4521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Diamond (DMD) Evolution v 2.0 | NEW wallet, 50% POS Active on: September 18, 2015, 12:32:02 PM
DMD have POS as main coin rollout mechanism
same as bitcoin have POW as main coin rollout mechanism

the difference is u need no big mining farms and renew/increase mining capacity to be able take part in coin rollout

not invest in hardware
instead invest in the coin direct

coins create coins as coin rollout mechanism

the most fair way of coin rollout

if people now sell or keep that earned DMD thats their own business

fact is if u keep them they increase ur POS earning power

if u sell them u helping spread the coin

more stakeholder is always good

low prices like now are ideal to attract new people

only total unexperienced investors are happy to join a coin that is on a all time high

experienced investor love the opportunity to invest when a coin is in a low price state

but how one can start holding the coin ,I have to buy ? or any giveaways?

Hi Kabapka,

DMD is worth 80k sats, how many do you want given to you?

Regards

chilo
yea i got that , I thought it has value of some satoshies..

My friend, you ve gotta spend money to earn money and nothing costs nothing, in real world or in crypto world.

BTW, HYP does not have 1000%+ rate, not even close to that. What HYP s got is a cap of 1000 blocks which can stake max per day. So in theory, not a single block you own have to stake, if this 1000 blocks limit is already taken. This means you stake rate with HYP, again in theory, can be 0%. Again, nothing costs nothing.
4522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you had to choose to put 5 BTC into 1 BTC investment, what would that be? on: September 18, 2015, 06:51:20 AM
If i had 5 btc to invest i would put it at poloniex,i would be lending it there isnt anything more safe then those at the moment.

So how does their lending service work seems a good way to provide services providing theirs some sort of backup for lending coins. Who are you lending to am assuming poloniex or lending to other users ?

As long as there s no collateral system to protect your loans, I do not think how anyone can go with lending these days.

I personally invest into in staking, quite profitable and much safer.
4523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not invest instead of cloudmining?? on: September 18, 2015, 06:49:05 AM
Classic home mining was profitable 2 years ago, cloud mining was profitable 1 year ago. The next thing is PoS, altcoins staking.

No worries about diff jump, power costs, new chips or anything similar. Just differentiate your investments into PoS coins and u can reach your ROI in about 200 days or so.
4524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LTCgear.com, the best scrypt/scrypt n/X11 cloud mining service, Not paying!!! on: September 17, 2015, 02:33:40 PM
He s lied to people for almost a year and suddenly he becomes a good guy. Yeah, right.

Good guy, nah, not nearly close. But I'm not sure he won't at one point start shipping some hardware around.

Again, why would he do that?

By now it s clear to him his clients cant do shit to him. So why would he suddenly start handing out money to people?

I think the Situation is more complex, in the end everyone has to make his own Decision if you want to pay the Shipping fee or not.
Some people still think that they will get something out of that. (me including)
Look, you also think that DMD is a good investment right? Most of the People would not agree with you, but you are still promoting it.
Sometime we want to believe in something.

The first time you get scammed by DMD, I ll follow your analogy. The first time DMD team promises something and does not deliver, I ll follow your analogy.
With LTCgear, we have all been lied and scammed dozens of times. How the fuck anyone can send him more money? Based on what? People who still belive in this scammer really deserve to get scammed over and over again. If that s the only way for them to learn, fine, send him your coins. Let me know how that went.

I still ask the same question, why would he ship them?

He s lied to people for almost a year and suddenly he becomes a good guy. Yeah, right.

Do you have any idea how much trouble would he have with Romanian tax service if he suddenly decided to ship 1000 boxes of computer parts to the rest of the world.
If he would ship them from somewhere else, that person would have the same problem.

So, stop dreaming, wake up. We are close to 1 year of him not doing anything.

He said already that he will ship outside of the EU, via forwarding Company,

Just like he said he would fix the database and make due payments. He also said he would install Gen2 to mine different algos and people bought those shares. He also said he would post photos and videos of the farm. Do I really need to continue expanding this list?

Again the same question, why would he ship anything? Cause he s a nice guy?

disaster from day to day, watch how price decreases on the S4

 Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

It's just adjusting to BTC price and difficulty change. At 4% diff growth price will be oscilating at 0.35 for next 10 days if BTC doesn't rise significantly.

Well if the diff continues jumping like this, even S5 might become inefficient by the end of this year. This only means there are efficient chips around and a lot of them. Genesis Mining has also sliced their maintenance to 12 cents.

My computer has crashed twice on my 3rd computer now and all my diamonds are in my wallet once it re-synced with no issues.  One time I got an error and the community helped me in an hour and I was all set...and by the way I am using windows.  The proof of stake works great, I could not ask for a better coin.  Just wish the daytraders would leave and find some other coin, because they are shaking out the weak stake holders, in the long term it is not a bad thing to shake the tree, close down your wallet all you nay sayers and check back in a year and see where we are.  Thanks to everyone for your support in this endeavor and go diamond!

I fully agree with this post.

+1000.

Once more, please, DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS. This guy s got no issues with his wallet, he just wants to promote these 2 coins he holds and trash DMD Diamond.
If these others coins have more community like him, there s no way anyone ll invest there.

4532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake, a.k.a. "Clamcoin" on: September 12, 2015, 03:52:30 PM
Someone pls address my question, can I keep all of my CLAM in one block? Should I break it to smaller blocks?
Also, where do you see how long it takes for CLAM to stake? In other words, how long until CLAM reaches maturity?

Common understanding at the moment is that a user might be more efficient to split their outputs up.
The reasoning is that when a block is staked, only a single output goes immature - with the remaining outputs continuing to attempt to stake.

Hi, just downloaded the wallet and waiting for synchronization, but how big is the wallet gonna be? It`s on my laptop and i have a limited hard-disk space on it.
Thanks!

I don't have an exact number handy but, I expect the chain is still less than 2 gigs in size.

Ok. So, what s the easiest way to split my 50 CLAM block into 10 blocks of 5 CLAM each? Please dont tell me I have to do it manually.
Thx a lot.

Just joined here to say that I tried pulling out ~2.4BTC when the hot wallet was around 80BTC a while back. I rarely check it anymore seeing as I put everything in it that I didn't loose from GAW, and it's worth 1/13th of what it was. (Every time my genius gets the best of me, I'm reminded of how foolish I truly am.) At any rate I tried selling half and pulling out some BTC for kicks and lo and behold, when they purged the wallet yesterday, I seemed to have mysteriously purchased 2.5BTC (original plus xfer fee) of MHS at market value after waiting a week for the withdrawal to take place. Withdrawal no longer listed in the ledger. I'm going to try smaller amounts perhaps .1BTC fragments, but just seems childish at this point to think I can get anything back out. I think I'm just going to buy some S7's in the next few months and call it a loss on cloud crap.

You can try big amounts, small amount, nothing s getting out. Unfortunately, you can kiss your 2.4 BTC goodbye. Sorry.

Pls stop posting your shit into this thread. BT has got a rule where you are supposed to leave the thread if the the person who s set up the thread asks you to do so.

I EXPLICITLY ASK YOU TO LEAVE THIS THREAD OR I WILL REPORT YOU AND LOCK IT.

You scammers and ponzi operators do not deserve to live in crypto world.

What would be the best strategy regarding block size? Keep all my CLAM in a single block? Several blocks 5-10 CLAM each?
4537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Genesis-mining.com || World's leading hashpower provider! on: September 11, 2015, 06:29:46 AM
Today I reached ROI in the other half of my investment, with Megamine.com =D. It's a three year all inclusive deal that I purchased at the end of november 2014, so great stuff!

However, the people of Megamine have been awfully quiet lately. No more posts on Facebook in months, account on Bitcointalk abandoned... Genesis may take long to reach ROI but at least they're a solid, outreaching company, that's really great.

Can you sell your hash with megamine?

Yes and no. They have a feature called CashNow which will give you back a certain percentage of your original investment. Of course this decreases over time. Right now it is about 20% for mine.

Ok, thx. I think I ll stay with my PoS coins. Much more flexible.
4538  Economy / Securities / Re: Anything sustainable worth of investing? on: September 11, 2015, 06:26:34 AM
4-6% Daily Roi Smiley

Sure scam. And scam with big letters. Your bitcoins with that roi can be found only in the tree of your garden where are increased 100 btc every day or in the sea when can be captured easily with a magic grid.

or if you read what our investment plan is

its variable ROI up to 6%/daily with principle included. which mean in approximately 20 business days you will get your BEP, which is sustainable in the system i'm running.

you can compare my program to carbon which uses a similar method, but at 7% (bep in 14 days) and they've been paying over 4 months now.

so please don't make accusations without the meat to back it up with, thank you Wink

Scammers like you should face absolutely the worst thing karma can bring you back. You fucking piece of shit lowlife. I hope you lose every single coin you have ever had.
4539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin XT - Officially #REKT (also goes for BIP101 fraud) on: September 10, 2015, 09:17:10 AM
Well, whoever wanted to split the community the way Gavin and Mike did, DESERVES TO FAIL.

You talk to people if you want changes, you do not introduce parallel BTC.
Do you also dislike having several political candidates to vote on?

Having a choice is always good and we need more of that. This is how open source works.

There's no need to have Bitcoin controlled by a single developer group, in fact it's dangerous and we should always be able to fork / move to another client if necessary. (more options the better)

You have no need to worry. The BIP 101 fork will only happen if a good majority of the Bitcoin economy thinks it's better. If it's worse, then it won't get adopted.

It's not good to have such a fit (shouting with all caps) over a freedom to choose.

At this stage of BTC infancy, where this tech is still young, trying to force this kind of division has endangered the entire BTC project. These guys know this and STILL they ve been ready to risk the entire BTC existance over this.

There are many political parties. What s next, let us all have 5 different versions of BTC so each of us can use a different one. We already have those, they are called ALTcoins. There s no need to try to split BTC community. If they wanted an altcoin, they should ve try to make an altcoin. In my book, these 2 fuckers only wanted a piece of glory for them. They failed and now they can kiss their credibility goodbye.
4540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you differentiate you portfolio? on: September 10, 2015, 06:34:37 AM
well my portfolio is currently 66% at bitcoin and 33% at altcoins ,looks is a good time to get more bitcoins since price is cheap not as before but still cheap, but even when bitcoin looses power i keep those bitcoin is bitcoin looses today tomorrow recover.

Well, I agree. I think BTC s going to follow the same path LTC faced just before halving. The price doubled or even tripled. It s good time to buy BTC.
