4461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For me Bitcoin never changed! on: May 16, 2020, 06:40:00 PM
Any fork that will surpass Bitcoin?
When viewed in terms of transaction speed and costs there may be but not in terms of price. Although bitcoin forks can provide convenience for users such as low transaction costs, faster and more efficient transaction times, but I am sure Bitcoin will always be the number one digital currency in the context of usage, price and market capitalization.

I think it is better that the link are in code that making into the URL to avoid getting is misclick unexpectedly.
Thats right, sending a phishing site URL without censorship will allow others to click on the link either intentionally or not. If this is a phishing site, its a good idea to show it with a code. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Sorry mate, I edited your post a little in the quote.

I am back now and I hope to remain a disciplined member of this forum and also help newbies with the few knowledge I have.
You left from forum for almost two years based on your wishes and you returned today, based on your wishes too. Nobody forces you to left and come because you can make your own decisions unless your account is banned.

Ideally, a forum can help anyone to find out about bitcoin and others based on the knowledge, experience shared by users. Depending on your goals, you will not be prevented if you want to advance and improve your ability and discipline to post something that is useful both for you, other user and forum. So welcome back to forum.
4464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: May 15, 2020, 10:07:25 PM
So definitely, tracking your win and losses is nonsense, if you lose, forget about it and think a way to recover that loss.
I think there is nothing better than forgetting defeat and thinking something about how to recover losses. I agree with your opinion.

Maybe it's advantage is to have the discipline to yourself and you can foresee if there's no good path in the gambling so you will know when to quit.
If the goal is only to stop gambling in the end, then noting a defeat like that is also not a very needed solution. I am sure that having a losing record will only increase pressure on players.
4465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Bitcoin on: May 15, 2020, 06:43:35 PM
indeed, there are many people who do not know and understand the benefits of bitcoin in the future, besides being used as an investment and for trading, of course behind the creation of bitcoin there are many other things that are still unknown to many people.
The real benefit of bitcoin is that you can pay for your goods with bitcoin in countries that have legalized it. Paying employee salaries, transactions between countries and so on. The adoption of bitcoin as a financial innovation that helps users and makes it easy with just one click.
This is a thread about bitcoin innovation that you can use to add insight into the benefits of bitcoin itself.

4466  Other / Meta / Re: What is exactly the functionality of "Report to moderator"? on: May 14, 2020, 04:27:28 PM
You can send only one report on per post that violates the rules.
If you send two reports to the same post, then 1 report will be marked as “Good” 2 report will be marked as “Bad”
What about reports that are not handled, is that also a bad report or is the report no longer visible to the mod ?
So far, I have had a number of reports that have not been handled and as far as I can remember they have been a long time, maybe a few months ago.
4467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no Stable coin gambling sites? on: May 14, 2020, 04:17:55 PM
I think its the same, cryptocurrency based gambling games are easy because we can exchange them anywhere and most of these cryptocurrency gambling sites only accept famous cryptocurrency. So it is no different from stable coins, but if this is because you want to maintain your balance, the choice is to play on sites that accept stable coins and not have to be weird just because the site you are playing on does not accept stable coins.

If you are worried about costs, I think LTC is altcoin which has a pretty low fee.

Yes, I can't agree more that the guy was lucky. I'm jealous that I can't even be lucky as him.
Dice is a luck based game so that anyone will have the same chance to win. Its just to get a big win, then we also have to dare to bet in large numbers. But the problem until now I do not dare to bet in large numbers, capital that makes me only bet to get a small profit. Dice is a fun game.

Can I still join this campaign?
Yes you can, but make sure you apply when the manager announces that there is an open slot and start sending your application here. But now you have to know that the campaign status is CFNP and that means you have to wait until the manager announces the slot.

4472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bibox Exchange? on: May 05, 2020, 07:37:02 PM
But I've seen a few posts complaining about this exchange, so you need to be careful when using it
If you are right, you should also be able to provide a reference to the OP for consideration. Without proof I think you are making it up.

What I like about bibox is security, this exchange has a good level of security in my opinion. There are various methods that you can use to make your account and assets safe in this exchange. Even so, I dont think we will be completely safe from hacking and specify your own security.
OP, You do not need to verify your account with KYC if you do not make transactions above 2 BTC in a day. You are free to withdraw your funds in return as long as this limit is not reached. You will get two wallets there to store funds, my wallet is used for deposits and withdraw your funds and exchange accounts for trading. Bibox I think so far its okay.
4473  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies look out for scam tricks on: May 05, 2020, 07:13:33 PM
A typical Ponzi scheme, they lure people with earning money easily and without risk. Thus, I tried looking on their official website and the have a lot of participants. It seems that they have victimized plenty of people. They even assure the investors that the project won't fail and there is no scams or fraud, which is kind of confusing because it contradicts the reality. Therefore, we should do our part as an investor to investigate and search if the investment will be worth it because a lot of people are using that kind of circumstance to trick people, especially the greedy ones.
I dont think we need to bother investigating whether its ponzi or not. We have indicators to assess and determine what it is, and it is very clear that it is Ponzi.

Here are some indicators of Ponzi scheme
Red Flags and Indicators
  • High investment returns. Ponzi schemes typically have a high value of returns, 1% a day, 30% a month or more is ridiculous.
  • Lack of transparency. The names, contacts, office address of the operators should be publicly shown to run a legitimate business. Which most ponzi doesn't provide their valid address and even names of the operators.
  • Consistent Returns. Regardless of the market conditions which will rise and fall yet the investment continues to generate regular, positive returns.
  • Advertised as "risk-free". Ponzi advertised their shaddy service as such as "Invest to us, we are risk-free and are guaranteed to make money for you." in which  All investments come with a different degree of risks.
  • Increasing minimum investment. Ponzi starts off with a very small amount of capital and later grows rapidly for their new investors. Ponzi needs to make their capital grow which is higher than their minimum withdrawal amount so they can pay their old investors by the funds  of the new investors.
  • High rates of commision. Users are highly motivated to promote their referral links due to high commision which is very lucrative.
  • Difficulty receiving payments. If you do not receive a payment or have difficulty to cash out your investment then its a high chance that the operators doesn't have enough new investors to fund their old investor and a high chance to run your investment and get scammed.
Its quite clear and never sent anything even though it was just for trial and error. $5 per person, and if there are 100 people then I think it will be enough to make a scammers belly distended for 1 month. Stay away and stay safe.
4474  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn bitcoin using this site fot a newbie on: May 05, 2020, 06:52:18 PM
Actually im really new to this, i know that this site is not that active anymore but i know that there are different people who still uses this. I don't know what to do in here and how to make bitcoins but i think this is fun but it'll be more fun if I understand how to use this. Can someone help a newbie like me to have fun working to earn bitcoins with this site please?
I think the OP should move this topic to a more appropriate board like the Begginer & Help board assuming that this question comes from a beginner who is still confused about getting bitcoin.

Even if the OP wants to know more about how a beginners can produce bitcoin then the Begginers & Help board I think is pretty much storing information about this and there are lots of good suggestions from users as long as you can do it.

examples:
- Be the one who spreads affiliates from gambling and exchange sites and get your profit if you can invite people.

4475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering More or Wagering Less on: May 05, 2020, 06:19:34 PM
It's a general perception that if we gamble more, we can get more profit.
Not to win more, but it will increase your chances of winning. IMO, Frequently engaging in gambling will get someone to gain experience, and this experience influences the gambler to get win so that the gambler can make a lot of money.

Also we see gambling sites offering wagering competitions. The more you wager, you become eligible for a reward or prize money.
The betting competition I think will only help the site to get greater profits because most participants dont realize how much money they spend just to be the winner of the competition and maybe the results are not comparable to what we have spent. Unless the winner will get Lambo. Cheesy
4476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you newbie looking for perceive income? Just be careful of AIRDROP on: May 05, 2020, 06:06:24 PM
If you are newbie and you are looking for ways of making some  Bitcoin and other altcoin, be very CAREFUL with AIRDROP campaign as many of them out there are out to scam/milk you with the little ones at your disposal.
Not surprisingly, because this is a common occurrence in the crypto room and cases like this have occurred a long time ago. But if you are several years before this, there may be many airdrops that produce and look legit.

Sometimes, they are out to get your personal information like email address, etc and sell it out for money.
Some of them will tell you to send some amount of BTC or ethereum to their address as fee for you to get the aclaimed airdrop reward of which they will later run away and mute their telegram channel.
Be warn is to be armed.
If you can find an airdrop program like that, report it and stay away and never send your details there. Fraud efforts through the airdrop program I think are not new, although it often happens but it is good because you try to remind other beginners to be careful.

Remember, never give your details to get a few dollar from Aridrop and I think the amount will not be proportional to the security of your personal information.

Even if we have a record of gambling it is useless because we will regret it because so much has been spent on gambling ~snip
For me personally, recording gambling statistics will only make me feel uncomfortable because gambling has used up some of my money. Tracking these statistics will only make me lazy to bet. Although other people need it, but to me it seems useless. Nothing will increase my chances of winning at all.

I think it is not needed and only rises another burden on our minds.  Grin
Exactly, I will not do it and it will only add to the burden when we want to bet. Too much disappointment, of course.

4479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: May 04, 2020, 07:26:55 PM
Why should a gambler have a record of how much money they spend on gambling and how much is earned ? If we all always think about how we should control our finances, why do we have to bet ?

Do not make gambling solely as a place for you to make money, because gambling is a place where you spend time and money to get pleasure even though we have the opportunity to bring victory.
4480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in this new IEO on: May 04, 2020, 07:13:59 PM
all investors have the technique, so go back to the purpose of those who invest, which certainly varies with the hope they don't lose much of their funds with their investments. and don't forget to be more realistic when investing, for example when we have seen movements that do not support, it would be better to immediately make a decision.
The purpose of investment is only one, namely to get a profit and it must be done on a legit project. Placing your money on random projects and done without careful analysis will make you disappointed.

Investment in IEO projects is partly done for quick profit, in fact we often hear that some investors do not care about developing projects according to the road map so that when assets can be traded prices are dump and difficult to recover.

If the OP wants to invest, then that is your choice and decision. Maybe you can consider some user suggestions or maybe not. So, make your own decisions, and determine your portfolio.
