4481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is betcoin.ag a scam? what do you think? on: September 04, 2016, 02:37:33 PM
Personally, I don't have any issues there, I have registered and played there over 1 year.

VIP program is not good, because the points can't earn more in sportsbook, and they seldom give us cash prize.

About jackpot non-payment, I think betsoft is also "scam" if you think betcoin is scam. While most casinos also partner with betsoft, I have no idea why you guys call betsoft and betcoin are scams.

Both, Betsoft and betcoin.ag are clearly a scam: https://game-protect.com/betsoft-scam/

Where is daily surprise box? It is fucking 1 month, I don't get anything from 1 month, will you compensate us??   Angry Angry Angry

Their revenue is decreasing recently, so they have to reduce the gifts:

- They did not pay a 100% sure and clear won jackpot BetSoft Non-Payment of Jackpot

- There are a ton of accusations/issues What's wrong with Betcoin.ag? Here's a list.

- They have to pay an army of minimum 60 promoters to keep the fraud scheme alive and moved to a self-moderated signature campaign thread

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1535816.msg15838346#msg15838346

- They already had to reduce their max rakeback from 140% to 133% and Xiaoxiao had to lock his thread

- Betcoin-moles stopped lying for Betcoin and this is really a serious sign

4484  Economy / Gambling / Re: Scam casinos list / not paying casinos on: September 03, 2016, 08:36:23 PM
As far as I know they have not paid him the full amount but they reach an agreement and jasonort has been paid just a bit more of 100 btc but I am not sure. There is a big thread in the scam accusation section of the forum which you can find valuable data for betcoin.ag and specifically this case.
Even if he did receive 100btc it is many hundreds of bitcoins short of what he should have received.
The slot was provided by BetSoft who provide many of the slots at bitcoin and other Internet casinos.
I would like to know if the rule of not winning the jackpot during free spins was passed onto betcoin.ag before this incident or not, at least if we knew that i would know wso i know who's side to take.
It seems no such rule existed beforehand. Have a look here, he posted all the transcripts to their forum:

https://www.betcoin.ag/non-payment-jackpot-glam-life-my-support-ticket-transcript

(this was before they reached the settlement). So I consider it a SCAM. It's obviously Betcoin.ag's fault for not knowing how their provider's games work, so they promised a win that couldn't exist in that situation.
Thats right no rule at betcoin existed before this incident so they were at fault, but was it that they did not read the terms and conditions of the game from BetSoft and therefore fucked up 100% or did BetSoft not tell betcoin that the jackpot could not be won during the free spins?

If BetSoft did tell betcoin.ag about the clause then why did they involve themselves with this case, just because the game was played on their servers?
Maybe they just provide great support but it just seemed strange to me.
The payout structure of the game "the Glam Life" is directly stated in the paytable of the game and provided by Betsoft. Free spins were not excluded in the paytable of the game and were therefore eligible for the jackpot.

Who owes the jackpot is explained here: https://game-protect.com/betsoft-scam/

There is no juridical valid settlement, they owe the full jackpot. Therefore, betcoin.ag and Betsoft is clearly a scam!

www.sportsbet.io

They did clarified this thing in the past that sportsbet.io is kinda like a sister site for bitcasino.io . Its kinda like bitcasino is more like casino and sportsbet focus more on sportsbook. Does it even matter though, not that you can do anything at all or willing to do anything if something goes south obviously
They did clarify this thing in the Terms of Service section of their website? Because this is the place where such things have to be clarified/stated.

Based on what can you not do anything at all in Curacao?

Do you also know why people are not willing to do anything if something goes south?
4486  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: September 03, 2016, 12:25:46 PM

Actually it is not difficult especially if you have big bankroll and have the "brave" to bet big amount. i.e you may bet 5btc bet in a parlay bet with total odds 1.5 This will give you 2.5btc profit already, while other players won a parlay with higher odds (e.g 100x) but the bet amount is only 10mbtc. Means that you are still leading on the leaderboard.
Overall, higher bankroll --> higher chance to win on a leaderboard promo by sportsbet.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

yes I think it is not difficult, but it is dependent for those who have big bankroll it may be easy to get the position rank the top, but a small capital that would have been difficult, but if you have a good strategy in making a parlay with a high odds, it is possible to enter to rank the top.

The idea behind too good to be true promotions is to draw as much deposits in as possible. Especially if you are an anonymous operator and have already embezzled player deposits... Wink

How much is Casino balance, FUNC 11090 (Holder 1) worth in BTC?

Hello!

As far as 1 FUNC is equal to 0.0001 BTC for now, it was about 1.109 BTC.

Thank you. This confirms your fraud scheme!

So he received an interest rate of 200% per month and this would be 2400% per year!!!

Only criminals offer such an unrealistic high interest rate to draw deposits in. You can get easily loans for an interest rate of 20% per year, so why would you pay 2400%? LOL, nice tale story bro.  Roll Eyes

And as you are anonymous, you can simply say good bye at any time! But I have to admit, if people are really that stupid, then please do it and pay the prize for your stupidy...

When I play "the Glam Life" at Fun-Casino and win the jackpot, of course will I get the money from you.  Smiley

But who collect the "the Glam Life" jackpot contributions? Do Fun-Casino collect the "the Glam Life" jackpot contributions and keep it stored untill the jackpot is hit or do Betsoft collect the jackpot contributions and if the jackpot is hit, then Betsoft send the money to you and Fun-Casino give the money to the winner?

Could you please explain why do you ask this? As a winner you will be paid anyway so you shouldn't worry about that Wink
You have a casino and you do not understand why people want to know who collects the jackpot contributions and who has to pay the jackpot if triggered? Jesus Christus...

Based on what will I get paid anyway? As you are hiding, for sure not based on contract or civil laws...

It's a kind of confidentional into you are asking for. You just should understand neither Game provider nor FUN-CASINO itself are interested to loose players' trust and spoilt the reputation not paying in case of big winnings. There is a special so-called "Extra funds" in case of big winnings, so no worries about that.
You are obliged by civil law to state who collect the jackpot contributions and who owes the jackpot to the winner. So no, there is no kind of confidentional into I am asking for. If you are not willing to disclose this information, then you breach international basic law and I do not recommend to deposit at your anonymous service at all. There are unlike better alternatives out there...

You probably live on the moon, but Betsoft and Betcoin.ag already lost players's trust with not paying the $400,000 jackpot Jasonort won:
BetSoft Non-Payment of Jackpot

So you see that no one of these criminals care about their reputation. Their business model is to promote their scam thru paying money to criminal affiliates and criminal promoters and they do not rely anyhow on player's trust.

Where and by whom and how much is there a provable so-called "Extra funds"? You have the same content less spelling style like other criminal game and gambling providers have.

I noticed you have some huge progressive jackpots on some of your betsoft games like greedy goblins and especially glam life.

can the fun casino jackpots be won at any other casino?
when a jackpot is won how much is seeded back into the new jackpot?
are the odds to hit the jackpot the same at each denomination?

can the fun casino jackpots be won at any other casino? >> sorry, didn't catch actually what do you mean here? Huh

He asked if the "the Glam Life" slots in other online casinos contribute to the "the Glam Life" jackpot in your Fun-Casino?

Or do only Fun-Casino "the Glam Life" slots contribute to the Fun-Casino jackpot?

Because the progressive jackpots at your Fun-Casino slots are huge, he assume that the slots from other online casinos contribute as well to feed the huge jackpot and therefore can be won as well from players from other online casinos connected to the "the Glam Life" jackpot.

In other words, Betsoft collect the contributions from the "the Glam Life" slots from Fun-Casino and from other online casinos and if someone win the jackpot in any of the connected casinos, then Betsoft pays the jackpot to the casino where the player won the jackpot?

If you play in this game in FUN-CASINO and win jackpot there so for sure you will be paid this sum in this exact casino where you played, no any other. If I understood your correctly. Wink

Hi guys,

I'd like to share my story of how betcoin fucked me. I'm going to keep this as short and simple as period and let all the screenshots do the talking. Basically made 4 sportsbook bets that were legitimately placed and after the event has finished, MANY hours after, betcoin changed my original bets from kills/match to rounds/match.

http://imgur.com/a/3HjMs
Shows bets placed in both wallet transactions as well as sportsbook history.

http://imgur.com/a/Fi8qi
shows how they changed my original bet i made from kills/round to rounds/match. Also shows many discussions I've had with chat "support" about where betcoin is located and who they are licensed by. Correct me if I'm wrong but last time I checked Antigua and Costa Rica were not the same.

http://imgur.com/a/FA7AT
Support ticket created and response. Mario, in charge of the sportsbook at betcoin, states that there was a mix up of market names. That's funny because whenever I make a bet and accidentally make a wrong bet, whether it be the team, over/under, etc, there is no "oh I made a mistake, I take it back, cancel and refund my mistake."

If there is anyone that actually knows if betcoin is licensed by WPN and how I would contact the licensing authorities or whoever I'm supposed to contact, I'd appreciate it as I would like to make a formal complaint. Thanks for your time.

The domain betcoin.ag is nowhere licensed! Only incorporated companies could apply for a license.

I think it is not difficult to realize that betcoin.ag is a blatant lie:

About the casino

Betcoin was founded in 2013 by Ali Bagheri and Magnus Lindberg, who are i-gaming experts. It is not definite as to when Betcoin was actually launched. Betcoin’s about page does not really disclose any more information about its management or its history. We initially thought that Betcoin is based in Antigua and Barbuda basing from Internet country code top-level domain (.ag). But after further research, we found out that it is actually located in Costa Rica.

These "experts" thought that Betcoin is based in Antigua and Barbuda because of the domain. LOL

But hey, they found out that Ali Bagheri and Magnus Lindberg founded Betcoin and this even though the Betcoin's about page does not really disclose any more information about its management or its history. Applaud, applaud...

And where is the proof or source that Ali Bagheri and Magnus Lindberg are behind Betcoin? Furthermore, where is the proof or source that Betcoin is located in Costa Rica?

What is the name of the operator in Costa Rica? Did they even read Betcoin's juridical not valid Terms of Sevice, were Betcoin suggest that they are governed in Hong Kong and Curacao?

This is the case for WPN skins, but Betcoin is no WPN skin/partner. They have some kind of a special status.

Here are the WPN partners:

Americas Cardroom, True Poker, BetCris Poker, YaPoker, BetDSI, Black Chip Poker, BookMaker, Poker Host.

Words have more than one definition and they also have more than one antonym.
The antonym of "max bet" is "min bet"

"Free" when used in the monetary sense, as in "freespin" means not costly, minimum fee, or zero wager.  "Maximum" when used in the monetary sense, as in "maxbet spin," means most costly, maximum fee, or absolute wager.
To be able to win a "max bet", requires to bet money. And in most cases, it was costly until someone won several "max bets"!

Maybe you missed the theme, but we speak in the gaming sense and not in the monetary sense.  Roll Eyes

The only juridical relevant part in regards to Jasonort's jackpot win is:

Quote
5 jackpot symbols on "max bet" wins the JACKPOT!

And this totally independant of whether the "max bets" were won or paid directly.

Only someone directly from Betcoin would persistently repead his non sensical lies!

No. There's a thread for this stuff and it has been gone over too many times.  Players were compensated, the true multi-accounters were removed, and Betcoin gave a great deal away out of their own pocket during that period.
This statement confirms what I have already assumed, you are a part of Betcoin! Only Betcoin management knows what is paid with what. Customers have no insight to accounting...  Shocked

@OP

I'm sure people can tell.  But, thanks for posting.

There are laws against Stalking/Harassing/Defaming, etc that applies to online as well.

You might want to pursue that route, instead of forum posts?

Who exactly should he sue? The anonymous Betcoin or the anonymous Xiaoxiao or the anonymous cjmoles?

cjmoles is likely someone from Betcoin directly:

- He persistently spreads lies and defends Betcoin

- His posts are usually large, but someone who just want to get paid, would try to make shorter posts, just to get the money

- He persistently attacks accounts calling out the truth about the Betcoin scam

Would be not surprised if Xiaoxiao is as well deeper connected to Betcoin. He is the only up to 133% rakeback affiliate here on bitcointalk. But usually other people would do the same, especially if you consider that they have an army of over 50 promoters. But affiliate would be unike more lucrative, especially for lie experts like cjmoles.

So why only one affiliate?

In  the Full Flush Poker scam, How Quaint/kahntrutahn, who has deeper ties with this scam, is also the only one who is allowed for P2P transfers, so he can buy balances for cheap.

Xiaoxiao has also the same behaviour like cjmoles and he also log threads like Betcoin do...

(BELOW COMMENT IS NOT DIRECTED AT RHavar but a general observation!)
Ironically, this situation is very similar to me being asked to remove my signature.  Only difference is that I didn't threaten if anyone refused to act, I didn't make threads about anyone, I didn't make any private messages public, and I didn't strike first or at all with negative feedback.  Had I done those things, I would certainly be guilty of whatever I've accused TwitchySeal of doing.

You have threaten me to remove my justifiably feedback:

I'm going to paint your other account red with negative feedback if you don't remove this.  Thought I'd give you the chance to do the right thing first.

Here's the negative feedback I'll be returning to you tomorrow if you do not remove the unwarranted negative feedback immediately.  I will be more harsh to alt accounts I discover linked to this account, as well as alerting the scam patrol and moderator staff to do the same.  Please do the right thing and save us both the time and negative energy.

Quote
Leaving negative feedback because of who purchased my advertising?  Clearly this unstable individual and his service should be avoided.

I'm not going to dignify you with any further discussion.  Tomorrow I will leave you negative feedback if you do not do the right thing.  If you send me any other message besides apologize for leaving me negative trust because I fulfilled the promise of my signature auction then I will set your account to ignore.  I'm not going to play games with you..  Good luck.  Seek help for your gambling addiction.  Nobody is to blame for your current situation but yourself.

You do realize that is the forum's policy, right?

If you were to remove your negative trust, I can put in a policy that companies with negative trust can no longer bid on my signature advertising slot.  This would mean I would no longer be advertising for betcoin.ag (or similar untrusted organizations) at the end of this month.

That is the best I can do without breaking the contract I have in place, and is a final attempt at compromise to end this feud with you.

After you realized that you can not threaten me, you put me on your ignore list

I do not know what you have with Lutpin or TwitchySeal, but you definitely made a mistake with connecting my account to Lutpin's or TwitchySeal's.

After I realized yesterday that you stopped promoting the publicly proven Betcoin scam, I removed my feedback, like I did and will do with anyone else.

This confirms that I do not harass anyone who promotes or promoted the Betcoin scam. I did not send pm to anyone, did not threat them and did not ask to leave the campaign.
