4421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: October 05, 2017, 05:57:03 PM
Would you accept bitcoin as your salary
No its price keeps on fluctuating n no one wants to be unsure of what they are gonna get as the next salary
The only fluctuation that I can see from here is your brain, puto! Nobody wants to have a brain like yours, indeed. Pendejo!
Your words are a bit harsh considering that Pixyoxx is only voicing out his opinion which I agree too and that he didn't even look like he want to start I fight. However the reply you did was not appropriate and out of order as you are targeting him personally which I assume that you really don't know him. However like what I said he is right that accepting Bitcoin right now is like accepting the risk of having a lower buying power because of its volatility.
4422  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to banks? on: October 05, 2017, 05:34:13 PM
Nothing will happen to banks even if Bitcoin becomes more dominant in the future because to tell you the truth transactions fees are only the secondary income of Banks, what their main income comes from interest being paid by people who are borrowing money from them and these involves people and large corporations. Aside from that they are the ones who also handle the IPOs of several companies who wants to enter the stock market. As you can see banks will still have a good future. Banks can quickly adapt to any threats that they detect.
4423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: October 05, 2017, 04:52:34 PM
Sports betting requires patience. Too many people (I did that too when I was a beginner) bet on several matches every day.
Good opportunities in sports betting are quite rare, you need to be patient and wait for the good bet to place.
agree with you.gambling is a matter of patients. for success gambling need good and perfect skill about the game.

I strongly disagree with this, I almost laugh when I read this, patient? It is not enough for gambling to become profitable just because of that. Even though you are going to spend years on gambling, if you are going to lose then you are going to lose, and if you are going to win then you are going to win. It is just nonsense if you are going to hope that you could earn money by keeping on trying in gambling.
Maybe what he mean about being "patient" is not being trigger happy in betting in several matches as this can cause you overspending and might end up losing all the money. I would like to say that sports betting is one of the gambling ways where you can do an analysis of your bets as you can do a background check on each team even before the match starts factors such as who will play and who are injured can be a vital way in order to pick the right team. The problem here is that the bookies will always make it hard for us to decide which is the right one.
4424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: October 05, 2017, 04:32:45 PM
a lot of people said it before, but i have a friend who is earning a lot of money by creating facebook fanpages and selling them for bitcoins, the same with twitter and instagram accounts, he farms those accounts with real followers and targeted traffic, and then he sell them all at a fair price, a lot of people are interested in buying them since some bussiness needs that specific traffic for their own.

yes in bitcoin we can even get more from job so now many are moving and more serious in bitcoin but I think humans have dissatisfied with what we already have and they always feel not enough

That is true if you are a master or expert in terms of bitcoin.  If you have already earning bitcoins in many ways and many income as possible.  I cannot do it since I love my job.  I also got this feeling that bitcoin is enough to be a sideline job.  Although my earning with bitcoin is the same or higher than my salary still I opted to earn it as an extra income.
I don't think that is counted as earning purely because of Bitcoin, it is just that his preferred payment is Bitcoin. I mean what he is trying to do is basically a free lance work of a normal person and most of them accept payment from Paypal or credit cards. To consider your friend earning purely on Bitcoin his source might come from trading or even just work that is meant to be paid via Bitcoin like signature campaigns and signature design making.
4425  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: October 05, 2017, 03:45:46 PM
The only big difference i see in this two types of investments are the risk of lossing and share of earning funds. For me i think buying and selling has much less danger of lossing money not like investing in hyips .Also earning money is alot less difficult in trading.
Hey bro I think that you haven't fully understand the question of this thread, OP didn't mention anything about Bitcoin investing but investing in general, and obviously there is really no such thing as investing in an HYIP because you are just putting your money and hoping that you will be rewarded or get paid from the money of newer members which is most likely close to stealing. A real investing comes from putting your money on actual asset may it be stocks or real estate which is way more better than risking your money on a fake investment.
4426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government regulation of bitcoin on: October 05, 2017, 09:06:57 AM
If a Bitcoin regulation will ever be successful I think it will be both have a postive impact and a negative impact because many person who has a different motive will be affected. What I mean about that is definitely if Bitcpin got regulated its price would be more stable giving the traders a negative impact and making Bitcoin not profitable as to compared to what it was before. The positive effect will come for the consumers as they will benefit from the more stable price of Bitcoin.
4427  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁16 BILLIONTH BETS PROMOTION🎁 on: October 05, 2017, 03:40:27 AM
Bitsler is one of the best dice site in the industry.,their promotions are good and it shows generousity from their owners and admin.
The only problem is i think beggars are tolerated there for i see a lot of them in chat rooms.
...snip....

there are also annoying passive beggars though, who do not ask for a tip directly, but are trying to innundate you
with the lines like "oh he is so lucky today and I have lost everything" or similar beggar's bs Smiley
well, when I roll I try to close the chat to not get distracted

because this trick works :p
Although a superstitious belief that is common to us, Filipinos especially the gamblers, that if people start to call you out because of your luck, brace yourself because you're about to start being unlucky. Tongue

You can't avoid people begging in the chatroom but what you have to do is just to ignore them and continue playing.
If you are really lucky you will win as only luck is our friend in dice to win, everyday we have experience of winning or losing but in my case, giving the beggars a bit makes me feel like I am more motivated to win.  Grin
The chatroom beggars are often the newest members of the Bitsler community explaining to them that it is not allowed or giving them warnings is enough, the last thing you want to do is to be pissed at them as it won't do anything for that situation. Also you will know who are the new members and who are chatting with Alerternate accounts as this people spam together with their wallet addresses these people are what we need to be concerned about.
4428  Economy / Economics / Re: Time is money, how you manage your money and time ? on: October 05, 2017, 02:53:56 AM
Time management is actually a crucial part of a person's productivity if he or she knows how to handle his time right then everything that is set in his plan will happen. I manage my time every morning and thinking what I will do on that day and try to allocate my time and figure out on what time I am free to do other things. I know it is not the best way to manage time but it works for me in a very good manner, others might suggest writing it down which is another way to keep track on things.
4429  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: October 04, 2017, 11:30:41 PM
I think that it will be depending in your situation and in my own perspective, Some of the people like my that working on bounty campaigns is we need something to sustain in our life and we use bitcoin for our daily needs but if you are rich and you have a day job then holding your bitcoin for a very long time will let you earn more profit.
You can make profit with bitcoin even you don't trade or invest it from those bounty campaigns because once bitcoin price increase you can easily earned profit from it and but mostly why im holding bitcoin is because other prediction that bitcoin in the year of 2020 the price will be at $10,000 dollars or more than that since i want to become millionaire with bitcoin. i don't focus on jobs because i earned more in bitcoin.
That is the bad thing about long term investing for Bitcoin we are purchasing Bitcoin now in the hopes for it doubling in value in the next 3 years or so while other people specifically are profiting more now with their daily trades an increase from a recent drop from 3000$ to 4500$ gave them a minimum profit of 1500$ in just one day and before the 3000$ they have profit again. They are actually earning more compared to people who are expecting Bitcoin to double in value in the next 3 years which there is no assurance that it will happen.
4430  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: October 04, 2017, 10:49:36 PM
Bitcoin can not change the economy of the country. It's just money that you can pay off or earn it. To improve the economy, it is necessary to take action, and not to introduce a new currency.
A solid currency can in fact make a country or even the world more prosperous, when gold was used as the standard around the world we saw one of the biggest growth in investments in the world, because people know that their currency was stable, now that trade is based on the dollar and those dollar keep being printed as if they could print them forever governments are trying to get rid of their dollars as fast as possible.
As far as I know any country is limiting themeselves on printing more and more fiat currency as printing more may devalue or depreciate the fiat currency. It is really not a wise plan as the economy will fall from prices of commodities going up and the exchange rate going down your country will face a very bad recession. And the way how you think that Bitcoin will be the next gold in terms of investment I am hoping that it is true and it is now the time for us common people to become wealthy.
Exactly a currency that can be printed at will and that has no limit helps the government and those that are powerful and have connections with them, but it does not help anyone else, the people benefit by having a currency that cannot steal from them with the hidden tax of inflation, once we have money like that whether that is gold or bitcoin the prosperity of the world is going to go up

If it were so, we would still be on gold now

But we ain't, and it is not someone's whimsy. You are certainly correct that printing excessive amounts of fiat helps government and those powerful people to become wealthier while making ordinary people poorer. But this is a heavy abuse of the power of fiat money. Fiat money has an advantage before gold (and cryptocurrencies, for that matter) in that it can be created as well as destroyed according to the requirements and needs of the economy. This is not the case with Bitcoin and the rest of the pack
The short term effect of printing more Fiat currency is good but like what I said it is on a short term which means it is only temporary. By printing more Fiat currency in your country you are only devaluing it as you are causing an over-supply of your own Fiat currency even if the demand is not going up.  Printing Fiat currency won't be a solution for a country who has a right mind, even United States are not printing more U.S. Dollars to pay of their debt. But the different thing about Bitcoin is that when someone receives Bitcoin as a source of income in your country it actually becomes part of an improvement for your country.
4431  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: October 04, 2017, 12:16:52 PM
Bitcoin already known and used worldwide. Sure the number of people who use bitcoin is still not as big as we wanted to but it is not small neither. I wish that Gox thing never happened. Because of that scam people got scared a lot and they see bitcoin as scam sadly.
how to make all people love this currency, and change bad image (scam) about bitcoin?

Bitcoin is already being recognized as legal by a lot of governments and countries and I think this would contribute to the legitimacy of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. With this, Bitcoin has been getting more and more popular everywhere - positively and not negatively like a scam as you've said.

It would be awesome for it to be an international currency because a lot of people will be able to use it easily and conveniently, and this would give some ease for those who are travelling.
Bitcoin by definition is in fact a currency, a currency which no country has a control of. Already it is being recognized and accepted up to the local businesses of several countries. As of now we can consider Bitcoin to be internationally accepted but I don't think it is appropriate to be called an international currency as it will be politically wrong for most governments. What it can be called right now is a payment method that will soon be accepted by the majority of the world, well that is my own personal opinion.

Oh Baryom please fix this issue in next update: everytime I log in on Bitsler and then close my Browser and reopen it, I can't to log in on my account if I won't remove cache/cookies or open new private tab, I have this issue on google chrome on both, pc and android but haven't tried another browser, maybe it's because of chrome?
I know someone had similar situation here..

Hello Shield,

It will be fixed after the next update  Wink

Cheers,

Ey William.

Since more and more players play at bitsler. And most highroller are VIP, is it possible for them to have a VIP chatroom on site. just an additional privilege to them. Smiley

just an idea.

Cheers.
And a place where new ideas born Cheesy I think it will be great if VIP playerd have their own chatroom (both public and vip). Because there will be different discussion or chat between them since they are serious players. But to be fair, as I see on Bitsler usually high rank players don't chat when they play but sometimes they chat after play so maybe there is no need of adding vip chatroom, but still like the idea.
Also Baryom thanks for promising fix.
Agreed, I am not against on the idea about VIPs having their own exclusive chat but I don't think that chat room will be active. And I don't know what will they be talking about there that they cannot be talking about in the general chat? I may be wrong but I think if they implement an VIP only group chat it won't be active based on how I see the general group chat only a few VIP marked members are active, and the rest are level 10 and below.
4433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: October 04, 2017, 04:47:32 AM
Money is physically present while bitcoin is crypto currency wherein transactions can be done on line with less hassle. Bitcoin is top ranked in the crypto currency world so its value eventually rises or maintained. You can do fast transactions with bitcoin unlike with real money.
Your argument is flawed in a way that Bitcoin is a more hassle free way of transacting payment. Years before Bitcoin even existed banks have come a way to ease up payments online with the use of Fiat currency and that is credit cards and debits cards which can be counted as good as cash where until now it is still a more preferred payment compared to paying in Bitcoin. Additionally if you look at the practicality of Bitcoin transactions in a physical way or when you are in an actual store you will know that paying in Bitcoin would take more time compared to paying in Fiat currency.
4434  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: October 04, 2017, 02:51:43 AM
I think they use the words "gambling" in Bitcoin trading because some of them just buy Bitcoin without a proper analysis of the trade. It will be considered gambling as you are just buying and selling that is mostly based on pure speculation which is the most way to trade in anything. You are both risking your time and money as both can be a waste. Another thought is for people who really don't understand anything about Bitcoin but because of what profits they see in other people they have tried it out even without understanding Bitcoin first, that can also be considered as gambling.
4435  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: October 03, 2017, 05:27:49 PM
If we compare the knowledge of bitcoin last 4 years when I don't know what it is to late last year, we would see that there have been progress on the awareness of bitcoin. So, the usage and acceptance of bitcoin stems from the its awareness and I see that most people are getting to know about it. Soon the awareness will increase more and it will have a positive effect on the acceptance.
Yes it depends upon the need and use of bitcoin all over the world. As you mentioned here that as many people involves in this sector the acceptance and importance will take place in ordinary and local small markets. But for this we all will have to do some efforts for the awareness of bitcoin in our societies and countries as well. Besides the retailers will take a long time to deal in bitcoin.
To tell you the truth even though Bitcoin is the most successful cryptocurrency in terms of price and global awareness its effect is still yet to be seen by the common people. Look at countries where credit cards are prominent they are still in the stage where they will yet to accept Bitcoin as a mode of payment . I guess that they have not yet seen the need to add another mode of payment as what they have now are still working for them. Or the other members might be right that majority of the businesses are afraid to accept the volatile nature of Bitcoin.
4436  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Law To Declare Bitcoin Ownership on: October 03, 2017, 03:03:44 PM
I don't know what will be the debate about this but by definition Bitcoin can be classified as a movable property or a personal property. Yes even though it exist virtually it still has a value which is actually bigger than any kind of fiat currency. Under being a movable property it can be classified as an "intangible" property where like what I said earlier cannot be touch but is still has value. From stocks to mutual funds all of them cannot be seen physically but all of them has value.
4437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: October 02, 2017, 12:30:49 PM
I entered late in the cryptocurrency world so I don't have that much regret on passing Bitcoin on an early stage. If I have a regret that will be selling around .56BTC when Bitcoin was priced 1000$ per BTC earlier this year. Only if I hold Bitcoin for another month or so I would made triple or even quadruple the money I had back then which was a complete waste of Bitcoin looking at it right now. But regretting what had happened won't reversed the past the only thing I can do is to monitor the prices and to know when to sell my Bitcoin at the right time.
4438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Endorses 11 Bitcoin Exchanges on: October 02, 2017, 05:14:36 AM
Well in terms of prices I think that the prices will be competitive and what I mean by competitive is that the prices will decrease but not that much but it will still be based on its current fair market value. In terms of volatility it will still be the same as buying and selling of Bitcoin won't be change and by having 11 exchanges we can expect an increase in volume if a lot of Japanese will try to make profit in the cryptocurrency market which I think they would.
4439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: October 02, 2017, 03:11:57 AM
Princeton offers a course, Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies, through Coursera. First offered in the spring, the course begins once more in September 2015. In a description of the course on the website, the 6 weeks of study are designed to teach “everything you need to be able to separate fact from fiction when reading claims about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. You’ll have the conceptual foundations you need to engineer secure software that interacts with the Bitcoin network. And you’ll be able to integrate ideas from Bitcoin in your own projects.” The school has also offered a free Bitcoin course.
Well these kind of courses are only offered online where it does really have no bearing on your curriculum. Any people not even enrolled in that university can take that online course, I have several friends who got a certification taking online courses of prestigious schools which none of them really set foot to the said university. I really consider online courses as some kind of seminar where the certificate signifies you taking that course, and I don't think it would have any bearing in your resume as anyone could take it.
4440  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: October 02, 2017, 12:57:40 AM
All along, this was the dream of a one world government.  If you are watching a lot of movies, especially futuristic in nature, there has been a lot of presentation of a cashless society. One that would not bother anyone of a wallet.  There has been a long campaign already of this.  A no boundary cash.  This will happen in the near future as the birth of this cryptocurrency has crept in slowly into our society.
Well the problem with the concept "one world government" or a "global currency" is hard to happen as not all countries are in full cooperation or even at least have one view about the topic, and they are right to do so as there are certain economic consequences in doing so. It is no about cooperating with all the countries but also it is about protecting your own country from economic losses. Accepting one kind of currency will make you face global inflation as well as abuse of large corporations.
