Just like mining for gold with picks and shovels, bitcoins, too, are mined similarly but with computers. The first person who finds the next block is awarded the prize of currently 12.5 bitcoins. There will only be 20M bitcoins mined, after which a new Bitcoin will be created by our grandchildren. Solo mining is very hard now so it's best to join a pool consisting of other hard miners.  |

Meanwhile, did you ask thermos for 7 or 8 bitcoins instead of only 5 since he's so rich? At the moment my 1 BTC is still stuck at Doge. I was part of Bitcoin Alpha in 2008, testing the protocol prior to the release of Bitcoin Beta than Bitcoin Gamma. Sadly, there wasn't too much testing to do because Satoshi's code was perfect for the times, only later needing modifications. Then this is a complete failure. Currently its being traded at like 20 times below the ICO price, and the trade volume + buy orders are mind boggling. People who ar investing to these ICO should first make due diligence,not because they are showing their profile we are trusting them Ico has become a legit way to scam others for some devs. Thanks for the lesson...
