Zion was suddenly forgotten.  Grin
Thanks to the All-Star?

Yeah, it is just the list of the secured names which will participate.
But regarding choosing sides it will still be Lebron and Giannis which can choose their team mates.

Luka and Trae. Yeah.
4462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 24, 2020, 06:39:53 AM
Look, if you really need it and there is still preparation to be done then use it.

Bitcoin is not supposed to give people headache just because of regrets of selling at the wrong time.
In fact, it should have been the technology for people ease.
I do that. I don't really care how much it is worth as long as I need it.
You saved that money, so when a necessity will come you can also use it.
Sadly, we don't have much merchant who adopts the technology. We could have been using it without conversion.

This is something really enormous for New Orleans.
When was the last time they went to the playoffs?
Oh it was just 2018. I forgot they got Anthony Davis back then. So confused now with a lot of trades. They even got until conference Finals against GSW.

And looks like no playoff appearance for them now. I even offer a bet on it but unfortunately, no one accepts it.

Also, another year again to Brandon Ingram and Lonzo Ball without playoffs.

J.J Redick will surely disappointed at this. He never missed playoffs for 13 seasons and even throw a joke at Zion not to screw his playoffs streak lol.

Haha. Redick will be watching Riddick of Vin Diesel while resting without a playoffs game.  Grin

Young guns though are really unlucky going to different teams and then not even having an experience for a playoffs game.
They must really try it once, they will surely know how hardcore it will be unlike the season.

Oh! look at this.

New Orleans Pelicans -3.5 (1.94) vs Denver Nuggets +3.5 (1.88)
That fast?!!!
Is Zion really that huge of an impact that it went thru Vegas?  Grin
They are starting to be emotional.
4464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub Adds Tether Stablecoin as New Crypto Payment Option on: January 24, 2020, 01:16:43 AM
I really don't know what to say about this.
Is it really good if it is USDT? Are we really on the step to accepting crypto currencies or is it just USD itself being digital?
Why not LTC, XRP or better bitcoin?
Yeah, it is a big corporation, no doubt about that. For me, it ain't really a step forward but something that is stopping the real crypto adoption.

I understand that they might be in doubt accepting other altcoins since there is no stability yet but USDT? A big no for me.
Bashers are welcome.

Here's some highlights of Zion Williamson NBA Debut: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=115173626513645

He scored 17 points straight in the 4th quarter!

What a game to make a debit after coming back from knee injury. He kept his composure and scored some good and sweet 3 pointers. Out of 22 , 17 came from that quarter...wow what an impact. Though they lost it but Williamson getting back will boost Pelicans from hereon.

That's right, even with loss Williamson will get his composure going to the next game he would play. Even with limited minutes, he played monster game against a renowned team like the Spurs.

Yes, New Orleans might now be talking a lot about him.
They will gain a lot of audience starting now.
Just thinking that there could be a chance for a playoffs game will make you cheer for them and even go watch it live.

This is something really enormous for New Orleans.
When was the last time they went to the playoffs?
Oh it was just 2018. I forgot they got Anthony Davis back then. So confused now with a lot of trades. They even got until conference Finals against GSW.
4466  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Cost $ 25,000 by 2021? on: January 23, 2020, 10:36:59 AM
Coming from a newbie account, i'd understand if op would have high hopes for this year with btc even breaking all time high. But those are hopes from someone who haven't been on the market for  long time and haven't experienced such happenings as that of 2018. You probably have read about the halving and it's ath effects in the past, but i'm sure that that repeating would be very unlikley this time. Mainly because btc has had more attention drawn to it during the end of 2017 and the whole of 2018. People would need to jump on a huge fomo run for us to reach that level and majority won't fall for that anymore.

True. But we could still see effects of FOMO but with just hundreds of increase. They will always be there lurking in the shadows.  Grin

We can say that the number of bitcoin is stretched now with different users. It ain't like before where whales are always the one being blamed after jumping in prices, rise or fall. They are on the front page of articles.
But now, it is difficult to look for a reason when waves are coming.
It is really way different from 2017. We might see little bumps going up but that is a good sign for me.
4467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 23, 2020, 08:13:08 AM
For those who are following along Zion currently only has 2 points 3 rebounds and he might not play much more
https://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/4395628/zion-williamson
Yep, he had bad start, first 3 quarters only 5 points and then in last quarter 17 points , 4/4 for 3 pts in that period. If he wasn't on restricted minutes he would score way more. I might be wrong, but it  seems to me like he lost a bit of weight. That would definitely be a good thing for him, to reduce chance for injuries.
For me that is one hell of a good start. This kid is something else.
His shoulders are really big and he might carry a lot with those.
Just looking at how ecstatic the crowd was when he shoots the ball. They want something from him. Playoffs maybe? Not this year but maybe next.
Who knows? It is still possible if they could get a good run.
But I am seeing they are taking care of him. The lead was not that much against the Spurs but they let him rest.
4468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Increasing Number, Who Own 1 bitcoin on: January 23, 2020, 06:48:43 AM
It is a still a low number.

That just means millions of bitcoin is still being hoarded by a small group.
We really need to take it out from them.
It must really be divided to many so that there will no thoughts of manipulation.

We all know there is that thought with the mass about that. They don't want to get in because they still think someone is still behind all of this.
4469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV May Look More Like Joke, but There’s More to It on: January 23, 2020, 05:25:10 AM
So, where is that "more to it"?

You just told a story and the price fluctuation of BSV. What else could it offer?
Same with Bitcoin?  Cheesy

Yeah, there is more to it. It is a joke that had been made by a real comic. Now, people are having fun about him.
Another more to it, it will really go down soon. Mark it.
4470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 23, 2020, 02:29:53 AM

Hm, this article  got me confused, how could Jazz give Derrick Favors and Dante Exum for Kevin Love since those 2 guys already left Jazz ( Favors to Pelicans for two second-round picks in order to give Jazz more cap space and  Exum for Jordan Clarkson)?
Checked the date, it is outdated. It was June 28, 2019.
Damn date was not that much visible.

Anyone else interested to see how will Victor Oladipo  look after big break due injury? He is supposed to come back soon, on January 29th (  supposedly the same day as Zion Williamson).

I am really excited to see Oladipo back. I actually missed him a lot.  Grin
Pacers is 28-16 without him. They are doing great, what more when he is around.
The chemistry might get a little whack in the start but I am betting they will still remember how they do it when he was there.

Zion on the other hand had so much weight in his shoulders. It might become an obstacle if he could not carry it.
He needs a lot of support from the young team.
I bet we will be flowing with news and articles about him even from just his debut.
4471  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will Bitcoin do next in the near term? on: January 22, 2020, 02:21:26 PM
2 weeks away from this posts and we are seeing quite good difference in price.
I bet everyone should be happy by now. Are they? Or is it still not enough?

I think April will be the real deal here. When it is so near the halving that people will panic.
Something like a Panic buy when all is said and done.
My prediction is that, it will really cost them a lot at that time telling themselves I should have bought it before.
4472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin value starts with people's attention? or with its technology? on: January 22, 2020, 01:00:40 PM
You are not seeing it now because it became a store of value.
Anything that is limited will have that kind of event. Gold, oil or painting and rare items.
Because of that, people will appreciate its value as it takes longer in the market specially when it is mint.

Now, people don't value art that much by now. They want something with a connection with technology.
Bitcoin is being offered. You will just need to see through the future.

10 NBA Players Most Likely to Get Traded Before the Deadline

The 2019 NBA trade deadline wasn’t blockbuster-heavy -- and not nearly as dramatic as 2018, when the Cavs blew up their roster in the name of clinging to LeBron -- but it did feature a number of noteworthy names heading to new teams. Markelle Fultz, Nikola Mirotic, Harrison Barnes, and Iman Shumpert were among those NBA players who changed addresses.

https://www.complex.com/sports/2020/01/nba-trade-deadline-players-likely-to-be-traded/andre-drummond

Something to watch for, this is the moment that I am waiting and see if these poor teams can still catch up with the remaining games of the season.

Derrick Rose to be traded again, wow.. how many teams he already played so far?

Markieff Morris - this guy is good, he will be useful for the Rockets, (this team needs another scorer)

Kevin Love to Portland and that would be a great improvement to the team, I'll bet on them to win in the west,

It is going to be wild West when this guy Kevin Love land on the West.
Here are some good points.

https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2843117-realistic-trade-packages-and-landings-spots-for-kevin-love#slide5

But I would really bet that it would be Suns which he will land.
Portland already made a good bet with Ariza and also successfully releasing a lot of tax.
They might stay with that for now and try to make something out of it.

Trade deadline is almost over. They will need to decide now.
This is going to be another edit for NBA 2k20 game.  Grin
4474  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My personal challenge: $1,000 to $1 Million on: January 22, 2020, 07:57:13 AM
First of all good luck.  Wink You will need it.

Yeah, 8 years sounds too long.
So, is it going to be $1M in cash or in USDT? or maybe it will be better in bitcoin but I think you cannot calculate it well since it is moving a lot.
It will happen, as long as you stay with the low risk kind of trading or investment.

As for my own view, I would pretty much prefer $1m in bitcoin. Just at that range even though it is still moving in thousands or hundreds.
As long as I know it is near $1m.  Grin
4475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating shit TOKEN make good profit ? on: January 22, 2020, 07:14:32 AM
Why not post here what kind of token you will be creating or name it?

That way we could avoid it.  Wink
Yes, there might be profit there but who knows. Maybe not.
It is a risk.
Since there is no project behind it, what is the purpose of creating it? How will you market it to investors?
Are you really going to tell them to just buy the token without anything to give them back as assurance?
4476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 22, 2020, 02:54:20 AM
Or this could be just a bad game for them. No excuse, there's no coming from their shots, literally just a bad game.

Really a bad game for the Lakers while at the same Celtics are no doubt in good shape. Bottom line, no excuse for Lakers why they lose.

See the effort of Lakers trying to narrow down the lead but Celtics are insanely nailing consecutive shots even majority of those are contested.

And anyone knows "Jaylen Green"? lol. I just noticed it on the 4th.

That was funny. Who was the commentator? Is it Marv Albert? Sorry I haven't watched the game yet.
But lately I have been hearing errors with Marv in speaking names of players.

He might have been reading a lot about this.
https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2872195-5-star-g-jalen-green-denies-pro-basketball-rumors-i-am-going-to-college
Which is why he is making errors. Or he could be just jumbling names with Danny and Jaylen.  Grin That was hilarious for both are colors.  Cheesy

Looking at the stats 5 players have double digits score and most of them have 20+. They even let Kanter score 18 with just 24 minutes of game time.
4477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the right way to teach them? on: January 21, 2020, 02:59:41 PM
Should it really go that far?

It looks like what you will talk about can all be found here.
Well, if that suits your countrymen then I think it will not be bad.

But what will they get afterwards? I don't think there is a certificate for that. Something to prove that they went thru an academy which you people have started.
Where will you get the approval of the government? Those kind of things needs to be deeply thought first.
Or, you will just be doing another time wasting curriculum for all your students.
Maybe 2-3 hours in weekends should be enough. Why not just skype?
In what country is this?
4478  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [Non-exhaustive] List of trusted and most known traders in the Crypto Twitter on: January 21, 2020, 02:06:32 PM
The more you follow "known & professional" traders from web, it become more easier for them to manipulate your thoughts which eventually helps them to manipulate the market. Because a real pro trader will never talk about his strategies openly in public forum - it's their trade secret! A pro trader will always try to safeguard their own strategies. If you find someone is freely talking about secret strategy, leave that place at once! It's always best to use your own brain!

I am sure a lot of traders here will agree to my point!

True.
If I am one then why should I?
If it goes viral then it will be my problem to look for another strategy. I'd rather keep it safe for myself.

Now, this pro that is saying are making other kind of tactics. Something that is already obvious to everyone.
They will just input graphs that are difficult to understand and then followers will come to it.
Because of that,  manipulating them will be easy.
Tell them to do this and that and they will obey. How will he prove it? By looking at how the market will react.
4479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 21, 2020, 10:16:18 AM
I don't get why this topic loves Utah Jazz this much, for example Grizzlies have been on a 7 win streak as well which is even more astonishing because these guys were at 9th spot, even at 10th spot at one point but now they are about 2 games away from the 9th spot and managed to secure a spot at playoffs for this time being.

They are on the 8 spot by this time and their winning streak was snapped by the Pelicans.
Maybe a 10 or more games winning streak from a bottom seed teams would typically catch their attention. I was even surprised why the name Ja Morant wasn't in a hot discussions lately. I mean this rookie is something special he's so athletic, make his own shot, and can do assist.

Indeed a real playmaker.
I love watching those type of players just like Doncic.

Ja has different style though. Doncic tends to penetrate the paint with a style which is difficult to defend while Ja uses his agility to force his way in.
With a good passing skill these two will be more difficult to guard.
But, they both need more experience and they are getting a lot of it by now.  Wink
4480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No, Bitcoin SV Will Not ‘Run the Internet’ Someday on: January 21, 2020, 06:17:39 AM
This is what I don't like when they  are using the "bitcoin" name.
Suddenly, there will be a coin which will be hyped. Same thing that happened with Bitcoin Cash.
They all want their SV and here is one proof of it.

We all see how much threads are made here in the forum on how they can receive their BCH.
Is this any different with that?
Soon all of this will be over. They better make profits out of it before it falls to hell.
