4461  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Which is the best economic system? on: February 09, 2017, 03:08:36 AM
Living Peaceful and Happily are going to be two very different things, based on the fact that not everyone is going to be happy but if we're going to be talking about the MAJORITY of the people in a state / nation being happy I'd have to go ahead and think that Capitalism is the best system for people to thrive under.

I'm not going ahead and saying FREE-MARKET capitalism is the best way to go as we know without some Government regulation their is going to be abuses in the work force and problems with companies having such an impact on a countries economy that if they go bankrupt it can cause a meltdown of the entire economy itself. These are the reasons that we don't have a free market capitalistic economy.

To sum it up, Capitalism is the best economic system in my opinion.
4462  Other / Politics & Society / Re: President DONALD TRUMP signs first VC stamp! on: February 09, 2017, 03:03:47 AM
Is it legit? Did US President Donald Trump really signed the first VC Stamp? If it is, this really a great news! This is a huge step forward for bitcoin community. Because of this event, bitcoin will be more known worldwide and many businessmen will trust bitcoin and will start investing on it because they had gained trust about it!

I really hope you're kidding and don't think President Trump actually went ahead and did this, I really hope you're just spamming for your sig campaign in order to run the numbers up. I don't think a President Trump would EVER go ahead and sign something along these lines, it doesn't follow the Republican platform along something like this.

The only way I can see something getting signed in relation to bitcoin legislation or regulation would be DE-Regulation but that would only come at a state by state basis such New York which holds the bitlicense. Trump directly won't be doing like this, it's going to be something that is going to be decided by the people that he picks for positions that's the only way for change to occur within the bitcoin community.
4463  Other / Politics & Society / Brexit may soon become a reality? on: February 08, 2017, 11:51:46 PM
CNN put out an article today noting that the British House of Commons approved the Brexit Bill in order to go further with the UK's departure from the European Union. I fully beleive that the decision to leave was the right decision and even though the cost to leave is going to be high, I still think it was best for the country of Britain itself.

What do you think about the almost finalized departure of Britain from the EU? Anyone here from Britain experiencing anything first hand?

Here is the link to the article by the way! - http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/08/europe/brexit-bill-parliament-vote-article-50/index.html
4464  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump: safe zones for syria; imminent us-russian war? on: February 08, 2017, 11:41:51 PM
I personally feel that the safe-zones are for the better of the people in the country of Syria, the people know that there is a crisis ongoing and that it is completely necessary to safeguard the innocent citizens in such a horrible war.

Trump is an idiot. Trump is full of shit. Trump is just another politician.

He uses incorrect facts when trying to justify his actions, which is ridiculous because he doesn't actually need much justification...he's President. Yet he confirms his low intelligence when he cites facts incorrectly to support his crazy ideas. He said he was going to change things yet he continues to do the same shit that other politicians have done.

Whatever he promises or proposes today could very well be the opposite tomorrow.

Do you really believe Trump is an idiot though if he was elected President of the United States? This is someone who fought off the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, the News Establishments, Celebrities, and so on to get to where he is today. I would go ahead and say Trump is far from idiotic, something big is being planned to save Syria I fully trust Donald Trump in regard to that.

Also I highly doubt with all the scrutiny from the media he'll be as flip flopity as he was on the campaign trail, at least he's not that pancake Mitt Romney right?
4465  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: February 08, 2017, 09:07:05 PM
Paper money and everything else under the control of governments will be fine and will always be used by normal people (not saying we're normal but I'm speaking of the average person here) who just wants to go on with the day the day. They'll probably always use fiat currency and life will be fine like that.

I really do hate some of the crazy outrageous claims on here that bitcoin is going to kill Fiat currencies as it's really not going to, just accept it.
4466  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: February 08, 2017, 09:05:27 PM
I think we just found the way to live forever, just go ahead and make some outrageous claim saying that you won't die intil bitcoin hits **insert insane fucking price here**

You people have got to be out of your mind to even believe for a second that a bitcoin could be worth that much. I think it's going to become stable around the price it's at now, which will allow for the adoption of it on a mass scale.
4467  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 08, 2017, 09:04:08 PM
Saving money when it comes to using a bank actually causes you to lose money due to the typical inflation rate of fiat currencies (specifically the dollar) which they say is around 2 percent but could be higher.

Best bet to make money is to invest in stocks and attempt to gain around 5-7 percent to combat the inflation rate.
4468  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis-Mining Review on: February 08, 2017, 09:00:21 PM
Even if this is an old review I still feel that mining on Genesis is going to be completely unprofitable for people, mostly based on the lack of power when it comes to mining on a pool where you feel you could gain more profit with your current package.

But I guess that's the type of problem I have with all cloud-mining sites, I don't really trust them and I feel even the most reputable cloud-mining companies will just get "hacked" and run with all the money.
4469  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: TOP .edu supplier world wide- need partners on: February 08, 2017, 08:58:33 PM
While this should be in the digital goods section I'd like to ask a couple questions about the creation of these .edu accounts.

1) Do you have any vouches verifying that they fully work and are accepted by companies in which advertise free items / stuff for people who have the edu email.
2) Anything to confirm that these emails won't just be closed within a couple of days or will they stay up for a guaranteed period of time?
4470  Economy / Auctions / Re: SatoshiClick.Us - For Sell!!! on: February 08, 2017, 08:54:39 PM
While the site is a nice domain and all I would only suspect you to get that kind of money if you owned the .com domain, because at this point while it is a nice domain people usually don't care for .us as it isn't as well used as .com

Rethink the price and you may get some hits on this, though I do love the domain.
4471  Economy / Auctions / Re: 1 member account for sale 0.006btc on: February 08, 2017, 08:53:30 PM
Would you be able to provide a bit more information on the account? Maybe the bcttalk account pricer information for it?

Seems to be a good(ish) price but it would further confirm all of this if you had the post count and info on the next rank up.
4472  Economy / Services / Re: Premium preloaded VISA cards for sale delivered from the paradise of banks on: February 08, 2017, 08:52:25 PM
Would probably be in your best option to find a hero on here to use the service (at their own will) and test everything out. I'm going to hope that the cards aren't from one of those Polish banks that seize these very close to the date of creation.

Saw one of those scams awhile ago and would hope you're not attempting that.
4473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Using Banks, Paypal And Credit Cards! Let's Integrate Bitcoin Everywhere! on: February 08, 2017, 08:50:58 PM
This is something that will never really be able to happen bitcoin is one of those things that thrives in it's niche community but once out of it people don't really even know what bitcoin is, they may have heard of it from the whole Silk Road arrests that occurred awhile ago but they don't know what the online currency is.

Plus Bitcoin is way too volatile to be able to be accepted by people on a large scale. Don't get me wrong I love bitcoin for everything it is but I don't think it will ever kill the banks, paypal, credit cards and so on. Pretty outrageous claim.
4474  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Post your SegWit questions here - open discussion - big week for Bitcoin! on: February 06, 2017, 11:57:41 PM
Anyone have a site in which we can see the amount of miners / people that have moved to helping to activate Segwit? It'd be nice to actually see this in some graph form.

Hoping for the activation of Segwit though.
4475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is fee still high (6000 unconfirmed transactions) on: February 06, 2017, 11:48:50 PM
It's because we all follow the same work when it comes to paying for the fees on a transaction, think of it like this. Everyone pays a higher fee in order to get their transaction confirmed faster and faster, people are just going to keep paying more and this is going to rise at an exponential rate.

4476  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have a couple of questions on: February 06, 2017, 09:45:22 PM
I'd use one of those services that convert bitcoin instantly into fiat currency, nothing against bitcoin or anything but the volatility is the killer part of it so you'll just have the money in which you know you have when people donate and you'll be all happy and fine.

Nothing like getting a $100 donation and it's worth $80 at the end of the stream, though I guess that could go both ways.
4477  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it still worth it to trade? on: February 06, 2017, 09:42:22 PM
The swings are still there so trading could still work out in your favor, though if you really believe in bitcoin and all that jazz you could just buy bitcoin and hope it will go up like many members of this forum go ahead and do.

If you'd like to be a day trader I think bitcoin and its volatility are still ripe for it and you could still swing some money out of bitcoin per day, at the expense of it being accepted everywhere as the volatility is what kills bitcoin.
4478  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Payment methods which are hard to reverse on: February 06, 2017, 09:40:36 PM
All these accounts go ahead and hate bitcoin, just like when I used paypal for awhile they went ahead and closed down my account for doing this type of stuff with my Paypal debit card.

Best bet is going to be setting up a new bank account for all these transactions and exchanging with the bank account itself. All these other accounts aren't going to accept you so the bank is your only option.

I'm with TD Bank by the way and they never gave my problems about buying bitcoin, though I only buy and sell a couple BTC a month.
4479  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: February 06, 2017, 09:38:02 PM
People on here are always following this little narrative that bitcoin is going to kill this, or bitcoin is going to kill that. I fully believe that bitcoin will be a driving force in the economy in years to come, but I'm not one who believes bitcoin will kill off all other forms of currency such as the USD and so on.

That's just a claim that is a little tough to believe and yall just do it to make yourselves feel better. It's never going to happen so just accept it at this point.
4480  Economy / Economics / Re: 2016’s top cryptocurrencies + january 2017 on: February 06, 2017, 09:36:10 PM
I don't really get why people really believe other crypto-currencies can go ahead and compete with bitcoin at all but if I have to go ahead and say the top cryptos I'd have to go with Monero and ETH.

Both of them are not one of those shitcoins with nothing new to them they actually go above and beyond when it comes to innovation, Monero has a cool anonymous feature with it so it has its own little niche and ETH is fast.
