4501  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: April 04, 2016, 03:10:52 PM
Not an easy task. You would definitely need some capital to get started.
Most people think that is all you would need to double it but you also need a strategy plan in place or you will be just going in circle without making anything or worst losing your capital investment.
Lol. You will not be able to double your zero bitcoins. Obviously we need some initial amount of bitcoins to double it. I agree doubling bitcoins is not an easy task and not suitable for all the people. Still I believe we can double our bitcoins in quick time with some hard works.
4502  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: March 31, 2016, 08:31:12 PM
me? i think I started to believe bitcoin.
I can only pray for the best for in the future of bitcoin.  Grin
The support of its users is also need along with pray, if the people remain with bitcoin and use it as a normal currency and do not prefer other crypto currency in reative to it then it can benefit us.
Yes, this year in which about more than 50% of the internet users have adopted bitcoin for their international and other virtual transactions and are satisfied with it, so believing on it is definite.
4503  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: March 31, 2016, 08:19:17 PM
Bitcoin will have a good year in 2016, you can see now that Bitcoin will be more acceptable in some stores.
And that is very good to see, you can see now Bitcoin rise not only in use but also in value and that is very good.

Yes , later this year and the early part for 2017 will be the best for Bitcoins.
Yes, if not in this year bitcoin got establishment in all over the world, then it will get its pesk success at the 2017, as now bitcoin has achieved enough fame and is going to be a global currency.
4504  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: March 31, 2016, 07:56:23 AM
I hope you are right. I would like to see bitcoin go mainstream, even in australia, and it would be much more convenient if you could spend bitcoin in normal stores.
It would definitely be there at our local stores to be accepted for purchase anything but require some time to establish, we need to introduce it to everyone in our local community, so it will happen.
4505  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect BTC ?? on: March 30, 2016, 08:28:48 AM
There are many different ways to earn bitcoins, Starting from faucets and signature going through online methods in general.
Starting a faucet might be a beneficial way of making good amount of bitcoin in short time. But many people here never consider starting an own faucets.
Because most of the people here are focusing to earn with faucet not looking for starting a own faucet. It is just due to lack of knowledge about faucet and how to getting start with it.
4506  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: March 30, 2016, 07:13:35 AM
i'm buying bitcoins because i'm hoping the price will go up in the future. i guess most of us that's were doing. For now, i'm still holding it, i also wait for the upcoming halving.

Ive been buying in small amount whenever there is a sudden price drop
You must be doing a great way of accumulating more bitcoin with comparatively less price than other people. But I just buy bitcoin with what ever price, only the requirement for that is, I have some extra money. But you are doing the complete different but efficient way.
Buying at whatever price will cost you more but waiting for little price drop to buy must be a better idea to get cheaper bitcoins. Anyway thanks for the great idea I'm just going to follow this to buy some bitcoins here after.
4507  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: March 28, 2016, 06:22:21 PM
I'm going for the bitcoin wallet because the security of it is much better, my bank is down a lot and I can do nothing if I want to pay something.
With the bitcoin I never had this problem and its also much faster.

Banking too have high security. The problem is it can be accessed by bank professional's. As wallet is considered as our own bank it's one step ahead in security than banking. So both are required at present.
Yes, that is the present scenario. A common man will need both bank and bitcoin wallet. Because when security and convenient are concerns, we need  both bank account and bitcoin. Once bitcoin is more popular than we can simply switch over completely bitcoin by ignoring bank accounts.

4510  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market ended. Now going to $500 on: March 12, 2016, 06:43:17 AM
we need stable at price $450 for 1month before we reach $500 again. look at the current price, price still far from $500. keep hold your bitcoin friend.
I do not think so, even prices jumping towards $500 and then $550 levels also will give you sustaining and stable prices around $500 price levels. Yes, not only the slow and steady movement gives higher prices always.
4511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We missed the ETH train. on: March 12, 2016, 06:30:52 AM
I believe that most alt coins are a scam. Best of luck to all the ETH supports but I'm not touching that.

Touch it by shorting it at the right time, that's my plan for Eth!
Yes it will come back for those who have missed the the current bump. If you are you good in trade you can enter now by shorting it. ETH is not an exception for bump and dump scenarios.
4512  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: March 12, 2016, 06:00:02 AM
The main thing i like about bitcoin is that is easy to use and you can receive payment without the hassle of going to a bank to get it or even call the bank to check if the money arrives in your account.
Yes bitcoin has eliminated the hassles on checking of funds arrivals. I also had done that like calling my bank to check the balance or visiting ATMs. But now just in a click I confirm my funds in explorer not even opening my wallets.
4513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Block reward for 2065 is lower than what I have now, is this correct? on: March 11, 2016, 08:13:01 PM
The 100th halving, with 5 years interval will occur after 500 years. How in 2065....?

And the worth of block reward would be more higher in future when we considering the following criteria.
a. Bitcoin prices would be in millions
b. Other than block reward, miners will earn from transaction fees. Obviously more transaction volumes in future.

PS : In 34th block reward halving, the reward goes to zero if still then we have 8 decimals.
4514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your idle coins? on: March 11, 2016, 07:02:48 PM
-snip-
But I do not prefer all my bitcoin to sleep ideally. I spit them 50-50 percent, the first of goes working for me in terms of investments. The second half waiting for price appreciations ie I hold them ideally and intentionally.
This is a very nice idea splitting our ideal bitcoins to get most benefits of bitcoin ecosystem by taking a calculated risk. Thanks for idea I'm going to follow it. I feel keeping all the coins idle, will diminish the chances of getting rich. So, taking 50% risk is highly affordable for me.
Unlike you, I still let all my bitcoin being ideal, because I do not believe on my own skills to make bitcoin working for myself. So price appreciation is the only hope I'm having to get some profits from my bitcoins.
Taking little risk is not that much bad idea with your ideal bitcoins. Because you can multiply bitcoins when you work with your Bitcoins along with price appreciation will get more definite profits. This means you will get double benefits when you are making your idle coins working.
4515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does martingale really works? on: March 11, 2016, 06:52:11 PM
yes, martingale really work, but need big bank and more time.
i use every day it. but profit is really low.
if your bank 100btc you can earn every day about 0.5..1btc

if you have 100 btc then you will never bet 1 satoshi. instead you will bet a bigger amount for bigger profit and so you will be in the position.

and if you start with 1 satoshi to minimize the risk then there is still a chance you lose all the 100 btc but at the same time your winning is small amounts of 1 satoshi because you will win most of the time.
This is where exactly the problem arises for most of the gamblers while applying Martingale strategies. Number of negative bets and bankroll are highly interlinked with base bet amount. To withstand many consecutive negative bet amount, we need to stick with very low base bet or you still need an infinite bankroll.
4516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest gambling victory on: March 11, 2016, 06:01:42 PM
My recently great gambling victory came with dart gambling. But I picked up with a tip from my friend, I invested some 300k dogecoins and won 120k dogecoins. It was so excited as total gambling comes to conclude within 30 min and achieved some good profits with that.
4517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: March 11, 2016, 05:52:04 PM
Everybody want to instant profit and fully safety of theirs welth,so that's is the core of problem.
Also it's not so popular thing nowdays.
Popularity of bitcoin is highly dependent of your geographic locations.
Instant profits and full safety are not possible with any format of money or investment in real life. Fortunately we can enjoy high profits from bitcoin in quicker time and highest protections to our wealth. Bitcoin is heading towards main stream in my view.
4518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anywhere to Gamble Ethereum? on: March 11, 2016, 07:22:22 AM
I could not understand when you are able to exchange/convert your altcoins to bitcoin, what is the need of searching for altcoin accepting services or gambling.

Other than this, if gambling houses also provide exchange services within their site, they will not be loosing an altcoin gambler.
4519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: March 10, 2016, 07:16:02 PM
Altcoins helped more people get into the crypto world, people that sooner or later also became bitcoiners.

Altcoins had also advertising (remember DogeCar?), which also helped bitcoin.

Some altcoins bring innovation, which may become useful for bitcoin too someday...

They do dillute the market indeed, but not that much...

I think altcoin is just quick way to earn profit for developers, traders and short-term investor.
Most altcoin are failure, scam or just a clone.

Only few altcoin which bring innovation or awareness about cryptocurrency.
But still a large number of people are attracted more to bitcoin than altcoin. It is said that altcoin helped bitcoin to be recognized to the world but that saying is not the fact and the fact is that time and the gradual demand and adoption has given every currency its own place.
