Congrats to BohdiTV with the six figure win on Sweet Bonanza today!

Wow, thats some win! ( maybe this happens often ?)

Thanks to Rollbit for posting, this proves that anyone can WIN BIG. This should also
increase interest in this great new Casino.

Well done to BohdiTV, I wonder if that user is on the forum?

It is possible to still run the French Open, If the organisers take the Australian Open
and how they handled their competition as an example it would be possible.

At the AO players had to quarantine 2 weeks in advance in Australia and had very
strict practice rules, limited or no spectators and the competition was able to function.
4423  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Accepting Bitcoin for Ebay sales on: April 06, 2021, 01:46:30 PM
I have used ebay a lot over the years and have clocked up over 900 100% positive feedback there.

They have indeed become restrictive in the listings, I tried listing something a few weeks back
and had awful trouble, I just left it in the end.

TBH JC im sure you can list something and accept whatever payment you like.
When a customer agrees to buy your item with whatever payment, you can mark the
item as payment received.

EDIT: nope they only work with Paypal

eBay requires all sellers listing on eBay.co.uk to offer payments through PayPal (with some limited exceptions)

You could also try etsy, they definitely allow sellers to accept Bitcoin.

Looking at the table I see the Broncos are on the bottom half, it looks again like they are
just cruising like you were saying earlier!

Points difference isnt great -30, is that as you say it was in previous seasons?
4425  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2021-03-22 yahoo! - 'Bitcoin Winter' Could Last For Years After Price Hits $300k on: April 06, 2021, 06:19:30 AM
Its something that could come to pass for sure but the vast majority of people
done own at least 1 Bitcoin so for them $300k may not be "life changing"

This chart is from last year but it gives an indication of amounts of Bitcoin in
certain wallets

https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html

Also if people decide to cash out they will have a massive TAX liability and could
loose a big percentage to governments.

and the balance after TAX, where do you put it? in a bank?
4426  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2021-03-22 yahoo! - 'Bitcoin Winter' Could Last For Years After Price Hits $300k on: April 05, 2021, 09:23:35 PM
I've been monitoring the price of Bitcoin closely for a while and have tried to see all possible outcomes of the whole crypto-crazy event we're experiencing. I can see Bitcoin rising to that $90,000-$100,000 level, which should happen in the short term at least.

We'll see the price of Bitcoin almost doubling over the next year, and I don't see it falling into any major decline.

It's still a great investment in my opinion.

Seeing how events are unfolding, I start thinking that we may never see the 'Bitcoin Winter' as we imagined it. After BTC hit $35k, many were predicting a period of correction ahead, and yet we are at $58k+ today.

It's possible that Bobby Lee from the OP is right about "$300,000 in the current bull market", and then BTC may go down to $100k, and stay there for some time, and that would be our 'Bitcoin Winter'. Smiley

There have been some others who say the same, there may not be a "Bitcoin Winter" at all.

Just because it happened in 2017 to 2018 doesnt mean it will happen again.

Sure there will be a big correction at $100k and $200k for example but not to the same extent
as before. its a different market now with a greater mix of investors who hopefully see the
power in the future.
4427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Rugby] - Union / League / Super / Sevens on: April 05, 2021, 04:13:10 PM
Ah I havent been keeping up with this at all.
Who is the top team, France? and who would be favourite to win the championship?

The format has changed for this year only

The Six Nations will also have a condensed format, although this is expected to be a one-off for 2021. The six teams have been split into two pools, each playing one home and one away fixture with a bye weekend during the group stages. Then they will play the team ranked in the same position as them in the other pool table on a ‘finals weekend’ on 24 April.

Well then, the first two games were high scoring affairs, England hammering Scotland 52 - 10
4428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kevin O'leary is the gift that keeps on giving. on: April 05, 2021, 08:50:02 AM
After that interview he doesnt come out very well.

Quote
“The volatility makes it very difficult for me as an investor to put that into a portfolio. So to me, it is a speculation.”

I'll bet he wishes it was in his portfolio now.

its amazing that over the years people like this have gotten plenty of airtime
to speak negatively against Bitcoin and over the last 12 months we have seen
some of them change their minds.
4429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 05, 2021, 08:20:43 AM
48 days now until The French Open is due to start, its possible it can go ahead.
Isnt this lockdown for 4 weeks? hopefully if they can respond quickly, get the
number of infections down it could go ahead.

Covid-19: France enters four-week light lockdown
4430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 04, 2021, 11:51:10 PM
Great tournament performance by both finalists who have beaten a lot of big name
players as mentioned.

Congrats to Hurkacz, he actually deserves that win, he is a pro now for 6 years with
only 2 titles before his win. He is now into the top 20.

I thought Sinner didnt have a great day, made a lot of errors and tried to rush
the points. His service game was off too. Congrats to him for getting to the final
and I really liked his play throughout the tournament.
4431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next Bitcoin Halving in 2024 & Price prediction? on: April 04, 2021, 03:45:30 PM
If we're going to make predictions based on past price movement, probably one of the best models to follow is PlanB's S2F[1]. Based on the model, bitcoin should be some around $115k. So to add some room for price fluctuations, probably $80k-140k or so.

[1] https://digitalik.net/btc/

Definitely the GO-TO model which has a proven record.

There is a very simple rule of thumb we can use for each halving Supply and Demand.

It might be a psychological thing but directly after each halving there is definitely more buy
demand which settles 12 months after until the next event, essentially Bull to Bear to Bull
markets, its cyclical.

I hope to see Rollbit hosting different campaigns on the forum to publish themselves and entertain their users at the same time. Hope to see promo's coming on our way soon so that casino can be tried.  Grin
The Rollbit team decided to expand their signature campaign with more positions for the new week. It will be the very first step towards more advertisement and events from them. Stay tuned.

This is very positive news, they are ramping up their presence, it all adds up

how many many more positions are added?
4433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paris Hilton has joined Bitcoin’s “laser eyes to $100,000” on: April 04, 2021, 09:09:34 AM
I came to this thread thinking that Paris is just following a trend on Twitter with the Laser Eyes,

But if she has a past history with Bitcoin and was talking with Max Keiser about it, well then
I'm ok with that and will now class her as a Bitcoiner.

After a bit of searching online I came across this article.

Not bad Tinelord2057, you were in the GREEN with the last round.

50/50 result for the Irish sides in the Heineken Champions Cup.

Leinster progress to the quarter final - the match against Toulon of France was
cancelled because of Covid-19 health risk in the Toulon team.

Munster were beaten by Toulouse 33-40
Looked like a clise game but Toulouse's class brought them home towards the end.

4435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 03, 2021, 08:03:02 PM
I like the fact that potentially going forward the tournaments may be a little
more open rather than 3 players dominating, similar to the ladies game I suppose.

For tomorrow, I dont mind either player winning, Hurkacz has been around since 2015,
he plays a simple style of tennis but does it well, nice for him to have another win but
I really like Sinner, He seems very focussed for a young man and ultra professional.

Hard to back either.
4436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 03, 2021, 08:32:09 AM
I really thought Rublev would win that match, as did many others I imagine.
With the top 3 absent are the younger replacements able to to deal with the
pressure and expectations put on them?

This is going to be an interesting final, really cant call who will win, who would
have predicted such a match up?

Next up, LTC deposits and withdrawals!
My fingers cross for your sneak peek with Litecoin on Rollbit.com. It would be one of most favorite coins for transactions (deposits, withdrawals) with some characteristics: healthy network (the third biggest network in total hashrate just behind Bitcoin and Ethereum), fast transaction speed (with Lightning network) and cheap transaction fees.

LTC is your first consideration now and if possible, after Litecoin please take a look at Dogecoin (DOGE). It is a favorite altcoin on gambling site. Elon called it as Egod, a reversed spelling from Doge.  Smiley

It makes sense to introduce support for LTC, its a solid project and
as SquirrelJulietGarden states it has all the key elements which make
it desirable, Speed and economical.

Regarding the Crypto Trading feature on the site, do you have any
more info, is it actual trading incorporated into a game? is this unique?

4438  Other / Off-topic / Re: Formula E on: April 02, 2021, 09:46:51 PM
See this moment of them in the last race:
https://twitter.com/FIAFormulaE/status/1365718573067472900

Quite irresponsible from both of them imho. They could have so easily totaled those cars...
The team should have been punishing them for such actions, especially since the cars touched.

PS. I've found on internet and will be watching the first two 2021 races in the week-end.

Where will you be watching?

https://www.fiaformulae.com/en/watch/ways-to-watch

From the list I see Eurosport will be showing the next races 3 & 4 [in Rome] on
Saturday the 10th, which is nice as I have a Eurosport subscription.

As one of the longest tracks on the calendar, the Circuito Cittadino dell'EUR races around the Obelisco di Marconi, against the backdrop of the iconic Colosseo Quadrato.

The Rome circuit has been remastered for Season 7, it still features the familiar challenges with plenty of undulations, lots of elevation changes, uneven surface and that jump. But the track now boasts longer and faster straights offering up more opportunities for overtaking.

The grid will be tested when they clash on the Circuito Cittadino dell’EUR for the third time in the series history.

4439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 02, 2021, 08:16:21 PM
Sinner just won, this young Italian can be one of the stronger Italians ever in this sport and IMHO in the top 10 world ranking in 2 years.
He destroyed mentally an experienced top 10 player at 19yo

IMPRESSIVE

Yes he is unbelievable, he comes across as being very mentally strong and experienced.

He keeps calm always and doesnt let his emotions show possible weaknesses.

I think this guy could trouble either Rublev or Hurkacz but I recon it will be Rublev.
He is the too ranked player remaining and with the top 3 absent and Medvedev
gone he will see his chance.

What a final this potentially will be
4440  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2021-03-30 TheVerge - PayPal will let US users pay with Bitcoin on: April 02, 2021, 08:06:28 PM
Just thinking wont this also enable us to transfer Bitcoin to Paypal and then transfer to a
bank account and potentially avoid paying TAX on it?

It's considered a trade if you do that as you are using Paypal to convert your Bitcoin into Fiat Currency and not necessarily using their services in order to use your crypto for payments. The conversion it will take place will be considered as your capital gains. You won't really be avoiding any tax here as simply I don't see any loopholes on a straightforward law about your taxes with cryptocurrencies. Keep in mind that since Paypal is a very big company they will be in compliance with various AML laws and they will most likely do everything to avoid and report illicit activities from happening with their services.

so would there be a reporting issue? would people have to report that they made a profit
from Bitcoin and they purchased goods with that via Paypal?
