I can't check every individual on the list, but I'm sure most became active forum users Cute. But wrong. I checked the first 10, and 9 of them have 0 posts (AKA Nuked). One of them has 580 Activity now, and 0 Merit because bounty spam isn't worth Merit. and those who were nuked moved on to open new accounts. Nothing was solved Hundreds of farmed account were Nuked and their IP-addresses got evil point for it. Of course there will always be spammers, but every account that gets banned is one spammer less. The fact that there's much less spam now than we had 4 years ago confirms it's working. I'll end this discussion here. If you want to continue this, feel free to open another topic for it. |

You don't expect the admin to ban someone for 6 nasty posts, do you? The forum would be better without such users. Remember when you asked the Admin to ban DdmrDdmr for spamming when he was a newbie? That's a different case: DdmrDdmr's username came up in an automated search, which wasn't meant to be exhaustive. Luckily, the Mods did their checks. Around the same time hundreds of users got banned based on the list I provided. |

Forum Mods can update the forum rules over time, especially for AI. Some people use AI to write posts Like Edcrypto91. I reported 4 of his posts, and 6 of them got deleted. But he didn't get banned, which is disappointing. Maybe he got a temporary ban, but I can't know that. Chat AI spam is plagiarism, but without clear source it's hard to prove. If shitting all over the tech boards isn't enough to get this user banned, reporting him feels like a waste of time. He's now on my ignore list, which makes one less user to report his posts. |

The wallet's "Preferences" have missed "Transactions" tab, so plenty of useful features like "Advanced preview ", "Spend only confirmed coins" and so on are missing.
Those settings are moved to the settings icon in " New Transaction" window. ( After clicking "Pay..." in the 'Send' tab) For " Advanced Preview", just click 'Preview' instead of 'OK'. I was searching for this yesterday, and couldn't find it. So thanks  I didn't try that icon because I instantly clicked Preview. Implementation of those settings was more straightforward in previous versions. Such important settings must be the first things for user to see when he/she opens the wallet rather than hidden under "pay --> send" steps, the final steps which are very thrilling for user, IMHO. Agreed. It looks like they removed features to make it easier for n00bs, but it's unlogical. I don't want to click Pay before I'm done adjusting all settings. |

I found a different solution: Electrum 4.4.0 doesn't have the option to add a locktime anymore, but it allows to save a transaction to history. After that, I can use that transaction as input, and from there, I've created a transaction to send the funds. I'm currently waiting for the locktime to be reached, so I can test if it really works when I broadcast both transactions.

You don't need 7 TB for that. I'm pretty sure a fraction of a percent of that amount would have been enough to log every transaction ever made through CM. The entire Bitcoin blockchain is only 0.5 TB. |

My question is, is it theoretically possible to do bitcoin mixing without the use of third party coins? Of course. You can mix all your own Bitcoins together, also called consolidating. Chipmixer was good, but my understanding is that they were still using pre-made coins (chips) to mix. Do you even know how Bitcoin works? Where else do you expect Bitcoins to come from? |

I had to pay fees higher than 10 sat/vB and as I said, I had to wait up to an hour or more to get one confirm. With a decent wallet, you can always choose your own fee. Sometimes it takes 6 weeks to confirm, but depending on your needs, that may be totally fine. what does that 0 sat/vB mean that's written on the image above on top of the block? I don't know, ask whoever created that image  |

One interesting thing that I found out is that almost everyone except the ones with tons of experience struggled with the circular design, it seems like transferring the logo into BB code is the most challenging thing. And even then, it varies per browser. I use 4 different browsers, and most signatures look different in all of them. |

Let's start with the definition: to (cause different substances to) combine, so that the result cannot easily be separated into its parts That's what happens with many Bitcoin transactions, for instance after you deposit to a centralized exchange or casino. So the question is what you're trying to accomplish. If you're looking for a decentralized mixer, I haven't seen one yet.

It looks like you're first sending all deposit to your own multisig address, and then consolidating them again into the same address. Why don't you skip a step by consolidating deposits while processing withdrawals? So instead of: deposit A > multisig deposit B > multisig multisig > multisig + withdrawal C You'd get: deposit A + deposit B + multisig > multisig + withdrawal C |
