4501  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 24, 2021, 08:10:22 AM
Very much Possible but already price momentum has seemed to  slowed down in the last few days which could be a signal of a price correction to follow, so before anything let's wait for the pullback (correction) there after can we know if the bullish trend will continue to make the December predictions come true or will shall go back into the zone of $65k which might be a red alert of shorting the market.
4502  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am a bookmaker worker. Want to share info with you on: October 24, 2021, 05:18:56 AM
Hi. I am an employee in a popular russian bookmaker company.
I can provide you a very good information about matches, for this I am looking for a good worker, who can create accounts from different countries and bet for me (from 300 to 1000$ per match).
Let me guess, this has to do with those fixed matches I have seen all over the internet that leaves people investing their own hard earned money to a service which they lose out and the real winners are these providing which teams to bet on,smh!

I am long time in this business, so write me only if you can provide big amount of good quality accounts.
Good to know then you have built the capital to finance people to bet on your behalf to,if it's legit use an escrow service to place these bets so that people can remove the risk of losing their own money.

I use not only bet365 but also other international bookies, so I will consider all your proposals.
Hope, we can make a good business together:)
Considering you came to a crypto forum, it would be nice to direct people to crypto websites and not established fiat sportsbook and casino.

I found the person.
Thanks a lot for discussion and questions Wink

Didn't see this, good to hear you got what you were looking for...OP lock the thread to avoid further discussions. Goodluck.
4503  Bitcoin / Press / [2021-10-24] A Crypto Friendly Future For Australia, Senators Propose New Regula on: October 24, 2021, 01:11:02 AM
A Crypto Friendly Future For Australia, Senators Propose New Regulations

The Australian senate committee made 12 proposals to modify the current license and regulations over crypto assets, as well as the laws of taxation. The lawmakers believe Australia could take the lead in the digital economy if the laws were amicable.

The Senate Committee on Australia as a Technology and Financial Center (ATFC) states that the current regulations need to be adapted. As it was stated by the chairman: “The market is asking for regulation, and we are responding while trying to avoid trampling on innovation.”

Last year, Australian tax agents aimed to contact “as many as 350,000 individuals who have traded in cryptocurrency in the last few years.” To make a warning over meeting their tax obligations, as it was reported in News.com.au

The Australian law currently considers cryptocurrencies as an asset, therefore its investors are bound to pay a capital gains tax and report to the ATO if the digital asset is held for more than a year or makes any financial gain.

Dortmund got an easy game against Bielefeld today. Maybe Haaland was injured and wasn't able to play in this one but they were still highly the favorite team.
Haaland is their regular goal scorer and if he misses out any win that comes without this talented lad should be termed a hard fought win. Of course a 3-1 result might paint a picture of an easy win but unfortunately it doesn't tell the full story of how they got the result, regardless well done to BVB as the continue to put pressure at the top.

And in the other match Bayern Munich vs Hoffenheim, well Bayern need no introduction we know this team means business you are lucky if they don't score 2 or more goals as they don't disappoint when it comes to goals.
4505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask - Wallet or Account? on: October 23, 2021, 07:57:36 PM
I would like to think metamask is actually between being a wallet and an account without bringing any technical jargon into the picture but could be more sided of being a wallet. When altcoins and ICOs were popular when someone asked for best and safest  wallets for their Ethereum tokens the name that came up the most was of course metamask and I would still recommend it for someone looking for crypto familiarity.

So if I've a wallet and made 5 swaps with 5 different Accs would I be still eligable for the drop with the 5 Accs or just once for the entire wallet?

And if someone is using his trezor/ledger with Metamask will he be eligable too?

Thank you!

If making the swaps is the condition to get your reward then those other accounts should be treated as independent addresses too, as long as they haven't interacted with each other. Hope this isn't against the rules of the Airdrop.

Wait a minute...what, Everton lost! Here I was waiting for a payout notification to hit my inbox after that City win over Brighton and I haven't received it only to check that Everton lost. What happened here, you mean to say Watford is or was a better team.... or Everton just lost because they had a bad day at the office...and it not like they lost by a small margin but being beaten by a score line like 5-2 screams convincingly beaten! I really thought that home advantage should have meant something but seems these days this doesn't give any advantage to the home team, really didnt expect any surprise results here, feeling disappointed tbh:Smiley
4507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Some entrepreneurs harvesting biometric data for free crypto on: October 23, 2021, 06:43:05 PM
I just saw some article talk of a silicone valley entrepreneur offering free coins for your iris scan, imagine what or this data collected could affect you and me in this future should you sign up...am certain our governments will be interested parties into such because this is data that can't be easily changed so do such projects have data protection rules and laws to follow and what guarantee is there that they will not sell this data to third parties for their own financial gain??

Some article extracts
Sam Altman has been working on for his new start-up, a company called Worldcoin. Launched out of "stealth" on Thursday, Worldcoin promises to hand out free cryptocurrency to people who verify their accounts by taking an iris scan.

Quote
Worldcoin says it's already attracted $25 million in funding from Silicon Valley investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Coinbase and billionaire LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, giving the firm a $1 billion valuation.

Altman, CEO of artificial intelligence group OpenAI and former president of start-up accelerator Y Combinator, co-founded the company with theoretical physics student Alex Blania and Max Novendstern, a former investment associate at Bridgewater Associates.

The idea seems outlandish at first. Free money? And all I need to do is have my eyes scanned? It sounds too good to be true.

Are we crossing the line or this is an innovation to celebrate about?
4508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learn to laugh even if Bitcoin is crashing on: October 23, 2021, 05:48:13 PM
This could be a painful way of comforting ourselves should you invest and predict the wrong direction of bitcoin, because what will follow is constant checking of charts and price hoping it's changed direction which could be stressful and I have gone through this in my early days of knowing bitcoin. Afaik trying to laugh it out during a crashing market might be a temporary solution and won't help fix or overcome the feeling of loss...acceptance could be the easier route....
4509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance promoting Shiba Inu on: October 23, 2021, 04:56:43 PM
I didn't see this coming especially that they have mentioned "promote" to bring shiba inu to our attention. This could simply be a business deal that should benefit its investors and binance themselves who has an interest and btw Binance has dogecoin listed on its exchange so I really don't now how this will work out on one platform with other substitutes in the same niche. Just hope dogecoin isn't showing signs of losing market share...and they have chosen to support the other alternative.

4510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 23, 2021, 04:44:52 PM
Brighton vs Manchester City this game has really turned out to be super fast and Brighton is made to really defend and do less of the attacking as expected. The game is quite fast such that Brightons player Dunk had to clear the ball off the line but that wasn't enough to stop Manchester City from registering their first goal as they have forced a goal through Gundogan who has always scored against the home team. I hope these guys are not trying to challenge Chelsea's score line Roll Eyes
4511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 23, 2021, 04:00:22 PM
Well i put norwich +0.5 handicap at 7.5 which yeah thats how i do betting against my lovely club so whenever the bet lost that is just okay as my team win the real match and stay at the top of the league for sure.
I don't know whether to say you were brave or just read between the lines and placed your bet,, because Chelsea looked too dangerous to even try the handicap!

And since you mentioned betting against your team, chances are you might have placed a smaller wager than usual just for the fun of it...I do that sometimes  Tongue

nobody expected that 7 NIL and a hattrick from mason mount.. the first ever hatrick for chelsea.
7 Nil nobody saw this one coming, not even Oscar the octopus could predict this one! The only bad part of getting these many goals is you all get 3 points for a win regardless of number of goals...maybe rules need to be changed.

4512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 23, 2021, 01:58:24 PM
Some games to look forward to this afternoon

1. Crystal Palace vs Newcastle, well we all know Newcastle has new owners of the club who are expected to pump in more capital to put the club at a better position than it already is and if they can emulate what Manchester City managed to get...then Newcastle should be a regular in the top 10. My prediction for this game Crystal Palace 0-1 Newcastle.

2. Leeds vs Wolverhampton Wanderers , these are two teams have always enjoyed yo watch but I think non of them have reached their full potential but for this fixture I think wolves should have the edge because they have a better team imo.

Everton set sights on signing Lingard in January as plan revealed to evade FFP

Everton have set their sights on a January deal for Man United star Jesse Lingard in January, Football Insider has learned.

The Merseysiders will be in the market for an attacking midfielder capable of scoring goals and slotting straight into Rafael Benitez’s side.

An Everton source has told Football Insider that Lingard is on the club’s target list and Benitez is a big admirer of him.

The Merseysiders are planning to explore a loan-to-buy deal in which Lingard joins on an initial loan that is converted into a permanent deal at the end of the season.
Everton are targeting Lingard as they look to secure a replacement for Gylfi Sigurdsson, who will be let go at the end of the season.

4514  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-08-10] AMC will accept bitcoin as payment for movie tickets by year end on: October 23, 2021, 12:53:40 PM
At this point for the crypto economy to grow ,support will have to come from not only the crypto aligned companies  but also these well known and established non crypto companies which can act as ambassadors to help sell the crypto products to the people. This is a timely and commendable move by AMC entertainment, I guess this move should also see its share price raise once these crypto payments are available to the people.
4515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 23, 2021, 12:26:57 PM
Chelsea are really playing like champions this season and if they continue on this path I don't think we can write them off to win this campaigns English Premier League title...of course Manchester City and Liverpool might be other contenders that can't be written off but unfortunately Chelsea just stands out for me.

Current half time scores: Chelsea 3-0 Norwich
Norwich really forced to work had to get the ball and limiting their goal scoring chances ,I don't see these guys getting a goal at Stamford Bridge either as Chelsea are playing a solid game.
4516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: October 23, 2021, 12:16:40 PM
Torino - Genoa

It's an interesting game, I bet on Torino to win, and I hope Torino can win. Genoa is a team that has scored a lot of goals in the last games, in a way that makes me a little worried, but if Torino can have a good defense they have great chances of winning
It was a tightly contested match such that I thought Genoa could have got a point after chasing the game for long not until they got a goal back to reduce the deficit by one but torino had other plans and added an extra goal to make it 3-1 and the visitors responded late to make it 3-2. With this result Torino moved in ninth but this might be temporary as other teams have games in hand while Genoa will still remain in the relegation zone not until they start winning consistently.

Yesterday's match between Arsenal and Aston Villa really shocked me to say the least, I really expected Aston Villa to go into this game with their heads held high looking at their most recent head to head but unfortunately for them the gunners had other plans and made sure that they scored first and put in more goals to avoid forcing any draws...it was simply a wow moment to see these guys play like they did, all what's needed is a consistent game from now.
4518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 22, 2021, 04:35:37 PM
Today is another important day for Arsenal. Because they are going to host Aston Villa and they really need to play decently and win also. They had a really poor performance against Brighton and Crystal Palace before. Actually, they were better against Crystal Palace as they scored two goals but they still barely drew with Crystal Palace. The fans really missed to see their team playing strong and winning comfortably. But this is even a tougher match than the last ones. Aston Villa are showing a good performance against big teams. Arsenal can't be considered one of the biggest teams now but they will surely have a hard time beating Aston Villa. I think that it is likely for us to see a draw.
Arsenal is a very inconsistent team and I would not count them to get an easy win here because Aston villa for starters can be a menace when they want to....best result here should be say Arsenal 1-1 Aston Villa after both teams have players rested without Europen games duties.

Btw anybody looked at the last 3 games they two teams met....well Arsenal stands no chance to win. Other possible result Aston Villa 1-0 win .
4519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: October 22, 2021, 08:37:23 AM
One thing I love about europa league is that there's always goal galore, if your analysis is right you can win almost often with over 2.5 goals, Napoli finally gets their first win, a well deserved victory without conceding a goal, 3 nil, a shock result came out from Glimt vs Roma, can't believe that Roma will conceded 6 goals from Glimt, I'm just wondering what excuse Mourinho will have to say to the press, despite playing without no red card
Mourinho fielded a weak team which culminated to being thrashed 6-1 by Bodo/Glimt, I think he underated the Norwagian side thinking that they will not pose a serious threat or challenge to Roma thus by changing the main team giving other hard working players a chance to play unfortunately it backfires
Unfortunately this is football and it's going to be unfair on the coach to say that he fielded a weak team when maybe this was purely based on merit....but the again Mourinho is known for such stunts in trying to punish a few players by not giving then the game time.

though he admitted that he was responsible for the loss, meanwhile David Moyes side continue to lead their group as they eye a place in the knock out stage by defeating Ghenk 3-0, Moyes had turned the hammers to a very formidable club whose performance in the EPL and Europa league has been very encouraging.
Great to hear Moyes making the headlines for the right reasons, I guess coaching a big club like Manchester United was to hard of a task...now his found the perfect team.
4520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: October 21, 2021, 06:38:46 PM

Betting on Napoli would be a no go area for due to the terrible odds at around ~1.20, Not as if Legia Warsaw aren't capable of pulling an upset too.

Even if I'm expecting an easy win for Napoli, that'dsure a bet to avoid for me.
I second you on this one, and according to my experience this turns out to trap when most of us take such small odds to be bankers but game turns out to be a tough one and high chances of the favourite been beaten too.

My bet is actually on Lyon vs Sparta Prague BTTS and then Franfurt vs Olympiakos Over 2.5 goals.

Sparta Prague for me isn't any convincing for me and lyon playing from home will want to impress its fans and not forgetting the away goal was removed so not much motivation for these guys either as far as I can tell.

As for the Olympiakos match am expecting goals in this one as europa games are known for goals.
