Step 7:  Create a $500 Buy It Now auction with your account that has the Paypal Mastercard linked.
Step 8:  Purchase a $500 Ebay Giftcard on LocalBitcoin from a vendor with a good reputation and long history.  (Cost around .6 BTC at the time of this post)
Step 9:  Use the friends account to purchase the $500 item.
Step 10:  Log into Circle.com and purchase $400 of Bitcoin.  Paypal Mastercard only allows $400 of "ATM" pulls per day unless you call them... they can lift the limit to $600.
Step 11:  Pay Ebay their $50 fee.  Paypal takes their $14.80 fee automatically.

You should have $35 and some change left in your Paypal that can be used to purchase Bitcoins the following day.

If you only have a single Ebay account and have a little time to wait I recommend purchasing cash from Ebay. (or no Circle account)

You can purchase four $100 bills off ebay for roughly $480.  I personally like purchasing racks of $2 bills because they are fun to spend Smiley.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pack-of-100-2009-Brand-New-Uncirculated-2-Dollar-Bills-In-Sequential-Order-/161879852245?hash=item25b0ca84d5:g:WVcAAOSwQoFWO8fk

Your Ebay giftcard will be forever attached to your account (Paypal) once you make any transaction on it. You can use the left over $20 from the $2 bill transaction any time worry free.

You can use up to $1,000 of gift cards per item purchased!  You can now use an unlimited number of Ebay giftcards every 180 days!

Clamcoin shits 1440 new coins every day for ever.

A number which will eventually become insignificant when the total supply becomes large enough.

With 50- or 100-million coins, would 1440 coins/day (roughly half a million per year) matter at all? I think not. In practice an appropriate equilibrium will be reached sooner.

1,440 new coins per day is the same regardless of if there is 1 million coins or 100 million coins.

The only thing that will matter will be the exchange rate and I imagine that will be significant... or none existent by that point.

No more update on this?

This thread has long since been finished.

Clamcoin shits 1440 new coins every day for ever. Call it what you will. Digging was attacked because the current holders weren't making money off it, but the true problem of Clamcoin is fine because the holders are currently earning off of it solidly. Grossly greedy... but it was like that from the start so who am I to complain.

Clam will not and can not survive unless it is linked to endless shitting fiat. Bitcoin can not and will not fill empty voids forever.

small heads up for anyone thinking of shorting ... i'm getting a bit of 'bolt from the blue' scaling solutions vibe that has been building up recently, not just this paper but there has been some interesting novel approaches increasingly out of left field, only a naive pessimist would suggest upgrading bitcoin's capacity is an intractable problem, be careful what you wish for.

Well I bought a metric fuckton of futures in the low $430's/high $420's Smiley

See yall in the morning.
We're bleeding but I think you did the right thing at this point. That was an interesting all-in point I must say but we going back up in a large part.

I had it in my head since a few days ago on a solid long + a solid short... going for a hat trick this week.

I wouldn't be overly shocked to see $450's in the near future.

Opened a few shorts and off to bed.

Might be a shit show if there is a dip going into Monday.

Should have a nice buy back in the low $430s. (OKCoin futures)

If I get pwned I get pwned, but someone is buying a shit ton of quarterly futures on OKCoin atm.

$1,000,000 worth are in the process of getting swapped around @ $428.  $400,000 remaining.

you'll be sweet ... buying in on the classic big-block capitulation point looks like a winning trade to me.

Futures wall eaten.  Looking better Smiley
