To be clear, i mean to say wouldn't it be good if the self moderated threads posts won't be allowed to delete by the thread starter after certain time (3 months or 6 months) to prevent these types of ambiguity or potential scams. Your question has been discussed several times, and it has been proven many times that if you see a topic that can be further moderated if you are not sure that everything will be okay with your posts, do not trust it. Moreover, you were aware of such open topics. What more do you want? Have you forgotten that the forum welcomes freedom? By prohibiting the deletion of posts from such threads over time, doesn't this violate the very idea of creating self-moderation? There is always a choice.
